• Solution for the Premiere Pro CS6 video playback Bug yet? Help, please!

  I just downloaded the demo version of PPCS6 and everything was much until I tried to edit a video that rained 3 minutes. The video may play for the first 30ish seconds before the picture freezes and I can play is nothing else. I currently own CS5.5 and it worked perfectly for two years with mounting in real time at full resolution with eight AVCHD videos installed above the other. I've never had a problem with CS5.5. I did some research and saw that this problem lasts since at least February 2013, but not one has found a solution in forums. Fortunately I can simply return to CS5.5, but all the work on CS6 will be lost. If anyone can shed some light on this at all it would be greatly appreciated. I just spent the last 5 hours trying Premiere Pro to work and I am at my wits end.

  Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit)

  Intel i7 - 3930 k OC'd to 4.5 GHz (water cooled)

  16GB 1600 MHz RAM

  128 GB sata II SSD for the OS and programs (only the adobe programs are installed).

  250 GB sata III SSD for scratch and video files.

  500 GB HARD drive for other media (not used in this project) files.

  NVIDIA GTX 460 SE video card.

  I also tried to put my video files on the HARD drive, but has not made a difference.

  Okay, so it seems that updating more recent correction of the problem. I'm surprised that no one mentioned this in the 5 other posts/forums where people looked at this question. They are all just stopped posting in mid 2013 without selected correct answers, or the mention of the update. I'll have to go post there too I guess that to troubleshoot the guy next door may not get the evaluation or initial installation version to work. However, I now have my solution. Least 6.0.5 update. Here's a note more to those who are unable to update in Premiere Pro. I had to download the update directly from the Adobe website and install it manually. I found the update by performing a search in the support section of the Web site. I hope this helps someone else I do not spend a day trying to solve this problem!

  After hours of research and troubleshooting, I managed to solve the problem by signing on the standard user and account logging in as an administrator. Somewhere in the standard user account prevents play video.

  I have an iPad Mini retina, and since the upgrade to iOS 10.0.01, a short period of use causes videos to stop working.

  Videos in Safari, Chrome, YouTube etc. appear in the cache (saturated with progress on the top bar), but no response to play. The first image of a video appears, but only in the form of static image. I am able to change the static image displayed by rubbing them at any point in the video, but playback will not occur.

  The only thing that allows video playback is again restart the device (apps force closing, locking and unlocking etc. doesn't help).

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I understand from your post that you're having trouble playing videos on your iPad mini; the video will start but will be stuck as a single image, as if the buffering and never take back (at least until you restart). I mainly use my iPad for watching videos, so I know it's important that they play in fact; I'm happy to help you!

  I have some troubleshooting I can offer to you. Before you begin, create a backup of your iPad using iCloud or iTunes, following the instructions here: How to back up your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

  Once you have your backup, try the following steps, in order. A video test after each step and will stop when the problem is resolved.

  1. Make sure your iOS software is up-to-date. In the last week, iOS 10.0.2 came out. Use the following article to get help update: update the iOS on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software
  2. If this happens on a Wi - Fi connection, try restarting the network you are using from the router or the modem (if possible). If it is a private (for example, your home network) WiFi network, try to remove all the devices on the network, then by simply adding your iPad in return.

  4. Reset the network settings on your iPad under settings > general > reset > reset network settings.   I use iMovie to edit a film for a project at school, but the viewer has suddenly stopped working! When I try to preview to watch the clips, the Viewer is all white. Also, when I play an audio clip falls after exactly 3 seconds, and you can see the two channel bars down. It's really annoying because I can't do my project at all if I can't see or hear everything that happens!

  What version of OS are you using? I guess that's not 10.7.5. If it's El Capitan 10.11.x there are known incompatibilities related to iMovie 9.0.9 (iMovie 11). Only iMovie 10.1.1 is fully supported in El Capitan.

  My computer with windows 7 plays videos fine but at some point along the video playback, I get a ridiculous "buzz" sound, then my computer automatically shuts down on its own.
