Lenovo IdeaPad K1 and Limitations of synchronization software!
Why is the synchronization software provided customers limited to the transfer of data to the MicroSD port exclusively when you can also send data from internal storage?
Ahh, I'm sorry... it's me that something was missing. I see now that I've never seen LeTools...
When I plug the K1 to the USB port on my Win7 computer, Windows Explorer opens with "K1" as the path of the window. In its window are two elements:
Storage internal
SD card
From there, you click on one of these "readers" you want to copy to or from and make as you would anywhere else in Win7

Lenovo IdeaPad y510p and battlefield 4
Hey all, I recently got a Lenovo y510p for the holidays and I was wondering if someone was running into the same thing, I was, and it was certainly not a brick wall haha. When I play BF4 on all the settings lowest (although it can operate on high settings easily), the laptop gets ridiculously hot a lean 10 minutes. Is this normal? What can I do about it?
I use an external mouse and a keyboard so that I do not have physical contact with her. The laptop is elavated and I have a usb-powered fan located below. It helps significantly when I'm browsing the web or watching videos. Even when I play (steam) games like l4d2, cs strike, etc., never as hot as when I play bf4 for 10 minutes. I fear it may ruin the laptop and break everything if I continue to play.
My computer has the same problem and I have havea Y570 and replace for this (lenovo) my Y560P they both too heated all the time. Solution get a new computer this is what I'm doing Lenovo cannot handle anything. I play Dota 2 and can hardly finish a game without my computer overheating. My fan is too loud I can hear it from downstairs and its so loud when his inactivity. If you really want to stop just get a new computer that's what I'll do after getting my computer replaced 4 times.

Re: Lenovo Ideapad U410 and tactile U410 broken / hinge
I, too, had the same problem who are users in this thread. I have a U410 bought in spring 2014. There was a pause in the hinge and the screen is separate from the cover. I have never dropped the computer, this question came a day after the general, daily use. I have attached photos of the issue for others to reference to.

Lenovo Ideapad 100: Removing the battery
Hello, I have problems with my removing the battery. As my title says, I have a Lenovo ideapad 100, and I'm supposed to send it off for repairs. For my problem, I need to take out the battery because it is not part of the problem; However, I can't get out. I've read here to take off the base, but in trying to do this, it seems he breaks the internal clamps keep attached. I don't want to keep these break just to pay for them to be repaired afterwards. Is there an easier way to take this base off?
Those who may be generic instructions. In the case of your machine, you can contact the Service to confirm, but my feeling is that it does not apply to batteries regarded as cards.
Kind regards.

Lenovo ideapad y410p slow boot start
Recently got my lenovo ideapad y410p and I noticed that there was a start a little slow time. It seems to be the logo of lenovo for about 50 seconds then goes to the login page. I have windows 8.1 so I wonder if this is the case, but the thing is that I had both with windows 8 boot even before I upgraded to 8.1. Is it possible to reduce the speed of boot? I saw videos of this labtop starting in less than 10 seconds and labtop to my brother who has about half the specification starts in 5 seconds approximately.

Lenovo Ideapad z565 - how to check and activate the virtual technology (VT) in BIOS
I tried to use virtualization on my Lenovo Ideapad z565 laptop. The laptop is running only Windows 7 Home premium 64 OEM installed. It's an AMD processor dual core. I tried to get some VMWare images into VMWare workstation running on my laptop. Images VMWare has always seem to crash when you try to start them. I read on various forums that this is probably due to virtualization (VT) 'No' enabled in the BIOS. It's supposed to be set in the "Advanced" section of the BIOS. The problem is that when I check my BIOS (F2), the option of virtualization technology (VT) is not in my BIOS. I have a very limited set of BIOS options. I read that the manufacturers of these machines 'block' the user to access advanced options in the BIOS (for reasons unknown to me). In addition, there is a utility distributed by Microsoft, called the "Hardware Virtualization Detection Tool support" that you can download and run on your computer to check if the hardware support for virtualization (VT) is enabled on your computer. I ran this and it is said that VT 'is' activated on my machine. However, I have seen other users, this tool is known to report false positives... which means it reports that VT is enabled, even if it is not. I have also read that these laptops Lenovo, this hardware virtualization is "off"by default. So I think that's my problem. Material to virtualization is disabled in my BIOS, and I have no way to access to 'permit' or turn it on. Someone out there has any experience with this problem, and how did you work around it? Is there a utility that will allow me to enable hardware virtualization in my BIOS? If so, can you provide me with detailed steps to do this? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi Timmsey,
-You are able to boot to the desktop?
The issue may be caused if you have changed the hardware and software of the computer settings.
Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc.) except the keyboard and mouse and then start.
If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue. Then download software updated driver for the device.

Lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBD keyboard and the touchpad does not
I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBD a few days ago, and after a series of problems that I managed to fix, I woke up this morning to find that my keyboard and the touchpad do not work. Last night (about 9 hours ago) it was working fine. Anyone has an idea how can I fix?
Problem solved. It was because of the abdriver for keyboard and mouse I have installed from the official website of lenovo, I don't know how or why, but when I uninstalled it, it started working again.

My pc is a Lenovo IdeaPad u330 that running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit. I have 3 PC over a wireless home network. Recently, I have been instructed by the Lenovo Support telephone call center to enter "cmd" in the Task Manager, did so and was taken to the black C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe screen. I had to then enter "cmk", did and received message next-'cmk' is not recognized as internal or external command, an executable program or batch file. Support staff advised that this indicated my pc has been seriously infected and needed immediate attention. My pc works well and I have McAfee installed, having received no warning and a complete analysis of all recommended system was OK. Should I worry or the person was just trying to sell a service? Thank you.

Hello
There are no KMC program or command on most computers. So, if we had to
to be a CMK on Lenovo computer (or you) should have Add.Did you call Lenovo support, or maybe it was one of those false calls trying to get
money or your personal information? Hard to believe that Lenovo would use these tactics
trying to sell a program or service.Check with Lenovo support and forums.
