Keyboard cannot work after launch KVM in UCS

I am facing a strange problem to install ESXi to a UCS B200 M2 blade, after replacing the two hard drives, I try to install ESXi on this blade again, but after the launch, the KVM, seems my keyboard cannot communicate with KVM, means I will not push "enter" to start the installation. All the key stop working, even use "macros".  This problem is only happening on a blade, no problem to use KVM for communication with the blades of rest. Already tried:

a. retrieve this blade.

b. re associate this blade with the service profile

c. re install java on my laptop.

d. try on a different workstation

But still does not work. all the blades with the same profile adjustment services actaully.

Enjoy can get advice from here. Thank you very much!

Yang,

Can you make sure that the MMIC is running the same version as the UCSM and check the results.

Also, you can try a MMIC and a CMOS reset to see if that makes a difference.

Thank you!

  • Keyboard stops working after you press caps lock.

On a compaq laptop presario CQ60-300SO the keyboard stops working after you press the caps lock button. The keyboard does not work once the computer starts, but after going in under the keyboard properties control panel and press the 'OK' button, this will work. Buy keyboard works when the computer RECORDS, so I can't get to BIOS. The keyboard work until windows starts and I activate it via the properties of the keyboard by opening the window and press OK immediately. I tried updating the driver but I only find that the keyboard already has the most recent drivers. I tried to restore the drivers and that does not work either. I also disabled start all programs and services to see if it was a problem caused by a program or service and still no luck. It's a very strange problem. I noticed that the keyboard IRQ ranges are both 64-64 and 60-60, which i thought was weird but that's maybe normal. Any advice will be appreciated.

  • USB mouse & keyboard stop working after the upgrade of Intel generic drivers drivers!

Original Post: USB mouse & keyboard stop working after upgrade to generic drivers

After you install Windows, the Generic USB controller drivers are installed. My mouse & keyboard as planned work & that are each recognized as "compatible mouse/keyboard HID."

After I installed the Intel drivers for root USB controller, the mouse & keyboard stop working and are classified as unknown. Shortly after, they are considered HP USB Optical Mouse & HP USB Standard keyboard, however the drivers never properly install and they remain under unknown devices with a yellow exclamation point.

I have searched high & low for these device drivers, they do not exist. I installed the drivers for all of the materials appearing on the site of the seller. This has happened on several computers, laptops and desktop computers.

I've done all the troubleshooting I can think. Uninstalled all the controllers/USB hubs & restarted. Switched USB ports, I tried new mouse & keyboard, wanted Windows updates.

The only way I can make it work is if I use the generic Windows drivers, who then recognized the mouse & KB "HID compliant". It seems that if I install Intel drivers, it recognizes the mouse & keyboard more in detail and he wants specific drivers to continue.

Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the reply.

  • laptop keyboard stopped working after Windows update.

have a toshiba satellite A505 laptop and the keyboard stops working after Windows Update reboots. We reinstalled Windows 7, which fixed the problem until the updates have come. Now the keyboard is unresponsive. Sounds like a software problem, no material. Also checked the keyboard drivers that are up to date.

As a first response, go to the control panel, device, keyboard, keyboard Manager and right click, uninstall it and let it rediscover Windows and then reinstall it.

It suits it much of the time.

  • Satellite A350 - keyboard only works after toggle mode 'sleep'

A few days ago, I installed the update of the BIOS 2.40 an i also disassembled the laptop because of severe heating problems.

After all put together, on the windows login screen, I noticed that the keyboard doesn't work anymore.

Only the CapsLock key would light up, and after starting the laptop all the function keys me me in the F8 boot menu.

Now, whenever the computer starts, I can't use the en menu F2 and F12 BIOS BOOT options.

And after this to start windows, the keyboard stops working.

What standby mode allowing / disableing the keyboard is working again.

When connect an external keyboard to enter the BIOS, press the buttong F2 gives me a white screen, and nothing happens, I have to restart.

I took care of the problem of dust before once, and it gave me no problem at all, so now I think it's the update of the bios that gives me problems, since I can't even boot into the BIOS menu.

I want to try and get off at 2.30, I have the file, but I can't Flash the bios with an old version.

I hope that there is someone who can help out me? Maybe I need to look in a different direction with this problem.

    Hello

The BIOS has nothing to do with your problem.
If the BIOS would not be allowed, your laptop wouldn't turn on in your case the keyboard does not work after you remove the device.
Now there are two options: either you do not connect the keyboard to the motherboard correctly or you damaged something plugging an external USB keyboard to see if the keyboard controller is OK. If external keyboard works, you must replace the internal keyboard part.

