• Satellite Pro L10 repaired but lack of battery

  This is my first post on this forum. In June 2006, I had my Toshiba L10 - 100 being repaired by a service of Toshiba in Austria partner. It was just the main fan who is out. I return the package and it remains invisible, because I was busy with something else. In other words: I do not check it I'm back properly. Now, after nearly a month and a half I had to see that the battery was missing in the package.

  Of course, it's my fault to examine does not correctly package when I received it. But now, I am a user of laptop with lost mobility option.

  I contacted the service partner, but he refused my complaint of the customer. Well, I have no evidence that I have not received the battery.

  Any ideas?

  Your story is truly amazing. If you take the laptop in your hands, you can see if the missing battery. The battery of this device is not small. Sorry but in my opinion that it's your fault because it is usually returned product must be checked and if something is missing, it must be reported immediately.

  Sorry, but I don't see any chance that you will get the new battery. It is not the case with your laptop, but with each product.

• A16-S129 satellite battery problem

  When my laptop runs on batteries and power, it has 100% battery, when he reached 75% of the remaining power, the power suddenly falls to 0% and the computer goes to hibernation. I use the long play mode of life which is just a normal setting of the parameters of power saving on battery mode. When I bring back from hibernation, battery meter level really is at 0% and loads up to normally at 100%. Can I switch mode battery and when it dischanrges to 75% does it again. Why it goes down so suddenly? Is it the battery or a few adjustments to the software? I have a XP Home on the laptop.

  A series of 16 is unclear to me. Can you please check again, what model you have and how old is your laptop.

  If the power suddenly falls to 0% in my opinion, it may be just the lack of battery.

• The battery life drops after 7.3 update

  Has anyone else noticed a significant decrease in how long your hard W450 on a charge?
  I usually leave my device from the charger during the whole weekend without it dying without using it. But this weekend I had to load it 4 times just to keep it from power off due to lack of battery charge.
  I use not all new Twitter or Facebook notifications, and the Bluetooth on my phone was off throughout the weekend, too.
  I noticed that, if I go to Wireless Settings my W450 shows connected to the Wifi hotspot where before it would connect only when I have the synchronized. I have it connected all the time to wifi. Who will kill just the battery.

• Vista Ultimate 64 bit battery/question on laptop

  After installing the new hard drive & Ultimate 64-bit, Vista watch plugged adapter but the battery does not charge.  Updated all, including Vista & HP (even the new flash BIOS).  Online research shows that this problem occurs with multiple computers using Vista.  Can anyone offer any suggestions?  We have tried different batteries and different adapters.  No change.  If you would like more information, please ask and I'll give my best answer.  Thanks in advance for any help offered.  JFI - guaranteed HP motherboard on this computer model. Marriage, children, computers AND cause brain damage. Seems to increase with age, too! :(

  Forgive me if you have already tried, but follow these steps and observe what happens.

  1. the computer laptop completely disable
  2 remove the battery from the bottom
  3. leave the battery of the laptop for 5-10 minutes
  4. adapter plug the cord into the laptop (still remove the battery)
  5 turn on the system and let it fully boot in Windows
  6. once it gets to the desktop, allow it to run all the startup items. In other words, not to interrupt the boot process until everything is prepared
  7. then, go ahead and shut down the computer normally (using START > turn off computer method)
  8. once the system is turned off, plug the battery in and turn on the computer

  If this does not work, try the following:

  1 setting parameters of the BIOS back to default values. Is not the same thing as the decommissioning of the BIOS to its embedded original version. Some users have reported that this solves their problem. You can access this by pressing one of the buttons FUNCTION (FN). I can't make you exactly which key it is as they vary by and model of the computer

  or...

  2 disconnect the power adapter from the computer and allow the system to power off the lack of battery power. Allow the system to consume all the resources of the battery. Sometimes battery cells must be, for lack of better term, brewed. If they remain inactive because of workload problems, they can become inactive and unresponsive. The same concept is similar to the printer toner or ink. Once the battery is dead, go ahead and plug the AC adapter / back in and see what happens.

• Satellite C650 will not run recovery

  Hi, hope I can be helped here,

  I have a satellite C650-166, there lack of battery while doing a windows update standard, now he used to re boot. I fear not the laptop to factory settings, to rest that I intended to do anyway.

