It is the 'creative cloud' now or you can just buy something?
My creative cloud account started at $29.99 per month and went up to $49.99 per month. To use Photoshop from time to time. I cancelled, but I always want to have Photoshop. Without having to pay a monthly fee. Can't just buy, as I did prior to the subscription model?

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Please disconnect applications Adobe CC and exit Adobe CC.
Reboot the machine and then connect to the application Adobe CC and launch applications.

The creative cloud to Desktop App can only be installed on my Macbook pro
I bought the Photoshop + Lightroom creative cloud applications. I can download the installion for Cloud Barnard for the desktop app and I can start the installation process, but it is interrupted at halfway through with a message saying "have encountered the following problem: creative cloud desktop could not be installed. There is no evidence for any solution. I tried using Opera instead of Safari, but the same thing happens. Is there anyone who knows what is the solution for this problem? Sincerely from Lars
Rename the folder OOBE with OOBEOLD (Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder)
Run the Adobe cleaner ( http://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/en/support/AdobeCreativeCloudC leanerTool.dmg )
Remove the Adobe application Manager/Adobe Creative cloud.
Restart the computer and redownload Adobe Creative cloud and install it.

I had a CC subscription for a few years now, am still under 7 Captivate but now to be upgraded. Captivate 9 has been published. BUT when I run the CC application, it does not find my Captivate title, so no option "Update." How can I move forward with the upgrade / update?

How to 'save' Lightroom so I'm on the creative cloud
I have a bunch of plugins for Lightroom of Jeffrey, for which I gave a "gift." I recently had to rebuild my system disk, reinstall all the programs. I am a member of the creative cloud and that you must connect from time to time my Lightroom. Now, there's a message with my plugins that they must be re-registered (of which I am able to do), but I can't do that until I have to 'register' Lightroom. It doesn't seem to be any provision in respect of aid to do so if you are on the CC. Jeffrey's website is down. I have a couple of weeks, so it is not yet a crisis.
What should do?

Can not connect to the creative cloud
I bought Creative Cloud as a teacher and was able to download and use the applications successfully. However, when I try to log into usinging my adobe id, I get a message that my email is not checked. When I click on the link to check my email, it gives me a message saying the email be already checked or I entered wrong info. I can log into the web site of adobe with my ID, just not creative cloud. Any help would be appreciated
I checked the email associated with your Adobe ID and you sent in this regard. You should be able to connect to the creative cloud now.
