I don't see my CC app (running Captivate 7) on the creative cloud 'Apps' list upgrade.
I had a CC subscription for a few years now, am still under 7 Captivate but now to be upgraded. Captivate 9 has been published. BUT when I run the CC application, it does not find my Captivate title, so no option "Update." How can I move forward with the upgrade / update?

Captivate is not a part of the creative cloud.
You will need to contact customer service for the upgrade of Captivate.

I installed the latest version of Photoshop from the creative clouds and my tool work started weird type, whenever I try to use the text tool to correct a paragraph in a the entire layer leyer turns black and I don't see what I'm doing. Also, the entire workspace is greater and the tools of icons so that they does not fit in the screen... Any body can help?
If your running windows make sure you have the latest device driver for your graphics card installed. All entries must be selected and be on a black background, but you should be able to see is that the text.

How to get the creative cloud to 'see' the apps installed by Creative Cloud Packager

We are migrating to the creative Cloud and found how to avoid downloading and installing each machine separately - Creative Cloud Packager.
We did a test install and while creative cloud Packer worked great, we noticed creative cloud app acknowledges that one of the applications installed by Creative Cloud Packer are actually installed - we find just as the applications listed with big buttons next to them. It probably means that we can run the updates for these applications either?
We can launch and use the applications so obviously that creative cloud is to see licenses, but how do get us Creative cloud to recognize that the apps are installed?
Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.

I've deleted and reinstalled creative cloud and all my applications. I upgraded from LR LR CC 5 but LR CC doesn't launch since the launch of office about LR 5 CC CC Desktop App, but also PS CC & PS 14 CC. LR CC will launch only in my applications folder. I can not also updated PS CS6. My desktop CC app had a '1' next to the icon for so long and this is an update for PS CS6 but it still fails. I can't connect to the creative cloud and download my apps
Yesterday, I bought the teachers edition CC,
I connected and connected to the Behance.

4. I asked the help of online chat also. After an hour of waiting this session help wasn't going anywhere. I'm advised me to use the Firefox browser, although I've tried it on chrome, ie, and opera already. I was advised to remove all cookies in the temporary folders, the chance either. Then the friendly adviser wanted my host file, but I was so hierarchical after 4 hours of trying, I gave up just there.
Now I always try to get creative cloud desktop to connect to the adobe servers, so I can actually download some apps I desperately need now.
Y at - there someone out there who knows what that is my problem, or what else can I try to connect to the creative cloud?
