  As far as I know, that you can not use the key on the sticker code. This key code belongs to the original restore for this model of laptop CD. You must install OS with clean code. After doing this, you can download and install all necessary drivers, tools and utilities. Each of them you can find on Toshiba download page under http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com

  The password is set in your router. Check with the router manufacturer as most have excellent
  online help to set a password as well as connection to the router. Also check in
  their forums (if any).

  Assuming that you had bought a copy of the sale at retail of Office 2010 (i.e., it not was not preinstalled by the manufacturer of the computer or downloaded and installed using a "product key card"), just install it on the new system and turn on normally.  In some cases, you may use telephone activation and explain the circumstances (i.e., the old computer is dead).

  As long as the disc you are using is the exact same OEM disc that would be provided by IBM that would work on these computers. It cannot be a copy in the Windows retail.
