I can't access the search bar by moving the cursor to top right, I can't open the tiles, I can't spend in desktop mode, etc.  Front I upgraded to Windows 10 and downgraded to 8.1 all worked perfectly, because I've updated from 8.0 to 8.1 Windows almost 2 years.  I have a defective battery. in fact I can only use my laptop if it is plugged. My fan is constantly going, but I don't know if it's my loss of battery or what's wrong with my pc now.  I have described my problem in the Microsoft community forum but have had little response that was not helpful. I was told to go to the command prompt and put in DISM: scan now (which also contained letters more than that, but I do not remember all).   You have a laptop. So try the right button on your touchpad. It work?
  If so, the only remaining possibilities are:
  1. bad mouse. Get a new one.
  2. defective UBS port. Plug the mouse into a different port. See if the right click of the mouse works this time.

  Finally, I found the answer to ' why this problem (local oscillator 1074118626 does not lock in time) has occurred "because unsynchronous LO between the two USRP. I had solved the problem after connecting the two USRP with MIMO cable without any change in the LabVIEW code.

  I do not know why the old USRP didn't need this synch thing... anyway... I am pleased that my problem has been resolved.
