  • Pavilion 15-ac041ne: problem with the installation of Lan & Wifi driver

Hello... I recently bought Pavilion 15-ac041ne laptop. I installed a new copy of windows 7 64 bit, but when I tried to install the lan and wifi drivers she had failed. I tried all the ad Lan drivers WiFi here given in the database. I also checked the path of device information, but was really surprised to find that the brand that has been listed in the database has been for Realtek while the "device info" showed the Broadcom brand, which did not appear in the database. My question is why this specific brand has not been there or has someone removed the lan/Wifi device pluged in the broadcom and realtek... is there a possibility... ???

    Hello

I have a Lenovo laptop model no Y410 (7577), currently the wifi is not active and the wireless LAN icon does not appear in the network and the connection under control folder. I'm not aware of technical details... And also I don't have the original driver.

I tried to find the driver on the website of the company, but it does not work.

Can you please help me as to how I installed the wifi network driver.

    Kind regards

I feel your pain. I went to Lenovo website and things I clicked on would not work (or there are 3 different browsers!)! Research has not brought anything!
It's the only page that I could make progress on: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/default.page?# (product selection click on upper left)

Unfortunately, he needs more information. As the series that didn't you provided.

Unplug the cable LAN and switch ON the WLan.
Usually the laptop would use the LAN connection if LAN cable is connected and LAN is active.

  • HP 15-ac125TU (N8M38PA): Wifi Lan driver need

Hi guys, I recently bought a laptop HP [HP 15-ac125TU (N8M38PA)]. I tried many things for divers, but couldn't. Please suggest me how can I get drivers LAN WIFI for WIN8, 64 bit. Now, it's very urgent.

    Thank you.

    Hi @Anil555,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A place where you can find solutions for your problems with the help of the community!

I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about 15-ac125tu HP laptop and questions with requiring wireless drivers. There is no drivers for your laptop and Windows 8. You can try to use theWindows Update Troubleshooter to fix updates that do not come through Windows.  Please restart the laptop twice to make sure that all updates are completed!

You could try in the Device Manager right-click and select uninstall all wireless adapters.
Restart the device and Windows will automatically load the drivers. If there is concern do a right-click on the adapter now and update drivers and software.

Please let me know how it goes.

  • Possible to use Lan and Wifi laptop computer with VMWare?

I have a laptop Dell D630 running Windows 7 as the host operating system.  Normally if you use wifi and you plug a cable lan wifi disconnects because the laptop uses the connection with higher bandwidth.

Is it possible to have the laptop direct is the entrance the guest operating system on lan and wifi running for the host operating system?  In this scenario, the guest operating system could have total control on the lan input and it would not need to be accessible by the host operating system.

    Thank you!

I have no problem to use Ethernet and WiFi adapters at the same time on any of my notebooks including Dell.

If you want to isolate virtual machines to be filled to the Ethernet adapter on the host computer and do not have the host use simultaneously then proceed as follows:

In the value the target adapter VMnet0 virtual network Editor.

Then on the dialog box properties of the adapter to the target on the host computer uncheck everything except VMware Bridge Protocol.

Now with the guest on Bridged they connect to the physical LAN while the host will be able to use the WiFi adapter to communicate with the physical LAN.

  • Satellite Pro M70-132: excellent WiFi connection but the pings are slow

    Hi all...
My Satellite Pro M70-132 have problems with Wi - Fi connections (WiFi built in)... Generally, when the connection is excellent (indicator of windows), the pings are slow - very long time: 1212ms, 325ms, 645ms, 2112ms, 91ms, s 168ms... etc 'demand time limit has expired' (or sth like this).
I have updated with the latest version of the Intel WiFi driver - it does not work...
I installed new system - it does not work...

Is it possible, that LAN WiFi is dead on my M70-132? How can I check before sending my 'Toshi' to the service?

(BTW - built-in Bluetooth has been switched off...)

I was tempted to access with several AP and also ad hoc. Every time, same results... connection strong-great but pings are slow... and often ping timeout...

The IP address has been set manually and automatically - it does not work... too multidimensional :-(

It's not metter WEP encryption is enabled, 'on' or 'off' and no authentication method does not change the situation with WLAN...

    Hello

If the work of WLan connection and you are connected to the router so I guess everything's ok.
Time to ping depends on not always the strength of the signal.

If you ping other ip on the net if the time depends on the provider and type of connection.
But if you ping your WLan router and it s very slow so it s a bit strange.

If you think there could be something wrong with the Wlan card then you can try asking for help ASP.
