  Hi Tom,

  Looks like a great app.  NXT with LabVIEW Migration will be a big intermediate step before joining more industrial and better sensors with a PCI, PXI, cDAQ or cRIO.  We have a lot of options when it comes to vision and control and acquisition of movement, and we have dedicated forums for all of these products as well.

• Ground 3D surface colors

  I'm trying to understand the features of the entrance of color vector of the new line of graphics path 3D VI, in combination with the graphics property 3D color surface map. Unable to find any documentation on how these default or overwrite each other or how to use. I thought that the entrance of vector color could be used to define a color directly to form a 1:1 correspondence with the entrance of z-vector, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

  I used successfully the band of colors of a graph of intensity to change the color of the line 3D gradient, as shown in several examples of the graph of CW3D. However, when I increase the range of colors by changing the values min/max on the color ramp, the 3D line should then also show only a subset of the spectrum full color ramp. I guess this should be possible using the vector color and/or color map property somehow?

• LabVIEW disconnects my SC card

  I've been using a polarization controller which is only in fact a stepper motor. I order this step via a standard EiBotBoard motor. I was able to control with Labview via NI-VISA and it works. I also created a loop whose initialization process and some other commands to get a set of specific variables in terms of polarization. I run my loop once and everything is fine but when I try to do it for the second time, he is unable to finish the intermediate stage. At this time, it seems that labview loses communication with my EiBotBoard and it seems that the problem comes from Labview from any other program that I use with my Commission work great. What bothers me here is that when I close Labview, the Council immediately restarts and works very well.

  As additional information, my loop contains three wizards of Instrument of e/s on which I ask to run a single command 2500 times. If anyone wants to see it, I can upload a picture of my block diagram.

  Here is a view of my current VI. It is very simplistic and it is essentially a test to see if we needed to be able to generate a full sweep of the movement of an engine step by step. I'm open to suggestions to make it better if you ever get a little. My engine is connected by USB, but I had to install some. INFs given that the Council must be controlled by COM port, so basically my entry USB simulates commands COM port.

  The command send using the Instrument is simply a sequence of 'Writing' on the device with REFLUX controls that the guy who sold me the engine joined the Board of Directors. In other words, it is just the COM4, and then wrote a bunch of specific commands.

  As I said in my first post, it works real well the first time that I run and the second time that it still fails keep the connection until the movements.

  The problem occurs only with files on the desktop?

  Method 1
  I suggest you try the following steps:

  a. open the Recycle Bin on the desktop.
  b. If you find the folder you need, do a right-click on the file you need and click on restore.

  So how cards DAQ in Labview 8.5, which are manufactured by other suppliers that NEITHER? Should I DAQmx (or some other driver) for that?

  What are the other drivers/components required to access of data PCI-1602 (device) of LabView 8.5 acquisition card?

  (1602-PCI card driver are installed in my win XP and dispalyed in Device Manager).

  Please provide some tutorial above mentioned the problem to interface.

  According to what you do with the DAQ cards, they can do the job however, from experience, there are some functions that I could achieve with the cards NOR that I couldn't with 3rd-party maufacturers.  This does not mean that this is your case. However, it is worth noting that it took me a while to understand why the code has worked with a single data acquisition card (NOR) but not another (Non-OR).

  The drivers that you have installed may or may not include examples and code in VI.  They may be DLL.  If this is the case, you can write LabVIEW "Wrappers" around these functions, as it will simplify your life.  If the drivers are in the form of DLLs, and there are no examples of LabvIEW or available VI, you must read on node library function call.

  I want to make a photo of a 2D of the 8 data bits unsigned integer matrix. I can do successfully using the function to "draw no flattened pixmap. However, it requires a color card. If you don't wire the card color, it uses the default mapping of color labview. I want to use a map of gray color (numbers between 0 and 255, corresponding to the colors from white to black). I don't know how to make this color card and to implement. I appreciate all help.

  From what I see, it looks like a typing mistake in the manual.

  Try to connect GND AI0 - and NOT ALWAYS.

  It should look like this.

  Connect the following pins for wire connector:

  1. AI0 + SIG1 analog connector Proto Board

  2. + 5V power supply DC to 5V analog Proto card connector

  3. Power supply to the GROUND to GND of the analog Proto board connector

  4. AI0 - GND of the analog connector Proto Board

  Can you not copy and paste the function of the corresponding color?  When I paste attributes, he is not listed as one of the effects of past above?

  I color corrected a certain clip using match color and adjustments to the color card.  Now I need to copy and past these correction on about 100 different clips... but I can't copy the corresponding color.

• Satellite M50 - how to make scratches disappear from the silver surface

  so the other week I bought a Toshiba Satellite M50 and I love her!
  I'm looking to snap the case for weeks because I know myself and I was sure that I would eventually ruin the outer shell, but I can't find anywhere.

  So last night I walk to the top of the stairs and my mother screaming something that makes me jump and I was wearing my phone with the charger on top and to prevent it from falling I really crack down fort and one of the pins on the top of the silver surface striped card.
  I'm so gutted!

  So my question is that no one knows what either which can make the scratch disappear or at least fade?

  I was thinking solvent, but don't want to try anything where it makes it worse.

  In my opinion there is not an effective method that you can use to remove or fade those stripes.
  The surface is damaged and, unfortunately, it will still be visible.

  I also think that you should not use dissolving because of the possible chemicals that can damage the surface even more.

  Is it deep enough or just scratches superficially?

  Hi people,

  I want to add color to my plot intensity, but when I right click on the bar of color card, the mark color is gray. A picture is attached.  I use LV2011.

  Someone knows how to fix this?

  Hey Sonny,

  What you have to do, is actually one of the first click.  Look at the picture I have attached.  You can see that I have highlighted the value 39.4161.  Once you do this, right click on the brand and you should be good to go.

  If you want more color, you add more markers.  This can be done simply by right-clicking on the z scale everywhere where you want to add the marker, and then selecting "Add marker".
