  I have a HP Probook 430 G1, which is about 1.5 years old. All of a sudden it won't work without the charger plugged. If I leave the charger, it immediately stops and will not start until I plug it again.

  After a reboot if it still does not work, follow these steps:

  Options > device > advanced system settings > host Routing Table > press the Blackberry Menu button > register now.

  I installed the suite CS4 for a user.  I did it in my account administrator network and lance and without any problem.  When the user connects to the machine, it gives a prompt that must be run from an Admin account to register and can then be run from any account.  I ran it at the time the network admin and the PC's local administrator account.  The only way I can get to work for the user is raising its local Administrator status, which is not an ideal answer.  I'll still have this problem for the Prime Minister, and media encode.  I think the rest of the suite is working as it should with no prompt.

Anywho, the question is, my grandfather has a HP laptop, which for two years has been able to run through a Linksys switch to his router and connect its printers to his laptop.   Setting up Personal Hotspot on the iPhone and then connecting via Wi - Fi laptop does not work. Error message "Unable to connect" standard and suggestion of using Wi - Fi diagnostics (also does not help).

  Go to Bluetooth prefs on OSX and the connection it does not work. Matching does not work, but we CAN see the iPhone. The WiFi scanner captures also the iPhone.

  I have a Dell Studio 15 with Windows 7.

  I chose to disable the touchpad on my laptop computer touchpad options menu when the wireless pointing device is connected.  I do this because I accidetally press.

  The touchpad does not work when it is first started, unless I turn the bluetooth mouse ON and then turn OFF again, the laptop computer touchpad won't work.  If I don't have the mouse with me, I can't use my touchpad.  Even if the mouse is turned off, when I boot I get a notification in the status bar that my touchpad has been disabled because a wireless pointing device is connected when in fact it is not connected.

  I already know of workarounds for the touchpad, click on turn off, but I don't want to do that, I have no mouse connected.

  I already checked dell and Microsoft updates the driver.  I can't find one for the mouse, but I have the latest drivers for touchpad.

  Does anyone have a fix or I have this problem?

  Nothing in the BIOS cost to help.  I tried to turn off the Bluetooth radio, and of course it did not work at all when Windows starts up.  I found myself keeping just the keyboard power.  I discovered that if I put the wireless hardware switch that is on the side of the laptop it allows the touchpad works so I can uncheck the 'disable the touchpad when the USB pointing device is connected.

  It could be that the touchpad software just works well with a bluetooth for the option to disable touchpad mouse.

  I'll just leave all the time now anyway.  It's just a pain when I type, and I think I touched the touchpad and the text is in another place.
