  OK, now I understand the question. From v25, you can have a banner of right or a tile of the subscription, but not both. If you want to enable both options once again, you can file a request here: www.adobe.com/go/wish

  I discovered on how to disable the account of automatic renewal, but the problem is when I type manage I just got randomly redirect to Apple's Web site. On my point of view, the text does not yet say "SUBSCRIPTIONS", it said "ITUNES NEWSLETTERS AND SPECIAL OFFERS" that's so weird! I checked my brother's iphone, he said SUBSCRIPTION but mine isn't! I searched for this already in 2 hours and I did not yet find the answer! I use iPhone 5 and my brother uses iPhone 5 c and our iOS is 9.3.1. Sorry for the bad grammar, not really good in English

• Can not activate CC apps, no subscription not found

  I had problems with the activation of the CC apps. The Agency I work for paid for a monthly subscription of the team, about € 69.99.

  When I first downloaded the apps, it leaves me only to start the trial, as I did not agree to any plan. I thought that Adobe was always develop the agenda, so I waited a few more days until they sent the invoice. Thinking "great, now I can activate the suite! Still, no luck. • Impossible to contact support, cannot log in to the forums with the account with which I completed the subscription, I want to cancel, but have no option to do so!

  I used a prepaid credit card to set up a subscription. I realized I didn't really need the cloud of Adobe, so I tried to cancel it. But of course, no way to do it! Fast forward to two months, I stopped putting money on the credit card, and Adobe sent me an email to update my payment information. Now, I tried again to contact support to cancel the subscription, but I can't. There is no option "chat or by telephone ' choice. I can't even log on the forums with my main account, so I used this account and... oh well, it works, because there is no subscription I think! It is a scam, nothing else.
