  I work with FM8 in Tech Comm Suite 1 on Windows XP.

  Some of my docs have text symbols generously dot the text.  I know that you can select the option not to display text symbols, but still, they appear in the FM and PDFs and RoboHelp and make havoc with spacing.

  3. How can you ensure that they are not inserted when creating a doc?
  4. Is it possible to get rid of them easily?

  I just re-read your description that

  I think you're misunderstanding symbol FM tab for a left paren.

  Also, I suspect the red text was a font substitution (or it has been interpreted as a font substitution) when the content was imported from anywhere where he came, it's just the proximity with the tab character that makes it appear as if they are the cause/effect. Or it could be a character named tag that is applied to the text color is red.

  There are also a few other options: -.

  I don't know what version of planning you use, in the Version 11 you can add documents/links to cells in a form.
  Before 11 you can enter the text in the cell against a cell in a form, I doubt you will be able to enter the amounts of large text well (it's about 2000 characters)
  Or there is the possibility of javascript customized in a form.

  In Final Cut Pro 7, you can use editing > find command to search on used clips in the sequence. See if there is an equivalent command in FCE. Unfortunately, I can't determine that at first hand on my system. (In addition, if you are still interested whereas FCP X, there the so-called Timeline index which provides quick access to a list of markers, clips, effects, etc..)

  You can attach as much monitor you need, but it depends on the material if it supports or plug another video on the computer card.

  If you use SLI / Crossfire, the system must support more than 2 cards.

  Your best bet is likely to do in another application, then save it to a picture and insert the resulting image in Captivate.

  I doubt anyone here will be able to test it with such an old version, but the things that come to mind create each letter on its own layer of text and using the transformation that is free to rotate and position.  Something else will produce bad bad results - unless someone else has a better idea.

  That took me a few minutes

  Sorting "on content" is easy, but then the order of the text within frameworks like game would be correct, but not the order of the frames themselves. The Senior Manager on your screen may not be "the first one" according to the order of creation.

  So, you will also need to sort again the location of the framework text, up and down and from left to right. I do this by first sorting the frames in the correct location, so the 'first' image is actually the first one on the page, and then the next etc.

  Then I sort the content on the first word and move the images in their sorted order.

  I do this, quick ' n-sale: moving geometric limitations. Thus, it is possible to place a large text in a small frame 'original' (in fact I do not move the text around) and it could get in excess. But this way nothing else on screen changes.

  If you want the frames alignment and space as in your picture 'below', you could do that before running my script.
