KB2656353 security update has been downloaded every time that I have stop my computer and when I start upward again in recent days.

This download is there yet.  It seems to be the same, this is the first time that I wrote the code at the end.  I still download, allowing to update at the stop.  It is not usually this many Microsoft Downloads.

Full text of update: a security update for MS .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 x 86 (KB2656353)

I have also had problems with my computer.  Had a friend for the holidays watch, which quarantined to a single file.  The only thing we could figure out was that my McAfee program was running whenever I clicked or moved in my email accounts and he used all of the memory 2 g.  So I switched browsers Firefox, McAfee was not doing this, then it was fixed.  After about 5 days at home, McAfee was running with Firefox and slow things down.  I have McAfee online and they are gone, removed a bunch of files placed in quarantine and not something in the software.  It helped, but I still have questions that I had before my friend watched during the holiday season.  (If my printer is left on my computer is hampering trying to close or start.)  I never had this problem at the last place I've lived, but also had a direct line to the internet modem, when I am on a wireless adapter.  And I had problems with the computer in my old USB ports corrupt flash drives.  (* sigh * I just turn my printer power on and off when I need and turn off wireless on this subject because of this problem.)

I also had a warning of 'virtual memory is low' and also known as the end, and it is displayed when the computer is in standby or when I left it for a few minutes.  Again, I have 2G of RAM, but all these strange things began to happen as soon as I started running internet from a wireless key, not that I don't have the choice in my current setting.

Thanks for your help!

Angela

  • Three Windows Vista security updates continue to fail every time.

Three Vista updates fail every time Windows Update tries to install.  They seem to settle in Windows Update and then require a reboot to complete.  During the restart of the system required, "Configuring updates 3/3 ' always shows 0% complete then finally said the ' configuration updates are not correctly installed and updates to return back and restart the system, then ends."

    These are the updates:

Update security for WIndows Vista (KB2691442)

Update security for WIndows Vista (KB2655992)

A security update cumulative for Internet Explorer 9 for WIndows Vista (KB2719177)

I tried several times with the same negative result of "failing".

I got a Windows Defender Update yesterday and only one installed perfectly, but they are still pending.

  • An update has been downloaded without my permission, and he says to install pending... How do you prevent to settle?

I made the mistake of clicking on "check for updates" because he instead downloaded the update. I have my settings the value "check for updates but let me choose whether to install them", but the button ' Check for Updates ' does not allow me to choose... they are downloaded immediately.

It is a serious violation of my trust in Firefox and I will not allow these updates to install. If I can't stop them... I uninstall Firefox and wash my hands of Mozilla permanently.

    Firefox 14.0.1
    Mac OS X 10.7.5

If files have already been downloaded, then delete files in the updates and the updates/0 file in the Firefox application.

You can also remove active - update.xml, or even updates.xml (this will clear the update history).

  • This morning update of Firefox has been downloaded but does not restart the laptop. He's trying to start and the lights on the keyboard. He continually tries to restart. The screen is blank. It was working fine until I clicked on restart.

PC IS A COMPAQ PRESARIO V6000 RUNNING WINDOWS XP

PC DOES NOT RESTART AFTER THE LAST FIREFOX DOWNLOAD THIS MORNING

The PC screen does not light and I think he's dead. It can be quite fortuitous, and there may be a hardware failure that he would have stopped working even without the download of firefox. I'll have to consider Repair shop and see if anything can be saved on the hard disk.

    Thanks anyway

  • Get daily Microsoft with Windows XP error messages. And every time that I turn off the computer, it wants to install an update. Example of an error message: NDP1.1sp_KB953297_X86_wrapper.log.

I remember more recent changes.  I use automatic updates and installing Service Pack 3.  Symantec Norton 360 is installed to protect against viruses, but this is not new.

Here is another example of an error message: NDP1.1sp_KB953297_X86_msi0.logversiontxt.  I get every day two or three error messages.

