Basically, I disabled the removable drives, 'C' and had "only for non administrators." After edit in GP, the system has been precisely set and I am able to access the Administrators account and copy stuffs from my local drive on my USB key. But a few days later, I'm not able to use my USB or other external drives in Administrator account, it shows that 'inaccessible '. But I can't access local drives 'C' or '.   I'm not quite sure what you mean by 2 small bars of silver, but the reader of my laptop s contains two metals (runners, railway).
  This is normal and these pieces are important to ensure that the drive can eject properly and could remain in a good position.
  Still, you will hear a short click Open and close the drive.

  Today my computer blacked out 2 times of serprate and I got an error message whenever display driver is not responding.  Several years ago, my computer blacked out and stopped runing.   Leading me to reset the graphics card and it worked again.   I don't put it back if the error message from the driver does not respond and the part of my computer blacking out and running again has nothing to do with each other.   I'm not on computers all that much but would also add that if this problem one map graphic.  Where or in my computer being inside of the case, if not where can I find the graphics card of a particular type for this system.  Thank you.

  The combo DVD/CD on my laptop drive isn't in Device Manager or Windows Explorer.  The door is not ejected.  You must use a paperclip, poking into the hole to open it.  I also re - it sitting, but it changed nothing.  We had this laptop for 1.5 years and the disk worked great until yesterday when trying to install Starcraft II.  Installation failed and it has messed up also the DVD/CD drive.

  We read some other difficulty advice and tried the upper and lower filters in the registry, but there was no entires of upper and lower filters in the key.

  The specifications of the laptop are:

  Use DevManView to locate the CD/DVD in the registry (be careful and do a prior Restore Point)
