Laptop sent repair 4 times

I've had my HP Dv7 sent repair for the same audio problem out-of-the-box 4 times now and the supervisor who once told me that, after three repairs without resolution, I have right to compensation, is saying that I need to send in my laptop again, and it will be probably fixed (which is what they say 2 lately). But at this point, I don't want a laptop that has been opened several times (and was damaged by an engineer during the first "repair"). The audio problem was present from the beginning, so I essentially pay for the price of a piece of equipment with an audio flaw that has been tampered with by engineers outsourced 4 times, always without resolution. Is there an option for me another just to send the new laptop, and leave them at a fifth try to solve the problem?

    If time was recently cancelled, you can go to your control panel:
    Panel-> data and time-zone (tab) >
    and uncheck the "automatically adjust clock for daylight saving time.

    Otherwise, you probably need to adjust your zone settings on your computer using Microsoft time zone Editor.

    You will probably need to go to 3rd party programs.  Two products that are frequently mentioned in these groups are Norton Ghost and Acronis True Image.
    I have no personal experience with either.

    If the system or Mode restore safe work not and you do not have a Microsoft Vista DVD, make a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
