  Your LR is configured in one language other than English?  If so, this is a known bug.  See the remark made by Simon Chen employee under this post (you need to click on see more reviews to actually see): 6 Lightroom: Bug of negative values (in German).   The comment includes a workaround solution that is to edit a text TranslatedStrings.txt.

  I just built a PC W-7 with a SSD system drive and a hard drive for data.  At the end I was tired and selected the wrong drive (the hard drive) in 'System Protection '.  When I noticed my error, I set the SSD system ("restore system settings AND previous versions of files") then returned to the hard drive and set it to OFF ("turn off system protection").  However, I was surprised to discover that the cursor would not be travelling to 0% and stopped at 1%.  Is it possible to force it to 0%?

  I tried to repro the issue and found that on each machine, once a system drive has been defined for the restoration of the system, the percentage of system restore minimum (use of the disc) does not reset to zero, even after the removal of all old restore points.

  The reason that I found is that once a system restore is enabled on a system drive, the system volume information folder create some system files that are hidden, which takes a little bit of space in the record, leading to 1% of the disk space.  These files can only be changed or deleted after formatting the disk or change the partition of the system drive to a normal drive.

  My research tells me that there is no way in which we could reset the slide to zero percent, minimum 1%.

  Go to your preferences, select the Presets tab, uncheck the default all settings, but especially the "apply auto tone adjustments" of development one. For good measure, you can also hit the button 'Reset all parameters of development by default'.

  I would say "try and do a restore as new iPhone" like everyone else but I'm having a similar problem and nothing works! I've restored all the possible ways and nothing. I got my screen replaced and I still have the same home button but my phone updated with error 53 (makes the phone unusable) but the camera did work before the update. and Apple has released iOS 9.1.2 (13D 20) to correct the error 53 (mainly for other reasons) but when I go to use the camera, it is only black! If someone could help 'discovered' and I would be great!

  I got a Satellite M70 354 without software. I downloaded the drivers from Toshiba site tried to install XP, but when I came to SoundDrivers I found different situations.

  As a first step, the President-symbol was visible and I heard the wave when you start and shut down Windows. After doing some work, the symbol was always there, but no sound was to be heard. I think it has to do with the different drivers installation sequence.

  Have you already checked for yellow exclamation marks Device Manager? You must make sure that the sound card is listed there without yellow exclamation point. Check it!

  I put t know but maybe that only the sound is muted? You can enable or disable using FN + ESC.

  You may have damaged hard drive to the iPod (or other component).  You are able to put it in Disk Mode?

  Put the iPod in disk - Apple Support Mode

  If it passes in disc Mode, run iTunes on the computer and connect the iPod.  iTunes may ask you to do a restore with a message on the "recovery."  If you're OK with deletion of the iPod, tell iTunes to perform the restore.

  If it does not go in Disk Mode, or the restore fails, you have a hardware problem with the iPod hard drive.

  I have this problem where Illustrator adds two zeros after each number and I can't delete them, making it impossible to use the text, lines, etc. and extra hard to decide the size, etc..