    Hello

The problem is with the update of security Microsoft .net Framework 1.1 sp1.
There could be a corruption with the .net framework.
First of all try to download the package to update from Microsoft Download Center and install it on the computer:
    http://www.Microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=78ac8b97-8327-4AE1-8BB0-6cf227f3968f

If manual installation fails, you must delete all versions of the .net framework from the computer and then reinstall on the computer.
Follow the steps mentioned in the link to the following Microsoft article:

  • Windows Update Error 80070002. Windows configures still (probably the same) updates every time that I have shut down or restart.

Windows always configures updates while shutting down the machine and the later start. I tried all the methods described on the microsoft Web site, including the removal of the files in the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution after stopping the update service, using fixit and using the analysis tool. All in vain.

Update of Windows gives an error code 80070002. I have this problem since December 14, 2011.
    Kindly help.

Thank you for your advice. I have solved my problem. The approximate sequence of change made is:

    Remove pending.xml file.
    Rename the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.
Calendar Checkdisk and reboot your pc.
Run as administrator command prompt and type sfc/scannow, and then press ENTER.
After completion, reboot your pc and try to install the updates.
Once again thanks for the advice...
  • Low resolution image has been downloaded instead of high resolution have?

I downloaded 2 x vector files have. The files that were sent were, but with jpg images low resolution inside with the Adobe logo still on the picture...?

Yes it's on both downloads HERE. Yes I have a debt which I used for downloads.

    Hi Pieter,

The .ai 2 files (99028850 and 99659790), OR vector images you downloaded, when opened in Adobe Illustrator, open fine without Adobe logo OR watermark.

Yes! Adobe logo watermark gold appears when we open the preview of the image and not the licensed version.

    What we have done is:

    • Looking for the image.
    • Clicked on licensed and save on computer
    • Open the .ai file downloaded and it opens without Adobe logo OR watermark.

Can you please confirm if you open the preview image OR the licensed version of the image in Adobe Illustrator?

Can you please share the screenshot of the same which shows Adobe logo or watermark on the images 'license '?

In order to test on your side, gently:

    • Sign in to Stock.adobe.com
    • Click on your name at the top right, and it will display a menu drop-down.
    • Click on the license history - it will show the list of the images you uploaded.
    • Click on the image number you want to re-download - which is allowed. Do not click new license.
    • This opens the image and click on save to computer. -It would go to the default download folder.
    • Now try to open this licensed version of the image in Adobe Illustrator.

    Hope the same help.

    Thank you

I CAN'T REDUCE ITS SCREEN SIZE OF QUARTER, HE CANNOT REMOVE, & WHEN I CLICK ON 'X' TOP RIGHT IT DISAPPEARS & RETURNS 30 SECONDS LATER. WHEN I SELECT (IN JAPANESE - I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT) HAS A MESSAGE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX I GET COMPUTER AN ERROR MESSAGE "AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED IN THE SCRIPT ON THIS PAGE" & IT GIVES A URL, BUT WHEN I CLICK ON 'YES' OR 'NO' TO CONTINUE TO RUN SCRIPTS NOTHING HAPPENS.

    WHAT CAN I DO?

topblanchflower wrote: well, I tried SuperAntiSpyware download - no luck - the annoying box in Japanese is still on my table as soon as I open it. Someone at - it any ideas what to try to get rid of it?

Hello topblanchflower, you can try to run a Windows Restore Point, date back to the time before this problem arose.

To do this, go to the start ORB, all programs, accessories, System Tools, System Restore.

Click Restore and system in a short period of time, a window will open that shows a restore point. Look in the lower left corner, then check the box to show more restore points and select one before the Popup began.

The system reboot and return to the office and advisor than the Windows Restore Point has been successful or not successful.

Sometimes malware such as this will be disable and remove all Windows Restore Points to prevent the user to rid the system of the malware.

    Hello

I have a custom email signature I settled by default on my message options. Whenever I compose a message, the spelling check includes my signature. I need to spell check my actual post without going through the spelling of signature every time.

Also, I can't insert any default signature message. There must be a limit to the number of characters, you are able to use. Is there a way around this problem as my message signature cut three quarters of the way through.
