    My teenage son has done something on my phone.  Now, every time (on iPhone or on my Mac) when I type in a Word, it is replaced by this other sentence he typed in.  There I know not how to cancel anything, he did.

    The important thing here is that you should try to update your applications as part of the creative cloud desktop application, not through the Option help within the application itself.
