  You can uninstall the license from the old machine:

  Click Start, type: CMD
  Right-click on CMD
  Click on run as administrator
  At the command prompt, type: slmgr.vbs - upk

  Press enter, this uninstall the product key from the computer and get back to the test mode

  There's no option to transfer the license of an Adobe Id, to another.

  You want to cancel current subscription and then buy a new one under the Adobe Id of the user.

  Instead of a new user account, you can move the public folder of music, and from there the two accounts are accessible and played.

  Sign in with the user account that you may have created. To ensure that this new user account has administrator privileges.

  b. click the display and check the option Show hidden files and folders box and click OK to save the settings.

  Now navigate to your C:\Users\(Old Username folder) and copy all the files and folders in the folder C:\Users\(Old Username) in the C:\Users\(New Username folder).

  Your license allows you to have two facilities enabled, so if you used only one you should always have an available activation.  You cannot transfer a license from one computer to another.  You must install the Adobe applications using installation files.
