I think that I've updated my laptop once or twice since I got it. One of them would be the issue? Any help please?

  I ended up sending my computer Lenovo also, because the store would not take it back.
  They also replaced my SSD and now it works fine. I highly recommend that all send you it to the service department and do not try to fix it yourself. My computer wakes up really quickly now and actually starts faster than before.

Windows Update installed a synaptic driver, and it does not work. Furthermore, I installed the value on the package, (despite the fact that all the fn keys already worked) and toshiba Alps and synaptic drivers for vista, which doesn't seem to change anything... Read other posts like this mine, I tried to find any option on the touchpad in the bios, but there is no one there in.

  As for your problem of wifi, try to stop your device, router, and modem. Beginning first completely initialize and then activate modem router and wait until fully initialize. Put your device and check the wifi connection.

  As for scrolling try using your two fingers and slide up and down to check if the screen scrolls up/down (try to access a Web page for this review). Other solutions try to access mouse properties and allow it.

  I just bought Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Bluetooth to use it on my laptop Vaio PC Windows 7 Ultimate. My PC mouse detected and installed in the PC devices and printers folder. But that's all. Regardless of what I do on the mouse not recognized by PC (no cursor movement!). There are a number of support in the manual, but they say different division of Microsoft is nothing to do with the mouse! There is a web page address in the manual to download the drivers, but there are no drivers provided on this page. I tested on my office windows 8.1 also but get the same result!

  I buy an incompatible mouse to my PC? No where on the box of the product or in the manual of any mention of any specific PC it is exclusively designed for!

  Can we thru' shed some light on this? so that I can return it to the store if necessary?

  Let me tell you that Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse is compatible with these operating systems: Windows, Windows 8, Windows RT 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1
  So it does not work with windows 7. As the problem persists even after logging in to windows 8.1, the equipment may be defective. I suggest you contact Microsoft support hardware for more help.

  We have recently done a new install of Windows 7 x 64 on a Toshiba Tecra A10.
  The operating system has taken over most of the drivers, we had to install drivers for the card reader ourselves.

  Our problem is that the touchpad and the buttons work at all.
  The driver displayed in devices such as manager being installed, but that's all. I even installed the control panel of the Alps (Vista x 64) which works very well.
  Have tried the settings "stick and touchpad are automatically invalidated" when you use an external USB mouse, all to nothing done.

  The equipment worked perfectly okay with Windows 7 32 bit installed.

  Is there a fix here?

  Maybe it of just a driver issue, I checked the downloads available for Tecra A10 on page of Toshiba and Windows 7 32 bit there is a newer driver available for Windows 7 64 bits do not (no driver). If you use the Vista 64 bit driver

  What you can do is to test the driver for the touchpad for Tecra A11. There is a version more recent for Windows 7 64 bit of Alps Electric so correct. Touchpad driver is not linked so I sure it will also work on your model of m.

  I'm a solo in-house designer with little sophisticated equipment. My company is upgrading its computers to the Lenovo ThinkCentre M90z and wants to put me in with the rest of the staff. I'm sure it meets the * minimum * plug for CS5 but speaking with other designers, I was told it will work, but I probably won't be happy performance. My IT Department is ready to listen to the concerns that I have, but I want to be able to express them in an intelligent way and in their own language. The basis for the system specs are below:

  Processor Intel Core i5-650 (3.20 GHz, 4 MB Cache)
  chip hyper thread I5 650 dual core which takes care of OGL 2.1
  Windows 7 Professional genuine 64
  AIO 23 inch 150W 85% more / Intel Q57 flat / no touch with camera

  4 GB PC3 - 10600 1333 MHz SoDIMM (2 DIMM)

  My daily use includes:

  InDesign

  PhotoShop

  Illustrator

  Flash

  and may soon include a video montage with a yet-to-be-determine software.

  For applications that you mentioned, apart from video editing, it will be OK. For video editing (AE, EN, PR), it is terribly underspecced and does not meet the minimum requirements.

  For video editing you really need a much more powerful PC, think that as the i7-950, 12 GB of RAM, nVidia GeForce GTX 460 + and at least 2, but preferably 3 SATA 7200 RPM drives. For a laptop your only sensitive brands are Sager and Clevo.
