First, you use Windows 8 or 8.1 of Windows.
To find to do the following:
- Hold the keyboard Windows key and press R. That should open the box run. Type winver, and then click OK.
- When this window opens to see if it says: Windows 8 Microsoft Windows Version 6.3 (Build 9600). If that's the case then you have Windows 8.1, if she doesn't then proceed as follows:
- Open Control Panel and click on programs and features
- Uninstall iTunes. If it says to restart after that then restart.
DO THE FOLLOWING IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WINDOWS INSTALLED 8.1
- Make sure that you save your work and close any programs you have open
- Open Control Panel and click on programs and features
- On the left, click on view installed updates
- Make sure that KB2871389 and KB2917499. otherwise go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads and find files, download them and install them. If the display shows anything on restart Windows, do.
- Then, go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads and in the area of research on update 8.1 for Windows (KB2919355). Then go to page x 86 (32-bit) or x 64 (64-bit), download the file when the download is complete, close the browser.
- Navigate to the location where the file was downloaded to and double click above and follow the instructions on the screen.
- IMPORTANT: even if the file is installed, DO NOT USE THE SYSTEM
- Once completed the installation if it is told to reboot the system, then click the restart option.
- After you return the desktop hold down the Windows key and press R.
- In the run box type winver, and then click OK. If it says that Windows 8 Microsoft Windows Version 6.3 (Build 9600) then you have upgraded to Windows 8.1
HOW TO FIX iTUNES
- Go to the Apple site
- Download iTunes
- Once iTunes is done downloading, close the web browser and anything else that is open.
- Go to the folder where you downloaded iTunes and install it.
- If it says to restart after that, and then restart your system
- After return you to the office by train via iTunes after this. There might be a chance, you need to add your MP3s in your library iTunes again
See if it works

Suddenly, I was unable to open ITunes error indicating that another file is in use, even if no other program has been opened. I installed RegServ to clean the registry and uninstalled ITunes. When I try to reinstall ITunes, I get the following error message when it has almost completely installed: "could not open key: unknown\components\E1A4AEDEF4268F41BB4CFA5435985AC\4078CB48084001E41BD5E187685D1508.» Check that you have significantly access to that key or contact your support team. So I recently had my password wrong too many times and my iPhone 4S locked out telling me "iPhone is disabled; Connect to iTunes'. And so I connected to iTunes and decided to restore my phone. I finished the process of restoration of the configuration of my phone, but ultimately, it was not even let me in the phone! Once AGAIN he said "iPhone is disabled; " Connect " to iTunes '. However, this time, this message appeared just when I turned on my phone with a black background. I didn't scan the screen for the error message is displayed (and there was no time to be shown). When I tried to connect to iTunes again as he asked, now it says "iTunes can not connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a password".
So now, he said "iPhone is disabled; ' Connect to iTunes' on my iPhone 4S and ''iTunes can't connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a password ' on my computer. WHAT should I do?
As described in step 2 of "Erase your device with iTunes" in this article, you will need to use the Recovery Mode.
Recovery mode is described in this article as well. You may try to go into recovery mode more than once to succeed.

Error message when you try to synchronize iTunes with iPhone
Lately every time I connected my iPhone to my computer to synchronize with iTunes I get an error message that "iPhone unusable because it requires a newer version of iTunes. Go to www.itunes.com/uk to download the latest version of iTunes. " I did that, didn't work. I uninstall and reinstall iTunes, did not work. I checked the updates on my iTunes, it is updated. I don't know what to do. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very appreciate! Thank you!
What version of Windows are you using? If you have Windows XP, I'm afraid you're stuck.
An iPhone IS requires at least iTunes 12.3.3 which in turn requires at least Windows 7.
12.1.3 iTunes (from your tag) is the latest version running on Windows XP (which is what I suspect you have).

Repair Apple Software Update since the programs & features Panel configuration and then try again.
For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.
The more information box has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with third-party software.
Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

Hello
I had the same problem and I found the answer.
-Go to Control Panel
-Go to programs and features
-Find a program called Hello, right click on it, then click repair.
- Find a program called Apple Software Update, right click on it, then click repair.
- Devote the Windows Start Menu, find Apple Software Update and run it.
Now you can see the updates available for Apple software.
-First of all, only to day Hello if they are available.
-Then only update Apple software update if available.
If one of those who return an error, restart Apple Software Update. On the top menu, click Tools, and then click download only.
Once downloaded, a window will open to show you the files. Click a right the file, then click Install . Hello first, then the Apple software update.
Hello and the Apple software update are now fixed and updated.
- Devote the Windows Start Menu, find Apple Software Update and run it.
-Search for updates.
-Install the iTunes update. (in my case, it worked)
-If an error occurs, try to do the same as above with download-only for the update of iTunes .
Hope this helps
