License server issues

Anyone else having problems with kernels by contacting the license server?  This is the 3rd time in a month that all 4 of our hearts have a problem communicating with the server.  Later, we started last night.

The license Portal questions have been completely restated.  If your kernel shows still have a problem, please go to the basic-> configuration-> license tab console-> click contact now button.  If after doing this, it still has problems, please open for us to investigate a case of pension.

The strange thing is that I can't find the option to license type within the domain group strategy, however, I suspect that this is the problem as when I go through the configuration in the RD Licensing Manager system indicates that the license server will be able to issue per user Cal.     The work around works of Jean.  It would be nice if Adobe provided a real difficulty however.

    I have ADE installed 4.03.  The problem will occur as soon as that ADE is closed and reopened.    It takes so the patch every time allows you to download a book ADE.

    1. for Overdrive - select a book and click Download. -pop - up - select - Save file. - under the open with select - acsm_auto_file - download the file of social mobilization in your download directory.

    2. expand the Explorer open the file - go up to the OS (c)-

    -go to Program files (x 86) - enlarge

    -to enlarge Adobe

    -go to Adobe Digital Editions and the left click.

    -On the right part of the screen right click on Digitaleditions.exe.

    -Pop - up menu - on the left, click PROPERTIES

    -Pop up to select COMPATIBILITY

    -at the top of the menu compatibility, choose the resolution of compatibility issues run

    -Pop up to select the troubleshooting program

    -Pop up choose the program worked in earlier versions of windows, etc.

    -on the left, click NEXT

  • ESX Server timed out when I try to enter the license server in the CR

    Hi all

    I have a problem with the addition of two new ESX servers in our virtual Center.

    Let me give you a brief overview:

    We have 5 servers ESX and virtual Center Server.

    All servers are in a single Cluster (Cluster 01)

    Now, we want to use Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and for this reason, we bought another 2 servers (blades).

    I installed from scratch with ESX 3.5 Update 4.

    I did a second Cluster in our VC (Group 02) and add the two.

    I configured the network settings and storage, everything went very well, shoot when I want to point to our license server, whenever I get an error message from our VC. Operation timed out and my settings when not accepted. No matter if I get the IP address or FULL domain name. BUT I can ping our server to ESX Server licenses, so I'm not sure if this is some sort of DNS issue or not.

    Another note: our first 5 ESX servers where ESX Server Standard license.

    Our new ESX servers where an ESX Server VDI license. I used the CD to install ESX normal, because I have not found any VDI install special files.

    I see all licenses in the Administration view in our VC, so I think our license file is not corrupted.

    Things I've done so far:

    Renewal of license, start stop server, esx Server license installed twice from scratch

    I have no more ideas, I hope someone could help me with this problem.

    According to your image, you have 0 agent licenses virtual centre-left to allocate to new hosts.  What might happen, is that the agent is not properly installed on the new servers.  Connect to ESX servers.  Make sure that you can test the virtual Center by domain name server FULL and hostname, not only by intellectual property.  From your RESUME, ping your esx server fqdn and the host name.

    Also, check the file/etc/hosts on your esx server and make sure that the entries are tiny.

  • Virtual Server Center down and as its also the license server, it cannot start

    I have the virtual center server which is also the license as a virtual machine server. We had problems with the SAN today and decided to move this server to local storage in the case of other issues during the weekend, until we can diagnose/solve the problems of SAN. However, it will not start back up to stop the virtual machine to move (no installation storage vmotion again) and complains that cannot see the license server, the license server's so how can we start it?

    I tested stop this server before and to work around the problem, then we have just activated evaluation mode, the server restarted, and he returned to the license server mode when it was high, but he used to do that now and I can not start any vm at all and since most of them failed because of problems with SAN storage I need to get this resolved as soon as possible. The difference between when we tested before and now 4 months and update 3 has been applied recently.

    Back up the virtual machine.

    I see a rather odd behavior on my computer. We received a new license file to our license server. Once it has been imported, TestStand and LabVIEW used of temporary licenses... I ignored it for a day, but became suspicious.

    The Manager of License tool on my computer detects only the license server and properly displays the access rights for my Suite of Dev (incl. Automated test). LabVIEW and TestSTand can check a property...

    Fixed a problem.

    After the stop & a few reboots of license server, my license works again.

    Seems, it was a "personal matter" between me a license, since only my license server refused to work...

    You have licenses based on the user or computer
    licenses? From your description, looks like you have several
    licenses based on users and multiple training computers where windows
    usernames are all identical. Is this correct? If that's the case then
    You should be able to grant a license in volume for this username but it
    you won't concede more than one license under the same name. Change
    LabVIEW settings will not solve this that this problem concerns more with Windows
    and VLM. To resolve this problem, you can either go in windows and create
    new usernames or you can call and we could you spent to get
    computer license and you should be good to go.

    Conductor Essentials can run without licenses, it offers all the functions of conductor but is limited to 1 bridge Conference and no grouping, refer to table 1 in the conductor datasheet for more information.

    TelePresence Server requires licenses to operate, you will need to purchase a license for the software, so it can be activated, as well as wallpapers or multiparty license licenses.  Screen licenses are per participant and installed on the telepresence server itself, while the multi-party licenses are either user or conference of base that are installed on the conductor.  Refer to the presentation of the product just above 1 Figure in the data sheet of the telepresence Server about the screen and the multiparty licensing options.
