  From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been deleted.

• Ghost print jobs

  My Photosmart HP 5520 is printing ghost print jobs that were sent to it months ago, but it does not print at the time.  The past 2 or 3 times I sent something to the printer, it has printed several old jobs and has reproduced the same old printing whenever I sent something for him again.  I have to hit the Red 'X' Cancel button on the printer to stop it, but if I go into the control panel of the printer on my HP TouchSMart 520 PC (running Windows 7), the button to see what your impression shows not all print jobs to this topic.  In fact, the window which should extend when that Albuquerque button is selected growing completely.  I wonder if I should remove the software from your computer and reinstall as a solution to this problem?  Any other ideas?  Not a computer complete fool but not notified to it either.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  The printer is losing a bit of paper and ink on this issue.

  HI - here are a few things you can try.  First, turn off the printer, then unplug the power cord of two the back of the printer and the power outlet, wait 60 seconds and turn it back on.  This will do a reset and will throw anything in his memory.  Second, restart the computer, which must clear the print queue in Windows.  If who does not solve the problem, go ahead and try to reinstall the software, but I think that one of the first two options will resolve.

• EM12cR2 - "purge jobs' repository (?) falsely reported down job scheduler

  EM12cR2 on Linux x 86-64 with a 11.2.0.3 database repository. This arose after my upgrade to 12.1.0.1 + BP1 yesterday.
  
  On the Repository page (Setup-> manage Cloud Control-> repository), in the Planner receiving section job status, the work of "Purge jobs" is shown as down with a white and red arrow for the next time the request and last run on demand. All other works seem to be good and are running successfully.
  
  It also appears as an incident stating "UpDown DBMS job for job Purge has exceeded the critical threshold (BOTTOM). "Current value: down.
  
  The framework for this (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/em.121/e25162/oracle_emrep.htm#autoId20) metric metric reference manual indicates that this measure is equivalent to the "broken" DBMS_JOB status and suggests recovering the job_id argument and present again, but the instructions do not find something useful.

  I recently migrated from MS Outlook 2003 to Thunderbird 24.4.0 to my personal e-mail address because I cannot afford the latest MS Outlook and you'd really like version 2013 in any case. Before migration, any time someone sent me a personal email at work, I communicate in-house attachment and move this attachment in my inbox at home. In Thunderbird, I find that when I drag the attachment section of the attachment in the Inbox folder (the actual file in the navigation pane or the list of emails in the Inbox), I get the unavailable symbol (circle with slash through it). I guess this won't be something I can do in Thunderbird, but wanted to check here and see if anyone had other ways to get the same end result.

  Obveously I would not normally order a replacement card without looking at the number of piece, but as above, I hope I will be able to order the Board, get it shipped here where is the laptop and make a trade. I know this might be a ram or problem LCD but in view of the short time I have, I think it is probably best to assume the worst and order a Board - I screens spare and ram that I can use if she goes not not up to being the Board of Directors.

• HP1006: Add memory printer HP1006

  My HP1006LaserJet printer freezes sometimes for a few minutes, when I send a print job that has included graphics on the page.  Finally, he will go ahead and print, but often I have to simply delete the print job and start over.  I think that the solution would be to add memory to the printer, but I don't know how, or if it is still possible.  I love this small monochrome printer and have even stockpiled two B & W replacement cartridges, so I'd hang on to it for a few years.

  If you're still having problems, put the driver to print directly to the printer.

  Go to start, Control Panel, printers, right click on the printer, left, click Properties, click the Advanced tab, select print directly to the printer, click apply and then click OK.

  Test the printer again.

• I can't delete my temporary files from the drive clean, I can't defragment all the c drive, what is my problem

  When I defragment it says that some files can not be defragmented, it said that it defragmate can't all drive c, when I do a disk clean up it only cleans and removes temporary internet files, empties the Recycle bin and compress old files. It dosnt take off web pages offline 9 k or 3 temporary files, 696 KB, or 32 KB of the temp of client/web publisher files.

