LabVIEW compatible capture card
Hello
A few weeks ago, I ordered a PCI 4 x 4 of the German company Phytec acquisition card. When they were not yet convinced me to buy the thing, they told me how this card works with LabVIEW and that there are many example of screw when I tried to use the card in LabVIEW I failed so I contacted support Phytec.
Support emails we exchanged has been one for the Gallery:
I told her that my capture card does not work with LabVIEW.
He said, LabVIEW is not supported.
I: but I have a few screws that are supposed to work
Him: Where do you have them?
I: it * link *.
Him: LabVIEW is not supported more we have cleared all the screws on the server.
I'm sorry that my ranting is a bit out of place.
Here's the point:
I'm looking for a (PCI or PCIe) frame grabber card, with which I can receive signals from 4 cameras analog-connected via cinch directly in LabVIEW. I don't like how it works, it should just work in LV 2010. I have a full bachelor including NI Vision.
So far, I have these cards:
They told me, they had a driver that works with LabVIEW 6.1. I told them that this could be a problem, but they did not quite understand why. They said that it would work very well, but I have heard this before. The good thing is we can put videos together split on the equipment screen. And I can send it back, if it does not work. But I can't even imagine what will make my deadline.
According to this thread the imaging source hoarders have worked with LabVIEW.
I haven't heard back from them yet.
What do you think of these? Have you had any experience with them or any other card acquisition which can handle 4 cameras? Do you have any other suggestions? Have the cameras in support for work in LabVIEW?
Thanks for any suggestions.
I have used several maps source of imagery in LabVIEW, but using an ActiveX interface. No problems. I am 12 years old and + 4-channel PCIe cards you are watching. I only got one with a bad channel. I use videoCapX from fathsoft.com that has several options that didn't IMAQdx for AVI recording directly from the device.
Good luck.

Hello
I use a monochrome camera of Cameralink Basler A504K-resolution 1280 x 1024 with a capture card PCIE-1429 (x 4 slots) card. The image acquisition is controlled by MAX of LabVIEW version 11.0.1. The problem is that when I try to reduce the number of lines (specifically height) 1024-32 (for example) in the window of acquisition (from MAX), the frame rate of the camera is expected to increase to almost 16, 000fps. But it does not go beyond 248fps. Can you suggest me, why is he so past, or how to increase his pace? In addition, under the image window has appeared has something like: 1 X 8-bit 1280 x 32 9 image. That 1 X means here? For your reference, I am also attaching the image of the purchase window.
Thank you!
Hi Római,
Change the height of your image in MAX will not increase the rate of your acquisition - the camera always sends the same number of lines per image, you said just the software to stop their playing earlier. The following image still occurs until the next edge FVAL.
1 x at the bottom tells you view the image at 1 x magnification. In MAX, you can zoom in and out, and this indicator lets you know your current zoom level.

What specifications must be met for an image / video capture card, as I know it works with Labview?
Thank you.
Are you referring to an acquisition of a camera card? If you want to know if an acquisition card non - OR can be used with Labview, see this KB: I can use third party My Frame Grabber with the screws IMAQ?

Try to get a USB capture card to work
I just bought a certain T610 more units. I try to get a Hauppauge USB Live-2 capture card to work. I get a driver has not loaded or corrupt the question. I tried this USB on a PC and it works fine. The system is 6.1.7601.286 English. I had a problem earlier with adding users after joining a domain, but found the question. I think it's a problem of permission in system32, but can't seem to find it. Any help would be great.

Without worrying if PCI or USB, the OS for TV Tuner compatible components is not present in the image.

