Kernel Panic 10.11.4 updated not SUIDGuardNG.kext

Hello

I'm getting kernel panic errors that occur after I have my Macbook 15 "walk or have closed up to sleep.  When I come back, it is said it is restarted or I have to hard reboot with the power button.  This seems to have started after the update.

I ran the test posted in this discussion two iMacs does not start after the 10.11.4 update.

Results here: http://pastebin.com/e7b7mzx5

I do not seem SUIDGuardNG.kext on my computer.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

You turn off your AV software before you do the upgrade? I suggest that to get rid of because you do not really need. Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Reset the PRAM
  2. Reset the controller (SMC) system management
  3. Start the computer in Safe Mode, and then restart your computer again normally. It's slower than a standard home.
  4. Restart the computer. After the chime hold COMMAND and R until the Utility Menu appears. Disk utility and click on the button continue. Disk utility charges and select layouts withdrawal (usually Macintosh HD) volume entry of the list to one side.  Click first aid button in the toolbar. Wait for the done button to appear. Disk utility and return in the Utility Menu.
  5. Restart the computer from the Apple Menu.
  6. Download OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 Combo update. Reinstall Combo update.

  • Loop kernel panic after put 10.11.4 up-to-date; How to remove SUIDGuardNG?

On an iMac 2012, 10.11.3 at 10.11.4 (using the combo update) update caused an endless kernel panic.  Apple store wiped my drive, I've restored the backup data and... panic the kernel again.  So, I cloned an aged 1 day SuperDuper! backup from an external drive to the iMac and the machine is now as it was before the update attempt.

I read on these boards that the SUIDGuardNG kernel extension is the culprit, and we need to remove it before applying the 10.11.4 combo updater.  I just trash and emptied the Recycle Bin?  Could then turn off my 10.11.3 present system?  A "kernel extension" looks like an essential element.  Isn't it?

You must boot mode safe (by holding the SHIFT key), go to/Library/Extensions, drag the SUIDGuardNG.kext to the trash and restart normally.

  • Inspiron 3000 series with Ubuntu LTS 14.04 - Kernel panic after system update

Does anyone have a solution to the panic of the kernel at startup after an update of the system? The only 'solution' is to choose a previous version of the kernel in grub or reinstall the system from scratch. Frustrating.

Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem.

    Thank you

The best way to solve the problem is to upgrade to 14.04.2 or 14.04.3 - it worked for me

    sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-lts-vivid xserver-xorg-core-lts-vivid xserver-xorg-lts-vivid xserver-xorg-video-all-lts-vivid xserver-xorg-input-all-lts-vivid libwayland-egl1-mesa-lts-vivid

This updates the kernel to 3.16 series (14.04.2) or 3.19 series (14.04.3)

    Good luck

I had a very similar problem after updating to 10.8.2. What worked for me was starting up in recovery of OS X and under my boot repair disk volume. There are a number of scheduled file system errors. After the reboot, VMWare works again and the system has been stable for the last half hour or so.

I don't know what is happening and I hope someone can help me get this figured out and find a solution to this problem, thanks in advance.

    Bill

    You have a RAM failure.

The Mac Pro features help Error correction Code RAM with hardware integrated with its Xeon processor. The Mac Pro 1.1 uses FBDIMM who get hot and do not have a long life expectancy. Work for 7-8 months does not work tomorrow.

The error correction is used aggressively at the start, and all DIMM found to have errors during the Power-On Self Test brief execution have their slots declared 'empty '. This isn't an anomaly, these modules DIMM turns out to be BAD.

If these modules DIMM is stickers from the seller, you can get replaced them under warranty of the seller.

The strange thing is that Windows 10 on my Bootcamp partition still works and has no problem. I don't know if I'm missing something, but if it was a hardware problem (hard drive, SATA cable, RAM, logical card) so shouldn't the Windows partition also have problems?

Please let me know if you have ideas or suggestions. I'm stuck with Windows help in the meantime.

When the Apple Hardware Test results by generating an error code, there is a hardware problem.  The error you posted indicates a problem connecting to the HARD drive.

I was able to resolve most of them between the forums and the Genius Bar, but there is still a persistent that even the Genius Bar can't seem to understand. Often, my computer freezes and restarts itself, and recently I had the window "your computer restarted due to a problem". I know kernel panic can be software or hardware related. I just wiped my hard drive (third-party SSD), reinstalled the OS X and restored from a Time Machine backup (but doesn't not restore any network or personal settings, as I was told by the Genius Bar help ensure no bugs/corruptions that affected my machine were installed). A complete hardware and software diagnostic was managed by Apple, where the only problem they found was that they could not read my hard drive and I have recommended replacing the hard drive slick, that I had let them. However, my problem: I have yet to have another random reboot with the new cable, but I am always starting gel, delay and slow speeds. I understood the message of the most recent kernel panic error, but I have little idea how do make sense. If someone could decode it for me and let me know what you think caused the kernel panic, I would be grateful!

Quick notes (it may or may not be useful): I also installed new third-party RAM me, updated 4-8 GB. I also have problems taking videos on Photo Booth. When I do, app causes my computer to lag, and the video does not correctly record (late of video development, multicolor screen during playback, not only audio video, etc.). Check the video card came back clean well.

I'm not sure regarding the panic itself 100%, but the symptoms you describe, I'll try to put first the original RAM if you, as a test. Also try a SMC reset: reset the management system (SCM) controller on your Mac - Apple Support.

  • Frequent kernel panic

Frequent kernel panics on my MBP of 2015 early in the experiment.

Have no sw pending updates in the App Store.

Hoping someone could point me in the right direction as delinquency hw or sw?

    Thank you!

  • Kernel Panic?

Can someone tell me why I got a Kernel Panic? I picked up my computer while he was on the sector, the bottom was hot. Open the cover, and it's a black screen (no display). I had to hold down the power button to stop it.

The only thing I can think has changed in a few days is I installed the update to El Capitan 10.11.6. Otherwise, it's no problem to have. In my opinion, it's the first kernel panic that I never had on the Mac in the last year or so I got it.

Any ideas? Thank you, in advance.
