  • Launch of Photoshop Elements 10 issues

I recently installed Photoshop elements 10 on my 64-bit with windows 7.  It works fine until I got close the program, and then it will start only after I restarted my computer.  After closing the program and trying to open it up again, I wonder for permission to make changes to my hard drive and I click Yes, and nothing happens.  I called Photoshop elements are supported and they just said to another user.  It worked for awhile, but now the same problem there.  On the icon of Photoshop elements, there is a low security shield.  Help, please.

    Hello

The problem is specific to the Photoshop Elements 10?

    Follow the mentioned methods:

    Method 1:

Perform the clean boot and check.

To help resolve the error message, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Please note:  After troubleshooting, be sure to start your computer in normal mode by following step 7.

    Method 2:

I suggest you Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and check if that helps.

What is the problem and what to do?

You will need to re - install. Your download should always be available in the Mac App Store under "purchases".

Apple has had problems with expired security certificates that affect all applications downloaded from the Mac App Store. By Apple, we are told that all certificates have now been renewed in the future; If this error should not happen again. However, some people are still having problems. Here's a solution, has reported on Community Forums Adobe, who has worked for several users. Give it a try by following each step:

    1. Send the application of items in the basket
    2. Click on the trash in the dock, and then empty the trash
    3. Go to the App Store and disconnect
    4. Restart your Mac
    5. Back on the App Store and sign in again with your ID
    6. Go to your purchases and download and install the application item editor once again.
  • Photoshop elements 13 - can't get a response code in the offline activation method

    Hello

I have problems with activation Photoshop elements 13. The program itself won't let me even in my adobe ID (seems like it can't connect to the internet, even if my internet connection works fine in the case;) I even tried to disable my firewall and my antivir program). Then, I tried the offline activation method but I can't get a response code; I'm in (and verified) both my serial number and my activation code, but the latter seems to be invalid (even though it worked very well when it is used to get the serial code). I have already consulted the troubleshooting page and looked in my host file and the certificate - nothing helped.

I have to say that this process of installation of a program are not as painful and tedious as it should install photoshop elements. Any help for this to work? Operating system is Windows 7.

This could a technical problem that you are unable to activate PSE 13 and get error message.

If you receive error message like "try following steps:"

Adobe end all processes from the Task Manager.

    N ° 1)

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    AppData

Then go to the Local > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and remove the filepm.db O.

    Step 2)

    (1) open Control Panel and then click on the network and Internet"" option.

    2) click on Internet options, click on the tab "connections".

    (3) in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.

    (4) check the box-"automatically detect settings" and then "uncheck" all the other boxes as "configuration Script auto use", "Use a proxy server," proxy server ", then click on the ok button."

    5) click on the "Network settings" button once again, make sure that "Automatically detect settings" is the only option you select, the window of properties of LAN so clear.

Once you have deleted the file Opm.db and set the network settings to detect settings automatically, launch the Photoshop Elements Installer and try to enter the serial number and check.

    Always the same?

    Step 3:

    Go to C: Program (x 86) > Common Files > Adobe.

    Under Common Files > Adobe.

If necessary remove Adobe Application Manager folder.

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

    http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

It will start the update process.

Once finished, try to activate the serial number and check.

  • How to launch 2 point of view DxO in Adobe Photoshop elements 12

Does anyone know how to launch 2 point of view DxO in Adobe Photoshop elements 12 when it does NOT appear in the list of filters?  On my old computer, I'd see it listed on the bottom (under Digimarc) but with my new computer, after that I reinstalled all programs, it is not listed there.  DxO said their Version 2.1.8 / build 39 / 64-bit is now completely compatible to correct distortions when used as a Plugin to 12 elements Adobe.  I'd appreciate any help.

Have you contacted Dx0 to check that the plugin is installed correctly? Other than that, I suggest you to reset the preferences for items, so it can check again for the plug-in.

  • Photoshop elements Adobe 12 crashes immediately after that the editor is launched

I just bought Adobe photoshop elements and 12 first. After that my first items installed, I was able to load the Organizer, but the editor crashes immediately after loading. I uninstalled, deleted all the files and folders of adobe and re-installed, only to find the same problem. The editor independently hangs if I load it from the screen flash launch or organizer.

    System info.PNG

Thanks much for the reply, but I managed to get a conversation with an Adobe support person who has finally solved the problem. I ended up uninstalling, remove both files (sorry can't remember what they were called), re - install (on the C: drive, instead of my D: drive as before) and everything now works fine. Not sure if it was the other player or the files that I deleted that has solved the problem.
