The creative cloud to Desktop App can only be installed on my Macbook pro
I bought the Photoshop + Lightroom creative cloud applications. I can download the installion for Cloud Barnard for the desktop app and I can start the installation process, but it is interrupted at halfway through with a message saying "have encountered the following problem: creative cloud desktop could not be installed. There is no evidence for any solution. I tried using Opera instead of Safari, but the same thing happens. Is there anyone who knows what is the solution for this problem? Sincerely from Lars
Rename the folder OOBE with OOBEOLD (Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder)
Run the Adobe cleaner ( http://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/en/support/AdobeCreativeCloudC leanerTool.dmg )
Remove the Adobe application Manager/Adobe Creative cloud.
Restart the computer and redownload Adobe Creative cloud and install it.

I installed cc to see if Premiere Pro would work fine on my Mac. It turns out that my Mac is too slow for first Pro CC. So I uninstalled Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, which automatically downloads with it, and I'm now trying to delete the App from creative cloud of my machine, but whenever I try, the above message appears.
The only thing which remains in creative applications Cloud is the Acrobat, but it tells me that I can't uninstall this creative cloud.
Is there something I'm missing?

Adobe applications cannot be copied from one machine to the other, they must be installed using installation files. Remove everything you put on the machine and use the CC cleanup tool after that. Acquire the installer to the desktop application, then get the applications through which.

Yes, you can download it on Mac/Windows computers. As subscription creative cloud is allowed to be used on two computers, but you cannot use it at the same time.

Creative Cloud Update 3.8.0.310 will not update on MacBook Pro
I can't update the Cloud 3.8.0.310 creative application. I tried everything suggested in the forums for updating the application. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. The problem seems to be that two instances of the creative cloud are running on my computer. I tried everything to stop the two instances of the program to run. I constantly get the message that the application is running and close the running application to uninstall. I can't find the app running on my computer. Reading the forums, I tried all the tips to try to stop a creative loading to start or stop the application when the charge. Can I go back to the old version of the creative cloud and waive the new version? I unchecked the box that says, always "keep creative cloud Office up-to-date." If I quit the application, the creative cloud icon disappears. What to do next?
I thank very you much for your helpful answer. After reading your last response, the solution to my problem clicked in my head. I followed your suggestion and did the following to correct the problem:
1. in the Finder , I clicked on Applications > utilities
2. in the Utilities folder, I had two files that have been labeled "Adobe Creative Cloud" and "'Adobe Creative Cloud 3.7.0272". "
3. I open the file titled Adobe Creative Cloud > VAC and renamed the 'Creative Cloud.app' file 'Old_Creative Cloud.app '.
4. I shut down the computer and restart the computer.
5. the Creative Cloud.app didn't load when I rebooted I therefore had no active incidents of the creative memory cloud application
6. next, I used the Installer of creative cloud that I downloaded from the Adobe Web site.
7. once I ran the installer the creative cloud desktop application has been installed with the latest version.
I thank very you much for your suggestions and help. I had worked on this problem for two days and many hours of frustration. I hope that all those who have a similar problem reads this message.

My creative cloud account started at $29.99 per month and went up to $49.99 per month. To use Photoshop from time to time. I cancelled, but I always want to have Photoshop. Without having to pay a monthly fee. Can't just buy, as I did prior to the subscription model?

The overview of the App in creative cloud propose the installation of Photoshop CC (2015), but not Lightroom 2015.

My avatar Creative cloud disappeared and I can't re - install?
I noticed that the avatar of creative cloud had dimmed in the bar of the finder. When I opened it, it asked me to accept the new contract. I did, and then the entire application stopped and disappeared all together. I tried to re - install and an error return constantly that says: "Cannot install creative cloud because the identity of the sponsor cannot be confirmed." All I have this problem and can lend any idea?
