  What is the manufacturer, brand and model number accurate and complete from your computer?  What is the manufacturer, the brand and model of your keyboard?  We can not help you without more information on your specific computer.

  If you want to go faster, simply contact the Group technical support from the manufacturer of the computer or go to their support site and ask them or look for this issue.  If you provide us with the above information, we will go to their website and see if we can find the instructions (if we can) – and they will be able to do it faster and better than we can.  The choice is yours.

  Firefox never includes the intermediate certificates.
  It is the responsibility of a server to include all the intermediate certificate required to make it possible to build a certificate chain that ends with a trusted root certificate embedded.

  Note that Firefox automatically records the intermediate certificates that servers send in certificates for future use Manager (they appear labelled as 'Software security device' in the References tab).
  If a server does not send a complete certificate chain then you get an untrusted error when Firefox has stored missing intermediate certificates to visit a server in the past that a send it, but you get an untrusted error if this intermediate certificate is not yet registered.

  I've seen that happen periodically, but it is easy enough to fix. Simply remove the icon from your dock. Then re-create by dragging the Firefox icon in the doc from the applications folder.

  In current Firefox released (29 and following), which are have a UI Australis, the orange Firefox menu button has been replaced by the three button bar of Menu of Firefox at the far right of the Navigation bar and this button is always visible, if you have the bar of menus visible or hidden
  A consequence of this situation, it is that you can no longer hide the Navigation toolbar

  • There is a star as the button at the right end of the search bar on the Navigation toolbar to bookmark the current web page and a "Show bookmarks" button next to it to open bookmarks in a menu drop-down.
    You can find "Show all bookmarks" to open the bookmarks (library) at the bottom of the drop-down list manager
  • It is still possible to have the bar of menus visible through the context menu on toolbars to have menus like the bookmarks menu

Another Mac 10.3.9 / Firefox 2 user said the "mobile version" of Hotmail worked for him, but doesn't bother explaining more than that. (Can not help myself, because I haven't used Hotmail in over a decade.)

  Signed PDF form locks the fields in the form, then you will not be able to make changes in a signed PDF form.

Once completed, the system did a restart and all the original settings were lost, all catalogued favorites were gone and all personal photos have disappeared as well. How to restore these items and how to prevent happening again?

  When restarting after updating Windows from yesterday, raid reports 'check' in the BIOS, Windows starts normally then Ctrl + Alt + Delete screen system does not authenticate the we.

  This affects 40 PCs.

  Recently, I noticed that all that my PDF files including received outside PDFs are considered too strong (with the default fonts like Arial). It seems extremely ugly to div. magnification levels, better at 100% but still spacing looks weird.

  Happened on two devices (PC and laptop). In my memory, the PDF files seemed better. Word documents and other texts (as here) look much better. What could be the cause? Lately, did not any changes to the system in question.

  The update appears down to load and at the end the cloud icon seems to be active however try to open it only results in the blue circle is always going in circles. The computer does not then accept instructions and must be forced to stop by pressing the button. On restart, the application of cloud call to update again and will not allow access to the applications. The cycle then repeats. Computer is windows 10 PCs running kapersky soft ware, but even this deactivation made no difference.

  This thread has been going around warning people, but what are the next steps to address this issue?

  The update in question has been removed from the distribution. There is a new update which solves the problem. When you are prompted for the update, you should install it as usual members of creative cloud. If you have problems with the update, please contact customer support.