  He used to do that before but not now and my computing needs a drive clean and defragment all the time more often when im doing something on my computer, it really goes slugish and plays and I have to close and clean the disk and defrag all too but its all just do not do the job.it has just started to do this what I can do to solve the problem.

  My printer HP 4620 all-in-one wireless works fine until it enters mode "Eve".  Once it goes into sleep mode, it is not wake up if a print job is sent to it.  If I wake up it manually by pressing the power button flashing, she does still not print.  If I've completely put off and then on again, the print job that has been put on hold on my computer will start printing, but it's a huge pain and loss of time almost everytime I want to print.  I installed all available updates.  I also assigned a static IP address in an effort to correct this, but nothing helped.  I see that others have complained about this problem, but I see not that anyone has had success resolving this.  My operating system is Windows Vista.  I use a Sys-Link Wireless G Router.  Thank you.

  Ok.  My printer worked flawlessly for a few days, and I think I can declare the problem solved.  I think the problem started when I applied a HP recommended workaround for a different problem, that is, HPNetworkCommunicator.exe kept running and goes out 10-15 seconds, with the cursor displays activities whenever the program is running.  When I reversed this workaround solution, solve the problem wireless (but of course, I had once more the annoying problem with HPNetworkCommunicator.exe).  I then discovered that HP had published a software release that fixes the problem with HPNetworkCommunicator.exe.  I installed the new version of the software.  HPNetworkCommunicator.exe is now fixed, and my wireless connection remains stable even when the printer goes to sleep.

• HP Laserjet M1217: Printers print anything

  I have a user with a printer connected via USB.  It was workng fine up until today ' today morning that does not just print.  There are also online, and when you sent a print job it has an exclamation point.  When you try to solve problems, it fails.  I tried reinstalling the driver, but the computer does not recognize it and the installation program will not again.  I installed the HP Universal Print Driver PCL6 and it did not help.  We have tried different USB Ports and a different cable.  After that I restarted the PC it worked and now again after 45 minutes it no longer works.  Advice and or ideas about why it continues to be.  I had a lot of sales reps with the same problem where the pc does not recognize any connected printer.  Please notify.

  Hi @viju932 and welcome to the Forums of HP! I can help you with your M1217. I understand that you can not print even if the computer says the printer is offline. I see also that you tried the driver universal PCL6, different USB ports, another USB cable, and only after restarting the PC you can get the printer works, but only for about 45 minutes. Please run printing HP and doctor Scan and be sure to let me know the results of the tests carried out.

  HP printing and doctor Scan is a free utility (tool) that allows to quickly resolve problems printing, scanning and connectivity, including but not limited to:

  • Connectivity:

  USB: Check that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product works properly.

  Network: Verifies that the network connection between your computer and your network is working properly.

  • Device Status Test: checks the errors of the device, such as paper, paper jams, stands transport and paper issues and provides instructions to resolve the error.
  • Driver: checks the driver missing or corrupt files.

  ·         Device Manager: check the problems in Device Manager that could prevent printing.

  • Device online: check if the product has been suspended or put in offline and then sets the State back in line if necessary.
  • Print queue: checks and clears pending print jobs in the print queue (a newspaper for printing waiting to print).
  • Port Match: check the port settings for the HP product.
  • Device conflicts: check the conflicts with other drivers, such as the other brands of printers.
  • Ink issues: check the cartridges and the ink levels for issues that affect the print quality.
  • Print settings: check and adjust the print quality settings.
  • Test print: print a test page for the assessment of the print quality and provides options for cleaning and if necessary print head alignment.
  • Scan tests: check the scanning mechanism, drivers, and registry entries.

  If this does not resolve the problem, after back and let me know if there are all the symbols except the Green checkmarks and what they are next of course. The key is not always easy to find that the key and the box are both in a green circle.

  • If you see only the Green checkmarks, the tool has not found no problem.
  • If you see Green key, the utility identified a problem and fix it automatically.
