    Recently, someone asked a similar question, but answers are not relevant for me.  I recently converted a dollarphotoclub membership in Adobe Stock.  I am not any graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator) Adobe products.  I use graphics programs open source who can open EPS files.  When I have a license of the image (109960582), I thought it would be delivered HAVE and EPS formats (as implied in the description of the object).

    My question is simple: how to receive the EPS image I have a license.  I don't want to buy Adobe Illustrator just to open a single image file.  I just want what I paid for.

    However, when the customer starts using this image of the USB, I get error below.

    "Error: the system does not license for the OS image! The system does not have the specified path.

    What solutions do you recommend.

    I bought a refurbished computer ThinClient T610 that is running a Windows 7 Embedded English. The label on the package says, that the computer ThinClient is allowed with W7E. When I now run Easy Tools installed on the computer ThinClient hp to create a USB Image with the German language, everything works fine: the image is downloaded from the web and put on the stick.

    So here's my solution:

    1. go on the Web for hp Support site

    2. go in the software and driver download

    3. set the language of driver on the language of your choice (in fact: it was the main problem)

    4. download an operating system image

    5. run the configuration tool and copy the image of an operating system on a flash drive

    6. restart the workstation and install the os

    7. take advantage of your computer ThinClient in the language of your choice

    I don't know, why the hp Easy Tools downloaded the image of evil, but with this solution, that I find myself at the same point, as if they did.

    I tried image license 90091335 this morning and got an error saying there was problems with payments, please try later. I then received a receipt by e-mail for the license, but currently the image has not been received in my downloads or in my history of license.

    I can see the head of the ADD000053053AU command but cannot find a corresponding image license.  I added a credit to your account so you can register the image you need.

    About 80% of the images I tried to examine are marked "Licensing for this image are no longer available." Is it possible to avoid wasting so much time clicking to select and clicking to accept that the image is not available?     You can try history cache and clearing browser? Or try another browser? We have seen this issue and it can be due to browser caching. Let us know if this is not the problem.
