  I have been using my 177fw Laser Jet Pro MFP on a Mac 10.10 for awhile.  Print, fax & scaning all worked.  I can scan is no longer.  I get the message "the scanner has not completed analysis" (there may be another message before that but it crushed until I read.).

  I use a USB cable for the connection.

  On August 31 I got HP Printer Software Update Verson 5.  What is my problem?

  I noticed your post about how you can't scan with your MFP HP Laserjet Pro 177fw on your Mac. And I'm happy to discuss this issue scan for you!

  To confirm that the hardware of the printer is functional, you are able to make a copy with the glass of the scanner of the printer?

  To copy:

  1. load the document on the scanner glass according to the indicators on the product.

  2. close the scanner.

  3. on the product control panel, press the button number of Copies.

  4. Select the number of copies.

  5. press the black start copy button or the button color launch copy to start copying.

  Let me know if it works, or if you see another error message.

  If the copy works, then try the steps described in this guide, Scanner USB connection is lost (Mac).

• HP Laser Jet Pro M225dw MFP: HP E print App does not effectively bind to the Go Daddy email (HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M225dw)

  I bought a HP Laser Jet Pro (MFP M225dw) and am very excited about the mobile printing option. I downloaded the HP EPrint App on my smartphone (Samsung Note 4) and have successfully my gmail and hotmail accounts related.

  However, I have problems linking my Go Daddy account.

  As per a post on the forum of 2014, I have connected my Go Daddy via Outlook account, used the host name: imap.secureserver.net and Port: 143, SSL: WE. The account "seems" to link; However, when I click on my email Go Daddy Outlook icon, it brings back me permanently to the home screen, (the one that says "Photos, files, Web, Email") such that I'm never able to access really my Go Daddy email account.

  * No error message

  * Bluetooth off

  * 5.1.1 android

  * I have Norton Mobile on my phone

  * Looked at my Go Daddy security settings - no "two-step verification" or "allow the less trustworthy access apps to the ' questions

  Also, I see that this app is not able to print the body of an email; is there a way where information such as details such as email/recipient of the sender of transmission time, electronic mail may be included in the print job?

  I see that you have some problems with your Go Daddy email account settings enter the HP ePrint app. For more assistance, your best option would be to contact Go Daddy directly to check all the parameters of the post that you found are correct. Some e-mail clients change their settings often so that I wouldn't be surprised if the info you found is now outdated.

  Printing subject lines and headers, it is not possible to print. The reason is because many users are trying to print photos or documents. In the current situation, if a user were to send an email empty then the only thing that could print would be the attachment. This prevents clients a sheet of paper and the Ink/toner used to print.

  If you have the printer print senders and subject lines you can do so by having the sender to include in the body of the email. Another alternative is to set up an email address which is the sole purpose is to forward emails to the email address of the printer. This way if it is configured to include the information in the body so you will have those printed on the page. Also, this gives the advantage of having a backup of email messages sent to the address of the ePrint printer and if something should happen to the ePrint address, you can change the forwarding address that the email and no one would never know there was a problem.

  I see that you have problems affecting the default printer for users and you cannot print over the network.
  I'd love to help you.

  Do you mean the configuration of individual computers with the printer on the network users, or a computer with multiple users?

  You have administrative rights on the computer to make changes?

  What is the name and the product number of your printer? How can I find my model number or product number?

  Download and run the Print and Scan doctor. It will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically. http://www.hp.com/go/tools > using HP diagnostic tools for printers under Windows HP.

  I suggest you to check if you have another account user or an administrative account.

  I also suggest to create a new user account and check if you are able to set the default printer.

  You can copy the documents from the ADF legal format.

  Place the document in the ADF, select copy on the printer icon, and then tap Settings, contact paper in the list, select the type of paper used and the legal. Select the back button and touch black or color to begin copying.

  This information is provided by the mfp Laserjet Pro M127fw sheet.

  ADF scan size: 8.5 x 14 to the Maximum; 6 x 4.5 at least; Flat: 8.5 x 11.7 in.

  Sorry, I don't have menu for the Laserjet M127fw Laserjet M127fn structure.

  In your Menu Reports, print the Structure of the Menu and you should see one called Fax reports can Fax activity log. Print now or Auto Log print.

• HP Laser Jet MFP M125 NW Pro: THE HP Previously 125126 scan is not found

  After forcing ugraded to Windows 10 I find now that I can't use the ease of the scan on the printer above.  When I get the HP doctor to check everything going through the different steps through Windows and then I am asked to do an analysis of test - when I select what I get a message saying THE Previously 125126 scan HP was not found.  If I skip this step and go to the next option, I find myself at the beginning.

  As a senior try my best stay on top of things I find it very very frustrating.

  Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support for a solution to your problem of scan.

  I have undersatnd that you have upgraded to Windows 10 and since then have not been able to scan with your M125nw of MFP HP LaserJet Pro. I would like to help.

  It's definitely a software problem. I would start by uninstalling any printer related software by following the steps described in this document of support - uninstalling the software of the printer (Windows).

  If you get prompted to restart the PC when uninstalling, restart the PC. If get you invited to restart, restart the PC once uninstallation is complete.

  Then I would download and install version 10 of Windows of the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125/126 full series software and drivers. You can go to the Web page for download by clicking here.

  Once installation is complete, you should be able to start a new search. Here is a support document which can serve as a reference if necessary - scanning the computer HP Scan (Windows).

  Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.

  I'm trying to implement the network folder with my Color Laser Jet Pro M277dw and my MacBook Air with OS X 10.10.5 MFP scanning.  I've implemented the SMB shared folder as indicated, you can see here where I gave everyone access read/write:

  I just bought Laser Jet Pro 100 but have problems to do the installation despite trying several times.

  Initially, the installation seems to work very well and I was able to print out a few pages until I turned off the printer and turned back on again, the impression doesn't seem to work more.

  Attempts to re - install the printer also failed. The error message indicates that the installation takes too long and asked the facility to perform again.

  I get very frustrated for this printer. What should I do now?

  I would try a suggestion more. Could you try to install this printer on another computer. I want to see if the installation fails or not. If so, then I will help you. If not, then there are someone on this Windows 7 computer that blocks this facility to settle. Please post your results.