H8 - 1000 in.: h8 - 1000 in the list of compatible graphics cards
I would like to know/have a list of compatible graphics cards for H8 - 1000 in. currently, I have the GT 420 and I can't seem to find any compatible graphics card.i don't mind the upgrade of the power unit to adapt new graphics cards that require more power.
The factory system specs are impressive except the graphic card that can't handle new games.
Please advice. IM desperate for money on a new upgrade system and no waste.
Hello
HP OEM graphics cards are made by different manufacturers to HP specifications.
If you want to try the new graphics cards and then contact the manufacturer and ask about compatibility with your specific motherboard and if the graphic card has a hybrid BIOS. (two issues)
Not all models of the NVIDIA GTX 750 will take place in every PC. The NVIDIA GTX 750 is a highly rated graphics card. Others come with a switch to toggle between UEFI and legacy mode and then some might claim to have a hybrid of video BIOS and some claim compatibility to PCI-E 1.1.
The reality is that there is no guarantee that any particular graphics card will work in any particular PC, even if the graphics card works in other PC or even the same or similar model PCs. Know what the return policy is before you buy.
A little-known secret MSI is that if the box is "stickers" with a logo of Windows 8 then the graphics card was supposedly a BIOS hybrid.

Satellite Pro L10 - need info on compatible video cards
I'm looking to upgrade my laptop with a nvidia Geoforce 7600 or 7900 graphics card.
I just wanted to check if there was any problems of compatibility/installation?
See you soon
Hi Johnny
You can search for compatible graphics cards until you die ;) and you will not succeed :(
Why?... because portable computers cannot be upgraded with a different graphics card.
The graphics card is attached to the motherboard and it s not removable on a simple passerby! That is why don t waste a time for any upgrade GPU! If you need then computer to play latest games I would not recommend buying a desktop PC as desktop PC parts are easy removable and you can upgrade the parts such as the CPU and GPU on a simple way!
Best regards

I bought a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 760 for my p7-1245 with a card mother IPISB-CU. Product specifications say that the motherboard supports PCI-E x 16 video cards. I also bought a 725w diet to accommodate the new video card.
After installation, the computer hangs on the splash screen for HP. I can't even in the setting menus.
After replacing the card with the original AMD Radeon HD 7450 everything worked again.
I did some research and discovered many similar problems when people try to replace or improve the graphics cards in their HP desktops. Recommendations including the update of the bios, etc. seem to be ineffective for others, with the possible conclusion is the incompatibility of the Council itself, with the graphics card.
Maybe the card I bought requires a newer generation PCI slot and is not backward compatible?
Is there a list of compatible graphics cards for the card mother IPISB-CU?
Thanks for any help.
Hello

HP Pavilion 15 laptop: compatible wireless cards
I am trying to find out what wireless cards are on my list of white laptops, model No.: 15-e000sa, I want to upgrade if possible. also could you tell me if I am able to update with more ram fast ddr3 1866 or would it just be underclocked to 1600
Thank you very much
Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!
To answer your questions on compatible wireless cards and memory, I included the maintenance manual:
HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Specifications: channel support double DDR3L (1600 MHz), so it is likely that it would just be less quick.
And what follows is listed as of the supported WIFI adapters:
MediaTek MT7630E 802.11bgn Wi - Fi adapter and adapter Mediatek Bluetooth4.0
Atheros 802.11b/g/n WiFi AR9485 adapt
WiFi 802.11b/g/n 1 × 1 Ralink RT3290LE and adapter Combo Bluetooth 4.0
Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn Wi - Fi adapterThis doesn't mean you can't try something else, as long as it is compatible in size, but it would mean HP don't would not have custom drivers for it, and so there is no guarantee that it would work.
I hope this helps.

