  I spoke to Microsoft some ports I need to open for my Xbox and have the list of ports. I'm looking for how to do this. I tried to search online for this guides and I can't find anything that is recent. When I watch videos, everything is a little different and the interface is not quite the same more so any help is appreciated.

  Step 1 in the Navigation pane, click the Hardware tab.
  Step 2 tab in the equipment, develop interconnections > Fabric_Interconnect_Name > Module fixed >

  Step 3, click on one or more ports under the Unconfigured Ports node.
  Step 4 slide the selected ports and drop them in the Ports of the server node.
  The ports are configured as server ports, removed from the list of ports configured and added to
  the Ports of the server node.

  I am sure that they have purchased licenses for Version 11 and not only 11.1.1.1, the customer should be able to patch it 11.1.1.3 version because it solves many problems and is only a maintenance release.

  Note that ports above 1023 including 10000 could be anything and should generally not be worried.  It seems that 10000 is for example used for VoIP call.  So, being identified as Webmin is probably a false decision simply because who uses also 10000.

  In what circumstances should open ports on a server ESXi 4. The admin newwork insists that the port is blocked at the level of the host ESXi 4. He tries to get out via a virtual machine that is unable to connect to a service on a remote server. Thus, he keep insisting that we open port/s on the ESXi 4 server. How can I open a port 10001 on ESXi 4 server or make sure it is not blocked at the level of the ESXi 4 server.

  ESXi has no * capacity * to block a port to a virtual machine - it's a layer 2 switch (unless you use Nexus 1KV) - there is nothing to check.
