Jabra solemate v1.33

I have 2 laptops from Dell with Windows 7 installed. Bluetooth in each is the Solemate but each of the reports that there is a missing driver. Windows Update is up-to-date and pilots are bought and installed automatically. I can't pair laptops with the Solemate. I can't get the presumed pilot missing on the web, including the site of Jabra.

Conversely, the Solemate pairs easily with an iPad or other Bluetooth devices.
The Solemate works as an external speaker for portable computers when connected by USB.
Can anyone help please?

Hi David,

Thanks for posting this question in the Microsoft Community.

1. what security software is installed?

2. don't you make changes to the computer before this problem?

3 is the issue limited to Jabra solemate?

4. What is the error you get while trying to pair up with the Solemate?

  • Can not pair with Jabra Sport rhythm

Hi all, I can't connect my Jabra headset with my iwatch series 2. I put the helmet on the pairing mode, I open 'bluetooth' to my watch and I can see the device listed, but when I choose them, after a few seconds, I get this message on the watch "Make sure"Jabra SPORT PACE v.1.31.0"is turned on, in range, and is ready to be paired" and then I click OK and go back to the Bluetooth screen and says device "not matched". I tried several times but it's always the same.

The headphones work correctly. I can connect them to my iPhone and they work perfectly, so the problem must be something else. Help, please. Thank you!

    Hello

    The following steps may help:

    • Try moving the watch and headphones to another place, away from any other Bluetooth enabled device.

Make sure that the headset is set discovery mode (pairing). As you know, you have only 60 seconds to search for device. Usually control Led on headphones (if available) will Flash very quickly right now.

Also, make sure that the BT module is correctly enabled on your laptop Portege.

  • Jabra A320s Bluetooth adapter not recognized by Toshiba Stack

Hello, I have a Jabra A320s Bluetooth adapter (Broadcom Bluetooth 2.0 EDR dongle) and after the installation of the battery of Toshiba Bt 5.0.1 for Vista does not recognize my device. Ask me every time "If please, plug the Bluetooth device and click on the Ok button" and my Bluetooth device is pluged. I have no problem with my adapter Linksys Bluetooth 1.1. Also, I previously installed stack Broadcom and the drivers for my Jabra A320s (obviously, I now prefer the Toshiba one), I uninstalled it and I got the same message "Please plug in the Bluetooth device and click on the Ok button" configure the stack of BT from Toshiba. Can someone help me?

    Hello

This seems to be a problem of the current Release v5.10.01. This will install only on the internal modules.
In order to work properly, you must first install v4.xx.xx. After that your can reinstall v5.xx.xx without problems.
This way I got it on my side.

  • Jabra BT620s and Satellite U405-S2856

First of all, I must say that I am a used breakthrough and I tried a LOT of alternatives before asking here.

I bought a toshiba satellite U405-S2856 and headphones Jabra BT620s reviews mainly based. I am very satisfied with my laptop, but the helmet is causing me a lot of problems. The audio is constantly falling and the swing speed (imagine an old tape recorder)!
If there is another bluetooth device connected, like a mouse, sound is heard every 15 seconds for a second or two and that's it. I use vista Professional x 64 (SP1), a2dp profile (headset, high quality - 311 Kbps), last toshiba stack of BT (6.10.10).
I tried it on XP, Vista Home Premium 32 (SP1, came with it), tried to turn off the wifi, another pile licke MS, broadcom, bluesoleil... even when using it with the worst quality profile, the occasionally his drops.

I want to know if my helmet is simply not compatible with my laptop BT I use my headset with my Nokia N82 and the sound is just perfect, and there is no unevenness at all. One thing that is interesting is that if I put my hand on the touchpad for too long, the sound decreases, it seems that the antenna is located below.

    Help, please.
    Thank you
    Gabriel

Could you try to set the low audio quality in the properties of the device of your configured helmet and let me know if it works better?

I just bought a JABRA HALO Bluetooth headset for audio because my audio port is broken, I have a targus bluetooth dongle.  When I connected it to my blackberry storm 2 audio sounds great, but when it is connected to the computer, it resembles _.  The manual says it takes A2DP for sound good, which is not available in this thing or what I need to make changes to my computer to make it sound better?

    Hello Brennan has,

    ·         You have installed the drivers for Jabra Bluetooth device on your computer?

