KB976765.msp 3:-2147287037

Hi all

I've been maintaining a customer with a HP DC5800 with XP SP3 32 bit.  He had a series of problems of updating Windows with the .net framework, initially because he was missing the installation directories.
I have completely deleted all versions of .net (2 to 3.5) using this tool: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/08/28/8904493.aspx, and brought the system to 3.5V SP1 with update cumulative dotnetfx35.exe by following the instructions at the end of this post and verified 2.0 SP2, 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 have been installed correctly using the netfx_setupverifier tool
After this point, I was able to apply several updates by using Windows Update, but I'm currently at a point where KB982168 continually errors with 0 x 663.
Looking at the log file, a saw that the passage, located directly after my writing, contains what seems to be the offending error.
I wonder why it sews, because I have installed 2, 0 3.5 and checked that they were OK withhttp://blogs.msdn.com/cfs-file.ashx/__key/communityserver-components-postattachments/00-08-99-90-04/netfx_5F00_setupverifier_5F00_new.zip, which seems to be getting this error 2.0 SP2.
Someone at - he hints/suggestions
?
Thank you very much.   It's driving me crazy.

  • Analog control over the timing of myRIO MSP?

    Hello

I'm new to myRIO and just got my.

How do you set the rate for similar samples of the port of an MSP myRIO?

For example, I would like an analog stream output 200ksps.

Place the block of OUTPUT ANALOG in a timed loop and runs only gives an output of 6.3 kHz frequency. (measured at the ao1 using a scope)

    See the attached file.

I incorrectly use the timed loop? (.. .havent used before)

Or myRIO does needs some extra configuration?

Thanks for any help to what appears to be a very simple problem.

    See you soon.

    Hey, Carloman.

In this case the speed is limited by the software (OS, background process and especially the code LabVIEW) running on the ARM processor on the myRIO.  200 Ksps specification is for the hardware.  If you need to write this young, you can use LabVIEW FPGA to write data.

One of the reasons why it is difficult to reach the 200 Ksps output rate of the side RT is because each iteration of the loop produces only 1 sample (the FPGA is configured for the only point of exit... a sample at a time).  The perfect way to generate samples on the side RT and to write data to 200 Ksps is to build several samples each loop and use a FPGA personality that supports analog output buffer in memory.  This allows to generate N samples each iteration of the loop and then send samples to a FPGA (FIFO) buffer that implements buffer and copy the data.  I believe that it is coming in a future update.

For now, you can implement this architecture by creating a custom FPGA personality or you could do everything in LV FPGA.

Let us know if that makes sense.

    Thank you!

  • associate the Windows Installer Windows XP .msp files

    Hello

I need to execute a file .msp (patch for a software) that would be associated with Windows Installer under Win7, but don't natively is not with Windows XP.  If I right click on the file and select 'Open with', the Windows Installer does not appear in the list.  If I browse and try to locate the Windows installation program, I don't know (I did several searches but not prevail).

    Hello

If I remember what I did was to remove the association for PaintShop Pro .msp files should open up PaintShop and then click on file > Preferences > file associations, and then DESELECT .msp format.

To make this work on Win7, you may need to start PaintShop with administrator rights (rather than simply clicking on the shortcut, right-click and select "Run as Administrator" for PaintShop now has the right to change the registry.

If you succeed, then the .msp file will be more associated with PaintShop Pro and should show as a no associated file.  Then, pair it with Windows Installer patch as I mentioned.  When you have finished installing the patch, you may want to reassociate for PaintShop .msp files, if you have graphics files with this extension.

    I hope this works.

  • OM_5.4.0_Man_Node_A01.msp installation fails (Windows Server 2008 x 64)

I can't get it to load the patch installer. Of course, life would be easier if Dell has released a proper version of OpenManage (with support for Windows Server 2008 x 64).

    Here are the instructions...

    Application of the Service Pack
1 double-click the MSP file or enter the following in a command prompt window:
    MsiExec.exe /p OM_5.4.0_Man_Node_A01.msp

    And the error message...

    Windows install

The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer because the program to be upgraded is may be missing, or the upgrade patch may be a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.

