  Remember that the password asking, it is NOT the creation of clouds or Adobe ID, the user of the computer, you must be and admin to install updates.

  Please try this and let us know if it solves your problem:

  -Close all Adobe programs

  for Windows:

  -(Windows) open Task Manager

  -close the CClibrary.exe

  -launch application

  for Mac:

  With Photoshop or Illustrator (if on a mac), go to your activity monitor and search for CCLibrary. Click on the X to stop the service, it automatically restarts, and your library should reappear.

  as I reinstalled my MAC and tried to install the Appmanager for Adobe CC, the Appmanager doesn't show anyting.

  Sound of just the AppManager, its header and that's it.

  I downloaded the current version Adobe already and installed but without success?

  First, close your office cc application.

  then, rename the opm.db file by:

  Navigate to the OOBE folder.

  Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example

  Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

  I saw that this problem came a lot, but none of the solutions work for me. I tried several times to kill the CCLibrary process. The only thing that I still have to try to restart my computer.

  Try disabling file synchronization in the creative cloud desktop application. Then log out of your account from Photoshop (help > Sign Out). You should also log out of the application of office of CC as well. Check this. If you are not logged out, log out. Close all Adobe applications, which includes all applications that run in the background and you see only in activity monitor (everything starts with 'Adobe' or 'CC' in the name, but also things like CoreSync). From there, remove * the following:

  /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/CC libraries (full content)

  /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db (just the file)

  Reopen the application of CC desktop and connect again. Go to the active tab, select the files and enable synchronization. Open Photoshop and test libraries.

  * You can rename, move or delete these items

• Creative cloud shows CS6 instead of 2015 CC

  We have a system that shows CS6 instead of 2015 CC.   Management accounts for the system on the site Web of Adobe shows that it is in terms of creative photography of cloud.   Another system on the account currently uses CC 2015, but what a system refuses to show something else than CS6.   I checked the system requirements and the system meets the minimum standards.   I7, 4 GB of RAM, 57GB of free disk space.   Note It also shows older versions of LightRoom and not the current versions.

  1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC
  2. Right click on creative cloud icon and click Properties
  3. Click on the Compatibility tab
  4. Please make sure that the following compatibility mode checkbox is not checked.