Check if the headphone is compatible with Vista. You can follow the link below and check if your model of headphones is compatible with Vista:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/Windows/compatibility/Windows-Vista/

You can also consult www.Jabra.com of on the compatibility of the headset status. Here is a link I found for Jabra support:

    http://www.Jabra.com/sites/Jabra/na-us/headsetsupport/pages/JabraHALO.aspx

Here are the steps that I found on the site of Jabra to solve this problem:

Make sure that the device supports Bluetooth 1.1 or higher, including the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) for music streaming.

If the procedure above did not help, then it is possible that your phone is using the stereo audio connection in a different way. You can enable this mode on Jabra HALO by performing pairing in the following way:

1 remove the of Jabra HALO Bluetooth connection on your phone.

    2. make sure that the headset is turned on (not folded)

    3. press in and hold the answer / end button for more than 5 seconds until the two displayed icons are solid Orange Blue and solid

    4. go through the regular steps to pair the headset to a Bluetooth device.

    5. be aware that the latency time of the Jabra HALO can be lower when using this pairing.

Here are links that you can reference:

After all, there are still no sound in the headset?  The volume is sufficient on the headset and the Bluetooth system also tray.

  • Problem pairing Jabra halo with my computer vista laptop

I have a windows vista 64 bit HP computer. I have the bluetooth 2.0 on my computer. I recently bought a Halo of Jabra headset bluetooth (650s) and I want to pair it with my computer to use as wireless headphones. My computer has detected the headset very well and it connected with drivers installed successfully (supposedly) but I still can't so he can be recognized on all programs. I ran the Microsoft Fixez_ the peripheral and returned these recent hardware changes may not have been detected. I tried the steps it gives me and still no luck. Anyone know what I can do about it (or even at all)? Thank you

Thanks for your help. I tried Microsoft fix and it detects the problem, but the program is not actually fix anything. I tried to remove and reinstall with no luck to solve my problem. My bluetooth device is the active however password windows never prompted me to put one in, could it be the source of my problem? I also made sure my firewall was not blocking anything. I do not see how my computer installs the drivers and the connection is good but unit does not always show up as a viable option for audio.

    Thanks for any help

    Edit:

I found the solution to my problem. The drivers on the computer itself have been exceeded (the bluetooth ones). I just had to use the HP Web site. In case anyone needs help I went to support. After that they asked me to enter my computer model. I used the software that would automatically detect my computer instead (that way I can get the exact model). After that, I put in what version of windows vista, I had. I then downloaded and reinstalled my bluetooth software. Problem fixed.

    Thanks for your help.

  • How to install a device for a classic v0.5.0 Jabra headset on my Windows 7 Home Premium?

I just bought a Jabra Bluetooth headset Classic v0.5.0 and tried to install it on my Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium and it rises not able to find the drivers for it. Where can I find the drivers for it?

It is a waste of time by contacting Jabra support team, as they have just responded "If your computer will require any kind of driver it will show a warning informing you of this information. Besides you should contact the manufacturer of your PC directly. (Thanks for nothing, guys)

    Can someone help me?

I don't think it matters what your version of the Windows operating system.

What if the brand and model of the computer you are using and if it supports Bluetooth connectivity If you need us say the brand and model of your computer and if it's a Dell, the Service tag number (so we can look to the top of the form).

Your computer brand not specified and the model has the Bluetooth capability built in or do you use some kind of Bluetooth adapter?

Have you ever been able to to connect/pair of any Bluetooth device with your computer brand not specified and the model?

The problem is limited to just your computer brand not specified and the model?

To check the device Jabra Bluetooth does not work properly it is able to detect and connect to any other Bluetooth compatible device (iPhone, etc.)?

Tell us what "comes up with unable to find drivers for this" means exactly.

If you get an error exactly what to say?

The Jabra support FAQ contains a section describing how to connect to a computer with Bluetooth capability:

  • Jabra M5390 driver problem

I have a Jabra M5390 Bluetooth headset and I can't make it work with Windows 7. The device is matching well with the operating system (OS) However, when the operating system tries to install the driver it fails. I have seen that the OS was looking for the driver locally and also in Windows to date however it is not. What's funny, is that Vista, the driver is native and my pair of headphones and the driver is installed immediately.

I went to the www.Jabra.com, but couldn't find any driver win7 or vista posted there, any advice or a clue.

The pilot of viacom does not work :(

Believe me when I say that I went all the way through the www.Jabra.com and found very little on the M5390.  So I recommend that you use this link to contact their support unit and see what they have to say about it: http://www.jabra.com/sites/Jabra/NA-US/Pages/MobileContactSupport.aspx

If you have the Vista driver, it will probably work, but I couldn't find anything about drivers, anywhere on their site.