  • Annex MSP import in Instantis

I am trying to download the MSP project schedule in Instantis.  I have the plug to download and I can get to the point where I choose the file I want to have the Instantis to convert the .xml file, but when I choose that it, it asks me to choose a name for the .zip file, but it does not give me any place to do the 'ok' button is grayed out and I can't advance any further.  Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

What you have to do is to create a project in Instantis with a calendar template (I use Ad - hoc activity) and set the dates of beginning and end of project.  Add your resources.  Export the calendar of MSP.  Copy the rows/columns you want to use your MSP MPP file and overlay the calendar exported Instantis.  Export the calendar back to Instantis and you should be ready to go.

  • Impossible to install a security update on Acrobat Reader DC because the previous version of the product has been installed with the package integrated MSP

    Hi all.

I'm trying to 15.010.20056 update is installed on 15.009.20079 version of Acrobat Reader the domain controller that was installed as integrated (with the updates included) package in our corporate environment. So during the installation, I get these errors: 1328 and 1603. If I uninstall the current version of MS, install 2015.007.20033 (most recent Adobe site) version and then install updated security, everything is going very well. How to solve this problem?

I assume that you have installed 15.009.20079 by AIP. Is that this is the case, then you won't able to correct this AIP installation at 15.010.20056.

Because of facilities using setup.exe will be updated at the latest by only applying the fix. Please refer toRe: AcroRdrDC1501020056 msp and msi as always ~ ~ for more details.

If you have not used of AIP, please let us know so that we can continue.

    Hello

I want to upgrade old acro DC version to 1501020056.

So I download exe to ftp, I extract exe with winrar, I extracted program with msiexec /a AcroRead.msi

I have AcroRead.msi in my folder extracted with all records. Now, if I run msiexec /a AcroRdrDCUpd1501020056.msp /p AcroRead.msi or with the acro.msi in the extracted files, I had the legendary: the fix for cannont upgrade installed by windows blablabla.

So, what's the problem this time? I use msi and msp, that they were not retrieved... Same with ftp msp...

    Anyone have a solution?

    Thank you very much

OK, finally I have the dampening solution.

Why can't I apply msp patch? ... BECAUSEEEEEEEEEEE... I have the ac reader reader on my computer installed... Great no?

Unistall as it. Clean your PC with acrobat cleaner OR install a fresh vbox with seven...

    Now unzip the exe file.

    msiexec /a acroread.msi > create a new folder

in the new folder paste the msp file. msiexec /a AcroRdrDC1501020056.msp /p acroread.msi and also marks a new folder. All files are now agree.

In the last dough acroread.msi (used in the command msiexec /a AcroRdrDC1501020056.msp /p acroread.msi line)

Test your package, check the version of. Enjoy

  • AcrobatUpd11009.msp patch cannot be installed

    Hi all

Another month, another puzzle of patching Adobe! So I read the guide of the company several times, and I've been deployment and patching Adobe Flash, Reader and Acrobat for years. Usually, it goes well, but finally I still have a problem. This time my problem is the following:

    • Last month, I created a new Acrobat XI AIP of low media 11.0. I patched this AIP (quarterly) 11.0.07
    • I then installed Acrobat on many customers using the command line option 'PATCH = AcrobatSecUpd11008.msp' to 'the chain' the OOC patch in my installation, without actually applying the OOC to my AIP.
    • Today, when I try to apply the AcrobatUpd11009.msp to those clients, I get the error in the log file: ""SEQUENCER PATCH: minor upgrade patch \\server\share\AcrobatUpd11009.msp is not applicable. ""
      • And the error in the GUI: "the upgrade cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded is may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade'.»

Someone can he tell me what I did wrong here? I think I can uninstall 11.0.08, then run a full installation of the 11.0.09 of a new agreement in principle, but that does not seem necessary.

    Thanks in advance!

After a lot of research and testing, I decided to abandon our AIP based method of deployment of Reader and Acrobat. I will now use the method "priming", which uses the setup.exe and setup.ini and takes in charge applying msp patches in all versions (including OOC).

The priming method also supports a few other interesting features, including paths relative to transformations and (ideal for deployments SCCM) Patch files.
