  Actually using Vista, XP users, is not as hard as I thought. I can just run with minimal applications installed on Vista and then move to Win7 after October 22, hoping that the apps will migrate without pain.

  Method 1: I suggest you to remove and reinstall the existing drivers and then check. To do this, follow these steps:
  
  a. click Startand then click Control Panel.
  b. click system and Maintenance, click Systemand then click onDevice Manager.
  
  Note If Control Panel is in Classic view, double-click System and then click on Device Manager.
  
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.
  
  (c) in Device Manager, expand CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drives, right click on CD and DVD devices and then clickUninstall.
  d. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the device, clickOK.
  e. restart the computer.
  
  After the computer restarts, the drivers will be installed automatically.
  
  Check if you have no exclamation point or cross as well as the driver listed in the Device Manager.

  already have Windows 7 (and tons of other programms) installed. I currently plan to add another hard drive and enable Raid 0. The only thing that's keeping me currently is: I Don t want to go through a whole new installation.

  During the fist installation (upgrade from Vista), I also installed AHCI.

  (a) is it possible to activate a software raid without having to go through a whole new installation?
  (b) would it also possible to create and save an image of the current installation and then rewrite in the scratched disks?

  There are two types of RAID arrays.
  (1) software RAID
  (2) hardware RAID

  Hardware RAID usually requires a smart controller on the motherboard, a gigabyte or JMicron chip.

• Precompose the layers after duplication

  I am an artist, not a writer, so you don't have to excuse my lack of understanding.

  That said, I have a fairly repetitive task that appears with each animation I make for my work. That being the case, I decided to write a script to automate this small part. The goal is to select a layer and duplicate twice. The new layers together the behind track matte to luma, and then add an effect of hue and curves than above. Once everything is done the two duplicated layers are then précomposés.

  So far, I have everything works fine until I need to you need to precompose the two new layers. For the life of my I can't analyze how app.project.item (index).layers.precompose (layerIndicies, name, moveAllAttributes) is supposed to work. Here is the code I have so far:

  You have correctly identified the root cause: we ask the page height so we can tell the web control what content is the height. If there is JavaScript that runs when the page is loaded (or at any other time, honestly) which changes the height of the page, what could happen after that we ask for the height.

  It is, unfortunately, no way to send a signal to the app ask that we re - check the height of the page and update the web control accordingly.   I have a querstion. Some time ago I installed CS4 and then I upgraded to CS4 to CS5.5. I use a Macbook with OS X version 10.7.5 (recently, I'm a Mac-user).

  In enforcement foder on my Macbook, I see the installation of also installing CS5.5 CS4 software (see image below).

  

  Can I uninstall CS4 installation by throwing in Recyclin Bin? CS5.5 will still work then? The Adobe software is legal (I used it for work).

  I hope that I was clear. My English is not very good (I am from the Netherlands).

  Yes, you can uninstall CS4 safely even if you have upgraded to CS5.5. But please uninstall by using the suite of measures:

  1. First try to uninstall CS4 applications only if possible using the alias of uninstalling under Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers on your Mac.
  2. In case you have a problem in executing step 1 then download and run the cleanup tool from Adobe that you can get it here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html. And select this option to delete CS4 in drop-down list on the right
