  Hi, I have a problem installing and hope to find help. Please excuse my bad English, I'm from the Germany.

  I run Adobe full CC as a freelancer one OBA my iMac in the second year now.

  Last week, I bought a used MacPro and wanted to install it on the Mac too, as a second installation.

  I downloaded the installer of creative cloud, logged and downloaded/installed programs.

  When I want to start a program I have only two choices. First, to start the test (what is the test 30 days?). Then to activate it with a serial number.

  I don't remember entered a serial number when I activated my original copy on the iMac first... or I should have one...? !!

  How to install a second hard drive (4 t) of my HP P6620?  I opened the box and there is no extra cable for adding disks hard disks/CD.  Two slots used for cables are currently being used by the installed hard drive and a CD player.

  Since all SATA ports are used at the present time, you can go with a SATA multiplier in order to have more drive connected to your PC. Plug you it in to a single SATA port, but limited all disks to the SATA speed (for example 4 discs on a 6 GB/s aura port 1.5 Gb/s limit each). This is different from a RAID controller because controllers allow a potential speed on each disc while the multiplier limited all disks to the single port speed.

  Regarding the cables, you will need additional in order to connect additional HARD drive.

  Hi, I am installing CS6 design standard on a second laptop to Apple. It works on my older Mac Book, but in the license, it says that I can use on both devices. Download was easy, but when I typed my serial number, it says that their is no registered product found on my computer. I just download if it's weird?

  There is nothing weird everything you encounter.  The message indicates you install a license of the CS6 upgrade version and it is impossible to find the old product to the machine which qualifies you for the use of the upgrade.  It should provide you with the opportunity to select this old release candidate and enter the serial number for it.

  I use Adobe Creative Cloud student subscription (Germany). Installation on my laptop has ever lead to problems. Now, I had to install some applications on my desktop also. Has passed through all the stages 'normal' and started the installation in CC table. Installation of all the finished products as 'test-version' and after starting applications always requires activation. Has crossed all the info I could find. How can I solve this problem?

Bin dear durch alle normal steps worse und habe über das installieren lassen CC-Panel. Installation of jede shows sich aber mit als 'Test-Version' x days Restlaufzeit und haben nach dem Start immer die Aktivierung. All performance information abgesucht, finde aber keine Lösung habe. Actually means are doch, dass bei bestehendem Abo Aktivierung required ist keine. Was mache ich please bzw. Wie kann ich das losen problem?

  Will have a little trouble to install the CC apps on my two computers. First computer (fixed with win 7) went very well, no problems. But when I start to download apps on my laptop (windows 8.1) I no longer get the option to install the application, just 'trial to start. I was under the impression that you have apps installed on two separate computers on a license, is that not correct?

  If the words "eligible product" part of what you read this message, it indicates that you are installing an upgrade version and since it can't find an older version on the machine it asks you to identify the old version, you upgrade and then provide its serial number as proof that you qualify for the upgrade.

  I have a dual display setup. A 225WS 1680 x 1050 monitor LG is connected via a VGA cable and a VGA - DVI converter to a DVI port on a Radeon 6850 video card. The second screen is a Samsung HDTV set at 1920 x 1080 and connected via HDMI on the same video card. I have set up the screen LCD as main monitor and the Samsung HDTV as the extended display. HDTV is most of the time, but I use it at least once a day. This isn't a driver problem, because it happened also when I had an old Nvidia video card and it is fixed by a new installation of windows and setting up of screens from a square.

  The installer works great almost all the time except when I try to use some programs or Windows functions (7). When I try to start the MozBackup application or I pop in a new usb device and click on the notification bubble, both these windows (MozBackup and the "Driver software Installation" window) open in the center of the HDTV as opposed to the LCD (which is defined as primary). The problem is that the views are ~ 3 meters out and HDTV is mostly off.

  I sent a bug report to the developer of MozBackup because this part is perhaps a problem with its software or what old Windows functions and hooks it uses, but the window "Installing the driver software" (or who knows what other program Windows Basic) has exactly the same problem and is part of Windows.

  What can I do about it? I DIDN'T put the displays in any mode "clone" to have office in mirror between them. Is - this fixable somehow? I guess that is not a problem with the video card drivers because I used two different video cards with either the manufacturer or windows update drivers and the problem is the same.
