The only safe and reliable malware protection is common sense. Practice safe computing habits and you'll be fine.

Need a Wi - Fi for Satellite L755 Manager software
After I've upgraded to Windows 8 last year I'm confused in the face of the connection to the WiFi of my Toshiba Satellite L755, even me, I pilot last installed for Wi - Fi, but there is no software that compatible with my laptop Wi - Fi Connection Manager, I try several times to connect to Wi - Fi and it connects by chance only.
Is there that a Wi - Fi connection for laptop Toshiba Manager software can be useful?
In general you don't need special software for WLAN connection and it should work with Windows settings only.
Maybe it sounds stupid now what software do you mean exactly? ConfigFree maybe?Wireless network adapter must be properly activated so that your computer can detect your WLAN. When you click on the WIFI symbol in the taskbar you will see listed all networks wireless detected in your area. Click on your WLAN and click on Connect. Of course you should choose option to connect automatically, so each time when the laptop detects your mobile phone WIFI connects automatically and you should have full access to the Internet.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox can be a result of malware installed on your computer, you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to search for malicious software that work with your existing anti-virus software:
- Microsoft safety scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more information, see this other AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP, if you do not already have one.

Is it using Malwarebytes interfer with Firefox Malware Protection?
I was wondering if there is any problem with Malwarebytes and Webroot Security with Firefox Malware Protection?
Note that a registered version (?) of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware may include components that run in the background (possibly as a service) and monitor internet traffic and may interfere with Firefox.
I've seen a few reports that Malwarebytes is involved in certain issues of Firefox. -

Better protection for Canon 200 with f2.0 lens
Hello guys! I have a Canon 200 f2 lens and I'm looking for a better protection of the front element in addition to the range hood. So far, I saw people recommending the lens of Don Zeck and LensCoat Hoodie Cap. Does anyone have any experience with one and 200 f2? Or are there better alternatives?
Also, would you recommend the LensCoat coverage for complete protection of the lens? Alternatives?
Thanks a lot for your suggestions. Have a good!
Karren
I recently bought a 300 f2.8 L IS used and it came with the Don Zeck lens cap & I learned since it is a very well respected Cape. On another forum, I belong to the Hoodies were also highly recommended & so were coats of lens & considering I bought the objective value, I bought both. On what style of lens coat ruled on the most difficult part for me but finally I went for the camo style. It protects the majority of the lens, but not all of it, but as someone who respects his material, but who uses it also as expected that I am satisfied with the additional protection for a dollar. A recommendation on the hood was to remove the drive which makes forward rigid IF you think that you would take your goal (& maybe with your camera) on the front of the lens hood. In this way there is no risk that it is not sitting on the floor.

Original title: why I get error code 800f0a09 to upgrade to windows vista service pack 2
I have a laptop del that is running on Windows Vista Edition Home Premium. I tried to download itunes but it requires service pack 2. Whenever I try to update to service pack 2, I get the message following error code 800F0A09. He also mentioned problems with the driver for dell latitude. What can I do to fix this please.
Thank you
Hello
Please join Microsoft Community where you can find the necessary information on Microsoft products!
You can not install Vista Service pack 2 and get the error with code 800f0a09 and the message that there are problems with the driver for dell latitude.
The problem may occur if some of the components of the update are corrupt.
What is the full error message that you receive?
I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below to check if the problem is with the update components:
Method 1: Reset the update components
See the site:
How to reset the Windows Update components?
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/971058
Warning: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/back-up-the-registry
Method 2: Run the system update readiness tool
See the site:
System update scan tool corrects errors of Windows Update in Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2008
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/947821
Method 3: Turn off the antivirus software
See the site:
Disable the anti-virus software
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows-Vista/disable-antivirus-software
Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
I hope this helps. If the problem persists, let know us and we would be happy to help you.

I got my uninstalled McAfee and I was wondering if I really need to buy antivirus protection? My firewall is enabled, automatic update is enabled, Windows defender is on, and other security settings are ok... do I have to buy an antivirus protection for my computer or is it possible to run without? If I need to buy protection, what is recommended?
Windows VistaHello
You certainly need an Antivirus program must be installed on your computer, but also Anti-spyware.
Free AV programs do a good job of protection.
Make a choice from these AV programs (installation more than it will cause system problems):
Avast: http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download#tab4
AVG: http://free.avg.com/us-en/homepage
MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5201
Avira: http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus
And the Antivirus program will disable the Defender, which is the normal thing for them to do.
Malwarebytes free version works with them. It's an Anti Spyware / Anti-Malware program.

using msconfig read this tutorial:

Hi Boy.
Uninstall the security software and check if the error occurs. If not then you may need to contact the manufacturer of the antivirus software.
Note: The computer without antivirus software or firewall is a potential threat to the computer; Be sure to activate security software after completing the troubleshooting steps and after identifying the problem.

0x800106ba error and malware protection does not illuminate
I uninstalled mcafee and use essential for protection against viruses for three weeks. now I get error 0x800106ba and malware protection does not illuminate. What should I do?
It is normally a Windows Defender error code.
Microsoft Security Essentials has its own integrated version of the defender and it automatically disables the version of Vista in Windows Defender.
If it's not:
