  So, my laptop was having once belonged to my grandparents and it's in Chinese, so now that I confess, I changed to English, but a few of the tiles to start (or whatever you call them) are always in Chinese for example, maps, weather, music.

  Also when I go to a website, the display is in Chinese so I have to change it in English. And when I right click on my desktop, it comes with Chinese characters too. I did everything I could and I couldn't always change the language to English.

  I have been through the Control Panel, then clock, language and region, and in language I English at the top of the list.

  This really bugs me and I hope that there is some sort of solution to this problem.

  I renewed the subscription to Bit Defender Internet Security 2016.  When I ran the vulnerability scan, I was told that my version of Acrobat Reader (10.1.10) was vulnerable.  It gave me a link to download Acrobat Reader 11.0.14.  I am running OS Windows 8.1 and my default browser is Explorer.  I went through all the help options, check the settings for security and Active X, ensuring that JavaScript is enabled, disabled my Bit Defender and downloaded Google Chrome.  I managed to download a update in Google Chrome - AdbeRdrUpd11001.msp, but when I tried to open it I got the dialog below.  Any suggestion would be appreciated
