  We have isolated the problem with the Bureau of AIR Kuler and have solved the problem. To get the application running again, you will need to uninstall your current version and then install the latest version. You can find the latest version on the homepage kuler.adobe.com. Just click on the "Kuler desktop" link on the new space and the right side of the page after uninstalling your current version.

• Adobe Color Kuler aka download and view questions

  Ive been trying to use the new adobe color and I am find that once I found a palette I like, I try to download it and when I try to see, the file type is not supported in all applications CC I including photoshop, Illustrator and after effects does anyone know to use once their downloaded or least how to display so that they can be used?

  You don't need to download the ase of color.adobe.com to see in photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects / InDesign / Flash.   These products are "Color Themes" Panel to

  Windows > Extensions > Adobe color themes

  or

  Windows > color themes

  Simply preferred a theme on color.adobe.com and it will show up under this Panel.  From here you can directly use in your creations.

  I would like to know if that works for you.

• Kuler in Photoshop

  Now, I have to type all this a 3rd time-how does the Kuler inside Photoshop, I can't save my palettes customized except for dumping 5 color and why I can't make a palette with more than 5 shades. I'm tired of having to ask this question several times and more.  Your system is really complicated.

  A good thread on that here: is it possible to use or to find more than five colors?

  Adobe is mainly on inspiration, not of productivity according to the present, so they keep at 5.

• copy kuler colors for swatch

  Hello

  I just upgraded to cc2014 and reinstalled kuler. My question refers to using kuler in ps2014

  When I generated the color scheme in kuler there was a button to transfer the colors directly to the swatch Panel.

  I can't find this button more, and to get my colors in the swatch Panel, I have to save the theme and then import it.

  Have I missed something obvious - where is this pretty button!

  Unfortunately, the button is not available in the Panel - as you pointed out. I will pass on this feedback on the team working on the Panel.

• Kuler change my tag words.

  When I type in 'hot' as a tag for my themes, Kuler continues to change to 'hot '. Is it possible to stop this and why my words tag would change in the first place?

  I am answering my own question: it seems that Chrome or Google Translate is the culprit. Once the translation is not running everything is normal!

• Connections and adobe Kuler

  So I found these two things under the option of Photoshop CS4 window... I don't know if they are new or not, but I'm not sure they work properly. I understand Kuler... its color-scheme/inspiration list related to the things that you are looking for, using the internet connection of course.

  But on the connections... How does this work? It brings up a login screen, that you sign in with your Adobe ID... so I'm doing this, and then I get this: (picture in the attatchment "image.png"). It has no meaning... it resembles his tent to tell me I did something wrong, but I don't have, and it says disconnect... but also connect on it, even if I just did. The first time that he raised this point, Photoshop has crashed with an error report.

  Any help would be appreciated... I'm curious to know what it is.

  Yes, this is new in CS4, part of whole panels technology which allows you to create your own custom panels. My understanding is that the connections is basically a panel Manager so that when you create your own custom panels, you can tell Photoshop when / if it's OK for these panels to connect to the internet. "Manage connections" in help has some info.

  If this isn't answering your question, so can you just after the text of the error, or something on the other hand a mistake coming? (Your image is still "pending" so I don't see what is happening out there.)

• Kuler in FW8?

  The color chart of theme can be installed for use with Fireworks 8? Probably a very basic question, but I have discovered only Kuler and would really like to get to use it. A day will improve in the new program.

• Kuler Quicktime error?  Help please.

  I'm a designer die to try Kuler but cannot start. When I run the ap web I just get a question mark (?) inside a Quicktime icon. I have 7 QT Pro loaded and Flash 9.0.28 but can't Kuler to open in Safari on a powerbook G4 OS 10.4 running. Any ideas anyone? Just found out Adobe Labs and it looks great. Thank you.

  You must go into your QT preferences and under the "Advanced" tab and disable the "enable Flash". When I did it still did not work, however...

  To make sure it is off click MIME settings and under various file formats make sure that Flash is disabled. It worked and I couldn't use kuler in Safari.

• Kuler Color Palette mapping

  I'm new to Kuler and had a noob questions that I need help.
  
  The color chart five map to specific items? In other words, is the first shade a background color, the second a sketch/accent color, the third a border color, etc.? Or are they just five colors that work well together and the choice of implementation dictates which is mapped to elements such as the background and a border?

  I have a couple of "faces" in the issue of people who are coming in white, but acknowledged same 'face' of many times.  Is anyway to update it for photo comes actually?  At a few faces, I don't know that facial recognition found since it is coming from white.

  Congratulations on your iPhone 7 more running iOS 10! I understand that some of your faces in the album of people pull up as a draft and you want to refresh. You can try to use the steps below to fix the faces on the thumbnails in albums.
  

  Difficulty faces and names mixed-up

  If you notice that there is a photo of someone in a collection that is poorly identified, you can remove it.

  1. Tap the person you want to remove in the album of people > select.
  2. Type Show done face to emphasize his face in every photo.
  3. Press on each photo that is not the person.
  4. Type > not this person.

  Hide people

  You can hide the people or groups that you don't want in your album of people.

  1. Open the album people and press Select.
  2. Touch the people you don't want to see.
  3. Click Hide.

  If you want to see the people that you have hidden, press on show hidden people.

• Question of cloning for SSD upgrade on 12 Macbook Pro

  Previously, I did an upgrade to SSD on my Macbook Air to 2012 according to the instructions of JetDrive transcend. Basically connection via USB 3 and using Mac OS X to clear (and format) disc utilities new SSD, then restore again SSD and then remove the original 128 GB SSD and insert the new 480 GB SSD.  For about a month and so far without problem.

  Now I'm trying to 2012 Macbook upgrade my Pro partner (on 10.11.6).  I got a Crucial SSD MX300 to replace his HARD drive.  Crucial comes with (or recommend) Acronis software.  And a lot of the messages of the forum recommend Carbon Copy Clone.

  My question is if I can use the same method for the cloning of the HD as my Macbook Air (just restore disk of Mac OS X utilities)?  This time, I'm upgrading HARD drive and I don't know if something is different.  At the same time, if I got lucky the first time, I don't not ruin Macbook Pro my spouse this time.

  Yes, you can use disk utility to clone your MBP wives, but unlike CCC, it will not clone the recovery and Partition.