Problem with setting window of acquisition on 1429 PCIe capture card
Hi all
Recently, I am using the Basler A504k camera with card PCIe-1429 of goodwill for the acquisition of images at high speed. I found problems with setting the acquisition window in the capture card using Measurement & Automation Explorer.
1. for example, if the size of the original image is 1280 * 500, if I put the window of acquisition with left 0 and width 1280, everything is OK, but if I set the width to 1279, there will be an error (error 0xBFF6002C FIFO overflow caused the acquisition of stop), if I set the width multiple of 8, there was no error. Could someone tell me why in this case, is it because the packet data transfer for acquisition card rule?
2. the window of acquisition is set according to the camera image, right? If the camera has also a function of area of interest, the acquisition window setting is always the image coming from the camera.
Attachment is my setting a MAX software.
Thank you very much
Hi xiaochunfly,
My bet is 1280 pixels image size is aligned on 32 bytes, and the material may actually go from line to line without breaking the transfers. With the width of the non-aligned countries, he needs to start a new transfer on each line, and this has an additional load on the PCIe bus and the system memory bus. Currently infrastructure IMAQ trying to adjust to any size of border/size possible image regardless of efficiency, it take the material and changes in recent processor Intel chipsets have reduced effectiveness with system memory bus performs under these conditions. So, you can get much better performance if you use line widths. You can also get the latest IMAQ driver because there was changes in the latest few transfer more effective under some of these conditions.
AOI is usually under the framegrabber. If you reduce the AOI who sends the camera, it seems often identical to the framegrabber as if you just had a camera with a smaller sensor. Thus, your AOI in IMAQ must be set to the size of that the camera is sending, unless for some reason you want to capture less of what the camera is able to set up on its own.

I tried viewing a presentation power point and got to page 2 and my computer crashed. Thought on... what he did previously trying to display a PPP file, but I thought that it was not my computer to the actual file. now I have my doubts and also this time an error message came that said... This problem occurred because your graphics card does not support the required version of DirectX. This version of Windows requires a DirectX 9.0 compatible video card or newer. can someone tell me what I should do next?
You left out which version of DirectX has been shown.
As far as I know, your Intel 945GM should support DirectX 9 and because you have XP sp3, you must have at least DirectX 9 installed.
I met the following, but it shouldn't apply to Powerpoint:
Some such as the Intel 945 GM Intel video cards have a design limitation which may cause problems when you try to run the Source Engine games. 3D graphics kernel does not support transformation of material, light and the vertex shader to similar technologies, which is an important part of the pipeline of 3D acceleration. Instead, this functionality is emulated in software that can reduce the compatibility and performance with 3D games.
I don't have a solution for you (assuming that DXDIAG, in fact, reports to have DirectX 9 or higher). You can see if you install a new driver support, but if it were me, I would be first contact Acer technical support or ask your question in another forum as one of the following conditions:
Intel graphics Forum: http://communities.intel.com/community/tech/graphics
Forum PowerPoint: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/powerpoint (select the corresponding forum for your version of Powerpoint). Include the results of DxDiag, including the version of DirectX. If there is something unusual about the image that causes the crash, include this info as well.Normally, for notebook/laptop computer, it is better to get the drivers of the mfr of computer rather than the manufacturer of the device.
Acer drivers for your computer are here: http://support.acer.com/us/en/product/default.aspx?tab=1&modelId=535 (you want the Intel VGA for XP driver)
Intel has a newer driver: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Internet+Devices&ProductLine=Netbooks&ProductProduct=Mobile+Intel%C2%AE+945GM+Express+Chipset+Family
It's the main Intel support page: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/graphics/945gm -
My video capture card do not SP3. How do I go back to SP2? It is running XP
I need to go back to SP2 to SP3 for my video capture card to work properly. How can I do this? The operating system is Windows XP Home Edition Build 2600.
Support for WinXP SP2 ended July 13, 2010. You don't want to "roll back to SP2," you want to install a new "video capture card" or update the drivers for the card currently installed.

Presario SR1110NX new compatible video card?
Hi, this is a rather old model 2002, but I was wondering if an NVIDIA geforce GTS 250 video card would work with it?
And if not, any information on other compatible video cards would be much apreciated
Product specifications for your PC.
Your computer has PCI Express housed, the best you could do would be to get a NVIDIA GeForce 9400/9500 GT PCI video card. You can browse the compatible cards for your system here. Most likely, you must also upgrade the power supply (PSU) in order to install a better video card.
