  I recently upgraded from RoboHelp 9 in RoboHelp 2015, and I have installed all updates. I use WebHelp output for most of my projects. I would like to use the new features of HR 2015, specifically the release of HTML5 sensitive; However, when I open a project created with RH9, this type of output is not available. This type of output, and many others is not listed as options can I choose from eBook including HTML5 Multiscreen, and others. I tried to create a new project with HR 2015, and import my RH9 project files, but the sensitive HTML5 output and others remained unavailable. Are there settings I can change into my existing project or HR 2015 in order to use these features and new types of output? Recreate all the subjects in HR 2015 seems to be a very undesirable solution.

  Right click on the pod output and select new.  All options will be listed.

  Hey there,

  I'm working on my second project where I have to frequently access several sites that are buried under several folders for the organizations, and it becomes various tedious and inefficient to keep access to the scrolling all the way to the other bin, etc, still I need them, where they are to organizational purpose. Is it possible to open several locations in separate windows, that I'm missing to make it easy? If this isn't the case, I'll submit a feature request.

  Try to double click each location that you want to open. I have three bins open now

• Cannot open the project created during the trial period

  I've made use of the 7 day trial period and started with two projects. After 7 days, I have purchased Premiere Pro for a month. Now I can't open the projects more. The error message is: it should contain a sequence that could not be opened. No preview of the sequence is preset file or codec might be associated with this type of sequence...

  Very strange and annoying. It seems that the trial had several codecs then the product? Projects already took me many hours, so it bothers me really, mostly because I thought that I must pay for exactly the same product I have used during the trial.

  What can I do about it?

• PE8 says cannot open the Premiere Pro project trying to open a project created earlier seconds using Premiere Elements. I have same Premiere Pro!

  I created a project using elements of first. Then when I tried to open it PE8 says it can't open Premiere Pro projects because they are incompatible. This project is empty and was created using a few seconds before Premiere Elements. I didn't yet own Premiere Pro! Please help as I can't create all new projects! (P.S. I was not able to create all new projects previously. This was my first try on this PC. I'm not the settings!)

  Are trying to get preferences in another way, do not require an open project.

  Remove the Adobe Premiere elements prefs file. The path to it under Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit is

  and in the 8.0 folder is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the 8.0 all the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders, or drives enabled so that you can see the given full path. In 8.1 for Windows 64-bit, you start with the file Explorer to access Folder Options.

  You have the installation files or the installation for first Elements 8 disc? You have purchased serial number? It of just in case, uninstall/cleaner/resettlement must become a choice.

  Also...

  Right-click the desktop icon, select and use Run As Administrator.

  Please consider the above and then let us know if all the foregoing had influence on the issue.

• Cannot open 2014 projects after reinstall CC

  I am quickly deserting a ship on CC 2015. I already reinstalled the latest 2014 release of PP, SG and AE but now when I try to open any project created in 2014 PP, he says: I can not because it was created in a new version of PP. This is not the case however. These are files that were never "improved" or open in 2015 from CC.

  Why I can't open these projects? I am DESPERATE and cannot afford more downtime. I'm not going to open these projects in 2015 CC because it's far too slow and buggy.

  If the answer is to delete all files in 2015 CC, I'm in trouble, because I have an ongoing project that is now stuck in 2015 of CC. Unfortunately, I have both versions on my computer.

  Probably you need check the updates to the 2014 version you installed.

• Cannot open the project first exported from After Effects

  I was working on something in After Effects, basically just audio and video clips. Editting really. I decided, would be faster in the first, so I exported to a project of creation of it.  When I try to load it in first I get an error "the project seems damaged, it cannot be opened.  Does anyone know if there is a way to solve this problem?

  What you suggest is possible but it takes software and third-party quality loss.

  Instead, export a QuickTIme movie. If you have a choice of codecs, choose Apple Intermediate Codec. You can save it where you want it-maybe in the movies.

  Then import the movie into FCP as a clip.

  You should be able to adjust the flow of export

  a. QuickTIme

  After that you go to the tab Advanced button/video of the video Codec presets and select = H.264, then scroll down to the Bitrate option. Here, place a check mark next to the data rate limit and the type to 8000 in the field of Kbps (or whatever you want in addition to what you have - 2990 Kbps).

  b. AVCHD

  Under the Advanced button/video of the suggested preset tab, go to the Bitrate area to find two parameters, one for the target bit rate = 3 Mbps (megabits per second) and the maximum bit rate = 6 Mbps. here 3 Mbps = 3000 Kbps and 6 Mbps = 6000 kbps. If you want 8000 kbps, then set the flow to 8 Mbit/s. You can explore and experiment with target values and Maximum in order to get the optimal bitrate for you (compromise between quality and file size).

• Problem opening 9 pre project created on Mac Windows

  Hi, I've recently migrated from a Mac to Windows 7 and struggling to open my project files on the Windows computer. I created several PrE9 projects on my Mac, but now I need to open some of these files on a PC with Windows 7. I get the message error "the project is not compatible with the current version of first Elements". I opened successfully to other CS5 project files (, PS) on both platforms. It of the first I've seen Adobe files open on Mac, but not PC.

  So, assuming that this will be impossible, export the PRE Mac to Windows version? Cross-platform collaboration is impossible with pre 9? This does not seem likely. What Miss me?

  I have some title animations that I created on Mac I want really to reuse in new Windows projects, go ahead. I hope I don't have to recreate from scratch!

  Unfortunately, the project files created on the Mac platform are not compatible with the Windows version of the product, and vice versa.

  You cannot work on the same project file on a Mac and a PC. I'm sorry.

  I'm total Flex beginner and I tried a lot of ways how to open a project existing Flex, but it seems too complicated for me. I think the problem is I have no standard project source.

  Step 0. Unzip the file.
  Step 1. Start Flex Builder (I use version 3)
  Step 2. FLIE/new/Flex project
  Step 3. Name the main project, and then click on finish
  Step 4. Open the main.mxml file unzipped in some editor/Notepad & all copy and paste into Flex Builder instead of the default code.
  Step 5. Copy the components and the pkg file in the zip file to the project and paste it in the folder src Flex.

  That will allow the project to build, there are a few other resources to run it really, but I hope that this info is in the place where you got the zip file.

  Good luck, I'm a beginner too but takes advantage of learning Flex.

  When you save the project file... go to... File / save project as...
  Give the file a name (Summer Vacation.mswmm) and choose
  your save location.

  All the files (Photos, video clips, Audio clips) source should
  appear on the USB key and if you have the intention of re - edit the
  project on another computer... it should have the same
  version of Movie Maker. Sometimes a later version of the film
  Machine to will open the files but sometimes won't.

  When a. MSWMM file project opens the thumbnails...
  remain available in the Collections of Movie Maker component as
  as long as the Source, the files are available in the places that they
  were imported initially from.

  If the source files have been moved, renamed, deleted or are
  unavailable, the thumbnails in the component Collections
  Movie Maker displays red Xs and the project cannot be
  edited.

  If the source files are still available... it is possible that you may
  Right-click the red Xs and navigate to the current location of the
  the source files and restore the path.
