Jabra A320s Bluetooth adapter not recognized by Toshiba Stack

Hello, I have a Jabra A320s Bluetooth adapter (Broadcom Bluetooth 2.0 EDR dongle) and after the installation of the battery of Toshiba Bt 5.0.1 for Vista does not recognize my device. Ask me every time "If please, plug the Bluetooth device and click on the Ok button" and my Bluetooth device is pluged. I have no problem with my adapter Linksys Bluetooth 1.1. Also, I previously installed stack Broadcom and the drivers for my Jabra A320s (obviously, I now prefer the Toshiba one), I uninstalled it and I got the same message "Please plug in the Bluetooth device and click on the Ok button" configure the stack of BT from Toshiba. Can someone help me?

Hello

This seems to be a problem of the current Release v5.10.01. This will install only on the internal modules.
In order to work properly, you must first install v4.xx.xx. After that your can reinstall v5.xx.xx without problems.
This way I got it on my side.

  • Jabra A320s works is not in Windows 7

I have a Jabra A320s bluetooth adapter that I use with my hearing aids. It worked fine on Windows XP Pro. Not that I've upgraded to Windows 7, it no longer works. I ran the Install CD program that came with it and it makes me the driver did not have a recognized certificate. I press on install sort but it ask me the same thing. Finally, once I selected not to install (driver) it continues with the installation. When I look at my systems put in place, it turns out, but when I right click on the bluetooth icon in the status bar it says no bluetooth device found. I went to the Device Manager to update the driver but it does not appear.

    Hello

Try to check your bluetooth settings.

Got to Control Panel > Bluetooth devices > Bluetooth settings > connections.

And then click Add a wireless device

  • Re: Serial number of satellites not recognized by Toshiba support

    Hello

I have a computer laptop satellite A200, and I'm not able to find a driver for it on the Toshiba site!
-serial number (X8172841K) is not recognized, the message is: "Sorry, your product is not found" [translated from the French]
-the support site can not detect my laptop model
-None of the drivers that I downloaded (the closest A200) accept to install

    Can U help me?

    Kind regards
    Sébastien (France)

If the serial number is not detected by automatic detection you can find the drivers manually.

Maybe you have the same A200 and my friends. His cell phone has PSAE6E part number.
To find the correct drivers visit download Toshiba and support under http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com page > support & downloads > support homepage and at the bottom you will find link to download drivers.

Go there and choose your model of laptop with brief model number.

If you need more help please let me know.

BTW: have you tried to find the right drivers on Toshiba France support page?

  • It is not recognized on Toshiba Satellite M70-169 Web site

    Hello
    I have a laptop TOSHIBA SATELLITE M70-169
I wanted to update my drivers, so I logged on the TOSHIBA site.
The problem is that my phone is not listed on the site, there are * M70-168 * and * M70-170 * but not * M70 - 169 *.
I tried the recognition by serial number, result: DO NOT RECOGNISED

I tested the autodetection, and here too, the result was: DO NOT RECOGNISED.
I am surprised that my laptop is not recognized on the official website of TOSHIBA, while I had bought in a store.

Can someone tell me if he had the same problem and give me directions to upgrade my laptop?

    Thank you

Satellite M70 is old enough laptop model, and I can imagine that auto detection tool doesn't properly work. Your laptop is the model European and part PSM70E number (very important for research).
In any case, you can find all the drivers or updates manually. Follow these steps:

Visit the download page for Toshiba under http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=EU
    Click tracking options:
    Type of product - ARCHIVE
    Family - SATELLITE
Series of products - M SERIES SATELLITES
    Model - SATELLITE M70 (PSM70)
    Short model No. - PSM70E
    OS - operating system

And all of the available stuff appears there.

  • USB 2.0 Bluetooth DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED - Equium A100-147

    Hi all!!!

I have posted b4 about my problems of BT, but still no further forward.

I have a 2.0 usb toggle universl BT, my last worked well until it broke.

Since I had xp pro installed, but my USB does not recognize my rocking do not even have a pop up? any ideas.

When I plug it 3 fast Dong

    Unplug and made 2 Dong

I tried to install the drivers usb, but nothing.

do my head now... Please someone help me resolve this issue!

As far I know Equium A100-147 doesn t support the internal BT module and so if it was not equipped with the BT Toshiba stack.