  I followed the instructions on the screen to run the Startup Repair tool, but whenever I do this it loads its files, then goes to a black screen with just the cursor.

  I tried the, hold 0 way to fix and I just get the same thing every time, I hit the 'repair your computer' then it does not make the system recovery options...

  I am using an external monitor, but I don't see what is the problem that I wouldn't be able to see the cursor... surely?

• Tecra M5 starts does not after suspected virus attack

  I don't know that it is an easy question for talent here. I'm not good with laptops, so if you could answer in simple terms that would be great.

  I have an old Tecra M5 I use only for I-tunes and occasional browsing.

  I used the laptop when the software anti-virus (avast) began flashing a lot of threats - questions. The lack of battery laptop that the software has been identify them and now I can not re - turn on the laptop. When I turn on the usual "BOLD" red "TOSHIBA" comes on the screen then the screen turns off completely. The fan is running and an array of lights on the fron but nothing happening at all - nothing - nada - zilch!
  Im sure this is something easy for you guys but I am not much less so that need help.

  I doubt it has something to do with a Virus or a virus itself it sounds more like a malfunction of equipment

  You should try to remove the battery and the AC adapter. Wait 1 or 2 hours, then reconnect the battery and the AC adapter. Now, try to start the laptop.

  I have a problem with my 2nd Gen Motorola Moto E. When I turn it on, it crosses the Motorola image loading and then turns black. The message "Android is upgraded... "appears with a circle of spinning and the expression"start apps. " It never gets past that point. I can't do anything with the phone except by holding down the power button for 15 seconds to turn it off. I left the phone on 2 hours + in this mode of update and it does not get any further.

  What has happened to my phone? I suspect that the cause may be due to the fact that I recently had the phone out of the country at my parents home. I turned my phone on and off periodically (to save the data roaming) and I think that the phone auto-téléchargé an update of the system, but for some reason any has not (lack of battery at the time?).   This phone has NOT been changed, unlocked or "docked" with somehow. He just gave to me.

• Acer Aspire S7-392 lights flashing power led

  Yesterday when I tried turing my S7 on it would not turn. Power led kept flashing. so I plugged it to think of HQ, there lack of battery, but the result was the same.

  After reading some post online I reset the battery, he turned. I quickly took my working backup because it could happen again. And today it turned out I was right.

  I've tried so far things:

  • reset the battery from the back.
  • removing the battery from the inside and with the power for 30 seconds

  I tried it didn't work. I decided its time I put it in the trash. The thing has been in and out of the repair shop, over 2 years. I never had cell phone that easily beat without fault of the user.

  Did you know that the first time, I bought this 3 weeks speakers stopped working. After 2 months, every time I turn it on it disk check-up. and all died within 6 months. It was under warranty so he sent to acer repair workshop. He come back every thing worked initially. but in the first enclosure week has stopped working again with 1 usb port. within two years, I've had it already spent enough for a new ultrabook.

  Even though my friends said acer is not a well, the thing seemed so nice, so bought some anyway. I learned my lesson will never buy an acer product.

• Way around being hung to one outlet during the update of Windows Vista Service Pack 2?

  I have a problem, I have a laptop Toshiba where AC internal adapter is broken, it has been for some time - but my buddy has also a Toshiba laptop computer, where I can just return for batteries between the two and this system has worked fine just now, the problem - I could do my Windows updates business as usual until Service Pack 2 for Vista, it will not allow the installation of the update because my laptop is on battery.  Is there a way to get around this?  I have of course no way to connect to food unless it is repaired, and at this point I just prefer to get a new laptop that money put into this one - I'm hoping somewhere someone has suggestions! :(  Help!  Thank you!

  Unfortunately, there is not another way. Your laptop must be powered by the sector during the update to avoid the laptop shut down due to lack of battery power.

• Z2 stuck at splash screen

  So my Z2 has lack of battery last night and this morning, regardless of how much he is charged it gets stuck at the telstra logo when starting?

  To turn the unit back off, the only is to hold the power and volume buttons to the top.

  I have not flashed or modded the phone somehow.
