Kaspersky anti virus

I am download Kaspersky anti virus on my computer.  It doesn't let me download it.  The error message says something about the signing of data.  I contacted Kaspersky and they tried everything and it doesn't work.  They recommended that I contacted micorsoft.  They thought that maybe there was a steeing on my computer that I need to change.

I don't know if I have an infection mallware.  How will I know?

    Uninstall will remove your PC kaspersky and all that is in the site Web of Kaspersky would remove. I think that clean install will always remain your product key if you install the new version it will remain but software kaspersky Web site it would completely eliminate.

    Also if you have the product key which is fine, that it's activation is on the network and your PC already registerd in the administration server Kaspersky and you can use it again.

    You can also remove Kaspersky from Control Panel, program, and feature and uninstall the program.
