• Windows 7 64 bit Ita product key OEM

  It's very simple.

  I had to replace my laptop hd (doesn't), I lost the recovery partition to do Microsoft Windows 7 label to the bottom of the laptop that is dimmed and I'm not able to recover the product key for the operating system.

  I have my product key and s/n dv6 Pavilion (s/n: CNF0013ZXK, pk: WH694EA #ABZ) but I don't know how I can do to reinstall my system (64-bit Microsoft Windows 7 Ita).

• ITA 8.2 several questions - custom discovery

• Client systems disappear in ITA

  I found that some desktop systems will be discovered and then disappear during the process of discovery/inventory.  If I do a beach just to one system, she will discover this system, but if I use more or several beaches ITA will discover first the system with the green check mark, then later, this system will disappear and there is no indication that this system was never found.

• Unknown status under ITA

  Hello world

  ITA recently reported 10 servers PE2950 in the unknown state under the Group of servers.  I tried to solve the problem by performing a discovery/inventory of the affected server, unfortunately, the problem persists.

  To resolve this problem, I run the troubleshooting tool and determined that ITA was unable to talk to my server via SNMP.  I restarted the SNMP service on one of the affected servers and then made a discovery/inventory to solve the problem (status is returned to the green).

  Around the same time, I met this "unknown status" issues I have restart my DNS server.  I'm not sure if it was the root cause of the problem, however, I can solve all hostnames after the DNS server has restarted including the 10 affected servers.

  Could you please help me with the following questions?

  -What is the cause of this problem?

  -Do you recommend an easier way to restore the functionality on the remaining servers of unknown status?

  I've got ITA 8.1 installed and monitoring of 500 Dell servers.  I see that the log settings are defined for a maximum size of 20,000 entries.  After that, he is serving.

  We use Mcafee virus protection and port 25 ITA server is blocked, but there is a place within Mcafee to add exclusions.

  I have a server PowerEdge 860 with OMSA running Microsoft ISA Server and Windows Server 2003. My OM ITA server do not discover it. I guess that the problem with ISA firewall rules, but I have not found anything on which ports/protocols/networks, I need to allow for ITA to discover. Can someone tell me?

  
  

• Not only to get up/down alerts alerts material in ITA?

  I have Setup exactly as the tutorial says and I'm getting up and down of alerts when the devices drop put do not have all the hardware alerts IE, power supply unplugged ect.

  What I can't understand is that I get an alert popup on the server running ITA for any high alert low, but when I unplug cable power supply a server I don't get a popup alert and no email.

• OMSA and ITA

  Hello

  I read in this forum that you install on your monitoring server ITA and the OMSA on the monitored servers.

  I got it Setup with only the software Manager TABLE on the servers and ITA on the monitoring server.

  I have now installed OMSA on one of my servers and I don't see the real benefit of it.

  I mean all SNMP etc. alerts can be done without the loaded OMSA and I can see the details of the system through ITA.

  Please excuse my ignorance, I'm new to this, but could someone tell me what the main advantage is to install OMSA.
