  Afternoon,

  Is it possible to import a large list (i.e. excel / txt.) in a Drop Down Field - avoiding manual seizures?

  I am looking for a solution without please and without having to buy a Java Script?

  You should be able to create and format the list in any simple text editor.

• Since Fx32, show Cookies always reveals no. stored COOKIES. Where are they? I have 'accept cookies from visited' with a large list of exceptions of blocked sites.

  I have "Always deprived of the use of navigation" and "Accept the Cookies from Sites" with "Third Party Cookies: to visit ' but with a long list of site Exceptions, I intend to block." Since Fx32, DISPLAY COOKIES still says there is nothing to show. I understand the incognito automatically deletes history (including cookies) on Fx is closed, but after some extensive navigation, I expect to see some session cookies only from sites that is: a) are listed ALLOW/SESSION on my Exceptions list; or (b) are not exceptions listed at all. The list of exceptions has two categories: Ad Server sites I block to avoid hearing; and ALLOW the sites I visit have warn me to allow their cookies. Even after the connection to these sites (connection requires their cookie) DISPLAY COOKIES always says that there is not.

  1 I'm wrong about PRIVATE BROWSING, it does not control the placement of the cookie, which leaves to ACCEPT the COOKIES and the parameters of the Exception, but erases them cookies and another story when Fx closes?
  2. so where's my cookies I know work when I login, for example, my mail server or Amazon?
  3-do I need to install the addon from SQLite-Manager to see the cookies .sql file? It will work with Fx32 +?

  Thanks for the input, cor - el. Once I realized where is the console command line and exceeded his SPAM warning, cookie.split () / join () worked very well: a lot of output, especially warnings of javascript and HTTP requests, at least a cookie. But then I wondered:

  I pressed accidentally on [CLEAR] and console obeyed, of course. So I enter again the command (several times) but now get no reply - msg just empty console pane. Close the current tab from fx, then open a new web console, connect and I reinterpret the split () / join (). Now console only statements interprets this command error msg: > undefined (attached screenshot).

  So my question: can this js command split () / join () consider only once? I have to adjust something first? It seems the PRIVATE BROWSING feature design "drape" of all the cookies I allowed to-I assume to keep them from being seen, that's it? So can a Web page script place a cookie, and then later in the same session back or questioning? A page can simply include a document.cookie.split()/join () command in the script?

  My "Downloads" folder displays the files in a list format; I prefer this view. Is it possible to ensure that this view is the default system-wide? Currently, I have to adjust the view to 'List' for each different section in "Finder."

  Open a folder and set it to the list view.

  Open the Display Options (cmd - j)

  Set to always open in the view list and traverse it in mode list.

  Click on use default button.

  Any file that you have previously defined in any other point of view opens in the previously defined view. You will have to change.

• Create a filter with a large list of non-specific values

  I am familiar with a filter using "value in" option to include a list of specific values of construction. If the list of values is non-specific?

  For example, I am creating a filter that shows me all the addresses that start with these:

  Maybe it's two separate issues, because what I'm really trying to figure out how to build a filter based on the example above and perhaps using the "have a value" is not the road to go at all.

  Your right, Corey. Several filters are necessary. Not funny, its not like the dentist. Its something you have to do. Maybe Eloqua should make it a policy to send a lollipop after that each of us must do for the first time!

  Using filters in comma as instructions BUT is something that I wanted, since a very long time.

• How can I move my attachment or or down into a large list of attachments?

  I have a list of about 4 attachments.  But somehow they are mixed up.  How can I organize them so that they are in the order I want?

  Sorry I was not clear in my message.  I have about 40 attachments, and they are all jumbled up and messy.  I want to move them up and down and put them in the right order.

  I just thought of it.  I'm like the only way you can get them in the right order by renaming them alphabetically or numerically. that is to put an 01, 02, 03, in front of the file name.

• How can I hide/remove the work in mode column list of Videos at home?

  I just upgraded to El Capitan, and with it comes iTunes 12.  I loaded a few videos in my iTunes library I see the list of home videos view includes a column for 'Work' which doesn't seem to have a way to remove it (i.e., it is not in the list of questions for the customization of view column).  There is also no option to "Hide the work" under the menu bar show the item.  I don't want to see this 'work' (especially since it's some random frame of the video, which gives zero information!)

  Seen this work (even at the "small" setting) really expands my quite large list of videos needs space.  I want to turn it off.  But how? ! ?

  See the response I sent to your other question a few minutes ago. Set up a mailing list with yahoogroups. If make you a private group, it will be completely private.

  And please, in the future, do not ask the same question twice. It fragments the thread and makes more work for everyone.

• External GREP list. Is this possible?

  Here, in our society, we have a series of governing legal publications for the tender. Our job is to make small summaries of the journal. We have a lot of them every day. And we use "BOLD" / CAPS in a few words, as you guys can see in the JPG below.

  We have a standard file used as a template. This standard file has a style for the main text with a large list of words GREP where a "BOLD" / CAPS is applied. But sometimes we have new words to add to this list of GREP. And that pannel GREP is not the best way to change information so much of.

  Is it possible to use an external file where we can change, add or delete these words?

  

  It can be done easily! FindChangeByList.jsx or Multi-Find/change plugin I think immediately!

• comboBox - browse the drop-down list items?

  I need to subdivide a large list of items in a comboBox in small groups in Flash. Is there anyway to loop through the elements and set the background color of you of each element a value in the dataProvider?

  I can run through the loop using myPoS_combobox.dropdown

  Ignore the first API you mention who has a different goal. Personally, when I load the price lists I always use a loading rather than an API tool, but if I had a large number of large lists of price, I'd probably use this API, as seems to be better supported and documented by Oracle:

• Numbered RoboHelp 9 problem of HTML lists

  I have problems with HTML lists in Robohelp 9 which are converted from Framemaker 10 xml files related. The list numbering starts again after that article 9 and I can't find anywhere that could be configured!

  The configuration for the conversion in the "Conversion Settings" for the relevant paragraph of numbered list in Framemaker to Robohelp is "Convert AutoNumber to HTML list".

  Are you sure you actually, it restarts from scratch? Have you checked the HTML code? My first thought after reading this was that you might have some problems with alignments and margins CSS to hide the number in front of your zero. Numbers that should be 10, 11 etc, but presents itself as 0,1, 2, 3 etc... in any case, I post an image which visualizes your output of HR.

  Edit: Have you tested a larger list (20 +) to see if things are repeated?

  When a user drags an item in the large list of the list restricted of the element in the restricted list the new article on is replaced.
  
  I'm sure I can use selectedIndex to remove the oldItem argument, but how do I limit the list to allow only 7 items?

  Maybe in your drag n drop Manager you can simply access the deleted data and take only the first 7 elements in the data. You could same popup an alert saying the user only 7 items allowed, and the first 7 have been copied. Then they can specifically drag 7 they want to copy if they wish.

I spent a lot of time to create a large list of fonts in cascade to my stylesheets in DW 8. Is it possible to take this list and import (if that's the right word) in Dreamweaver CS4?

  I'm surprised that has not migrated during the upgrade.

  Are you on Windows? If so, comfortable editing windows
  Registry? If so, I found the list for CS3 in the following key:

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Dreamweaver 9\Font Menu

  You might be able to find a similar to DW8 and CS4 key if DW8 is always
  installed on this box.
