  There is unfortunately no way to add a DVI port to this machine. The problem is there is no adapter for D - sub to dvi and you can't go to the motherboard of your machine with a DVI connector.

  I just bought a new watch that should be able to communicate with a pc via the infrared port (it's the Polar S710).
  Unfortunately, it does not work as the 'Protocol' of the watch is directIR, rather than be IrDA, as is my cell phone.

  I saw somewhere that it would be possible to change the infrared port of my laptop in order to operate in directIR. Anyone know the procedure? I think I could change something directly in the driver, but I did not how to deal with.

  But have you tried to update the software polar?

  If your question relates to the ability of the ISE, the disabling of the USB port on a PC, the answer is no.

  The NAC agent using, however, you can check various programs and may be able to check the status of the USB.

  You will need to create a new Condition of Posture and corrections.

  The condition that I will use in this example is a registry key.

  If the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor\Start" key has a value of 3, the USB is enabled.  A value of 4 is disabled.

  So set a Condition of Posture:

  Click policy > policy elements > Conditions

  

  Posture , choose the left menu:

  

  Then choose Registry Condition in the left menu.

  Click on + Add to add a new Condition of Posture:

  

  Then, you must create remediation Actions.  Click the results button at the top of the left Menu:

  

  Choose the repair Actions then reclamation that you want to use.  I chose the link cleanup.

  + Add to add a new link to the corrective measures:

  

  Requirements , choose the menu on the left, and then create a new result of remediation:

  

  Of course, you can choose different corrections if necessary for your environment.

  No, as far as I know it of not possible to use a port on laptops Satellite Pro Replicator.
  All laptops that support the Port Replicator has a port extension at the bottom of the unit.
  To my knowledge, the Satellite Pro series don t have this port.
  For now only the Tecra and some units Protégé(ie: S100) supports this feature.