  • USB mouse and keyboard stop working after I have install Windows Update KB2913431

After installation automatic Windows Update KB2913431 (Win 7 Enterprise), the computer seems to work very well, but my mouse and keyboard stop working.  The option of automatic repair after that start with F8 does not work.  He said that the error is "unspecified".

The fool is that it has created a constellation of intermittent problems when I try other options to get these devices to function after the update.  The questions I will of unpowered USB ports, grateful Windows and install the drivers for USB devices, but then do not recognize their (and are not), random BSOD, restore points invalid system, random boot failure, which causes discs to randomly stop working properly, closed randomly , à... I think you get the idea.

I think it must be a driver problem.  I passed through the Device Manager and uninstall all hidden devices.  I have updated the drivers for everything that has an update available.  I tried to disable all, but Microsoft services at startup and in the list of "services".  I've always been unsuccessful; However, when I can get it to successfully restore to a point before the update (none of the automatic restore points work correctly) it seems ok.  It will sometimes seem to work after I applied the update, but then go haywire shortly after.  I am convinced that it is not a hardware problem, given that the prior update restores (when they actually cross without failure) work very well.

I went through countless articles in the knowledge base and tried all the suggestions I've seen, other than registry cleaners because I had a bad experience with this earlier.  I tried so many things that I lost count and the memory of some of them.

I reached point is never install the update (an option that I prefer not to use) or creating a clean Windows install on another drive (an option that I prefer not to use, but I'm a little more friendly to).  I already started to back up files to prepare a clean install, but I reach out one last time before I pull the trigger.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions you have!

  • Keyboard stopped working after update

    Hello :)

I've just updated my computer after the delay for some time now. Keyboard I know right - because the work volume buttons, but everything else (letters, numbers, etc.) have failed. I tried troubleshooting to solve the problem, but it was a bust.    Initially, I had windows 8 so I feel that this should not be a problem.

    Thanks for the help!

Not that I can think of, I've never seen a keyboard stop working in this way.  If I were you, I'll try:

    • Put the keyboard in another computer
    • Try a different USB port on the plug
    • Try another keyboard
    • Use the on-screen keyboard to run the RSTRUI command and restore before the problem started happening
  • Tecra M5: external PS2 keyboard only works after restart

    Hello

I have a Tecra M5 with a Port Replicator III Plus. I plugged a mouse and a keyboard via PS2. The mouse works fine, but the keyboard does not work in the Windows XP logon screen. Just after the restart of the keyboard works.

I tried a few other keyboards, same problem. USB keyboard works without problem. I also reinstalled the mobile extensions and tried to change some BIOS settings.

Someone at - it an idea?

  • Erk - 321 has keyboard: HP Envy wireless keyboard only works after a reboot, but not at initial startup. Envy all in one office.

Hello, for some reason, my keyboard is not working whenever I'm doing a restart. Or turn on for the first time after a stop down. The only keys that work are the volume keys.

But if I restart by connection or desktop screen, the keyboard works fine.

The batteries are not dead, I replaced the.

Any info would be great. Thank you.

I have HP Envy Beats all-in-one.  Mouse worked, keyboard no longer works unless after withdrawal of the driver for keyboard then rebooted.  Would work for this next boot, solved by disabling fast-start-up in power options, the theory is computer starts jumped linking or simply crossed it faster that the keyboard can answer.  Hope this helps you.

  • Bitmoji keyboard stopped working after update iOS 10?

My bitmoji keyboard no longer works on my iPhone 6 since I have updated to iOS 10 today.  The emoji keyboard keyboard English (United States) both still work, but when I try to go to Bitmoji, it shows a black background that says: "Please enable full access. We need full access to retrieve your avatar... »

I went into my settings and checked under "Keyboard" and switch "Allow full access" is enabled for the Bitmoji keyboard.

I tried to restart my phone, deleting and reloading of the application and is gone in the settings and made sure that the "Full Access" switch was once again, however when I open messages and try and switch to the keyboard, I get the same black screen and note.

Does anyone have any other ideas, or is having the same problem?

I'm not familiar with this keyboard, however, will need a lot of app developers and content and still haven't, update their software to be fully compatible with the last software update (iOS 10).

  • Keyboard stops working after sleep

I have a X 61 Tablet model 7764CTO, every time I wake my computer from sleep mode my keyboard does not work. Press caps lock shift does not turn light on and the computer does not respond to any keyboard input. If I restart, it still does not (at any time during the reboot phase, I can not for menu start or anything). To get it to work, I need to close entirely.

It was working properly before you begin to install updates for windows, so I guess some day broke. Someone at - it ideas?

Sorry for the triple post, but I found a solution (sort of). I ordered a new keyboard to see if suits him altogether, but in the meantime, just hit the buttons on the tablet will do what they keyboard work once again. So either the buttons rotate, the Toolbox or the leak.