If you use an external 3rd party module BT, then you should check if there are drivers designed specially for this external BT dongle.

Also, check if the BT dongle would be recognized in the Device Manager.
If there is no dongle BT listed in the list of devices, then remove all controllers and hubs of UBS in the list and restart the device.
After rebooting again Win XP should initialize the USB ports again and then you try to plug the dongle BT again.

    Good luck

  • Bluetooth is not recognized on Satellite Pro A100

I have a Satellite Pro A100 828 running Win XP Pro.

He is supposed to have integrated bluetooth but when I install the bluetooth stack, a message appears saying peripheral usb has malfunctioned and is not recognized by windows.

In Device Manager, it is listed as an unknown device.
I tried different versions of the bluetooth stack, but the same message still appears.

Is there a software fix for this or does this mean that my hardware is defective? Would be grateful for any advice.

    Thank you.

    Hello

where downloaded battery Bluetooth? And another question: do you have bluetooth never work properly? It would be interesting.
Try another might be to download a Linux Live-CD and to check if the problem is perhaps more a hardware related issue.

So, if you need an alternative download source then try this address:

  • X 230 Bluetooth adapter not detected on Windows 10

I recently had the X 230 device I use put to level 10 Windows to a new facility (does not pass Lenovo restore feature). Since then, I noticed that I am no longer able to activate or to detect the bluetooth adapter after the upgrade. I tried to download the drivers, but also for Windows 10 but still power management software could activate / not detect. Things I noticed:

    1. There is no mention of a bluetooth Device Manager device (or as a category of bluetooth, nor as a network adapter.
    2. Performing with Fn + F5 does not work as it is the switch of the machine in airplane mode. Press them will take the machine off of airplane mode. (I also installed the hotkey software).

I used to be able to manage wifi and bluetooth devices using wireless Lenovo return assistance when I was still with Windows 7 if the material is "absolutely" there.

Thoughts? Thanks in advance for the help!

OK, so I was able to solve my problem of bluetooth in upgradinv the BIOS/UEFI with the latest firmware. After a reboot, voila! The bluetooth device has been detected. Now, the interesting thing is that there is no option to turn off the radio, unless disable you it in Device Manager.

  • Dynex DX-BUSB Wireless Adapter not recognized

I can't get my Dynex DX-BUSB wireless network adapter is recognized by Windows 7.  Windows recognizes it as a 802. 11 b / g adapter LP/SC of USBeless, but is unable to install the drivers.  I tried to install the original Dynex drivers, but it recognized without luck.  I guess because its pilots are old and currently not supported, looks like.  This computer, only way to get on Internet wireless adapter, I can't search online for drivers on this subject through Windows Update.  What should I do to get this card to work.  FYI, I'm using Windows 7 64 bit on a Pentium D 2.8 Ghz.

    Hey Wackysoft,.

I had the same problem this week and spent some time on the phone with Dynex.  They openly admitted that the DX-BUSB (as well as most of their other products) are currently problems of incompatibility with Windows 7.  They said they hope to have drivers available in the coming weeks.  Pretty miserable for those of us who do today on the internet.

    Good luck.

  • ThinkPad W520 Win7 Bluetooth device not recognized by Windows 7

    Hi all

Just got my Thinkpad W520 4270 CTO with bluetooth installed. It was a work station BACK I installed Win 7 x 64 Ultimate on and I finally got all the drivers installed, but the bluetooth software says it is no BT device connected to my laptop. I checked the BIOS settings and confirmed that the BT is enabled. I even turned off, saved, then he helped turn. Hit the Fn + 5 combo does not trigger the light or no matter what 'Found New Hardware'. When the laptop starts first BT light flashes and the wifi led and the HARD drive activity light. I was not yet able to load another OS, but I download Arch Linux and BackTrack 5 to test to see that it is perhaps a problem with OS.

Thoughts or ideas would be useful, it seems that my Google-Fu me has missed as well.

EDIT: I realize in the sticky on the "do not update the bluetooth drivers" but I do not get my bluetooth to work at all, not even recognized by the operating system as an "unknown device".

I thought about it. It is ridiculously easy. Download the drivers for the keyboard shortcut key and install. It allow you to use the functions at the top of your keyboard, and then after reboot, press Fn + F5 and will you will get a menu to activate the Bluetooth on the operating system, then Win7 should detect and install the drivers for it, or you can download those from the Lenovo site.
