  You can wait until LR recognizes AVCHD, you can convert AVCHD to something more standard like mp4, or you can try any plugin file.

  Hello everyone (sorry for my English).

  I tried to make a HDR from 3 photos in lightroom using "photoMerge"-> "HDR" then I choose my settings and makes my new HDR file, then normal post-production. This file should contain more information in the lights and the shadows as one of the previous. To check if she really all that information, I did exactly the same post production (exhibition, highlights, shadows, black, white, clarity, vibrance,...) on one of the images first three and I get the same result, no difference! So I think that it does not work. If I can achieve the same result without this whole process, why should I use? I might have some settings in the wrong way. Can you help me?

  This is exactly as expected. If you use the same treatment on the HDR image you will get about the same result as on the main raw image especially if your scene does not actually contain a lot of dynamics. We must be more aggressive with tools HDR in Lightroom, that are the highlights, shadows, black and white and local to see wider adjustments being accessible. Your images above don't really seem to be situations where the merger will give you a lot then you probably won't get a lot of benefits if you have little chance to see much of a difference.

  Note that tools such as Photomatix do this more aggressive treatment for you in their tone mapping function.

• My own copy of Lightroom 6 does not open

  I have 6 autonomous LR. I know that the order # and the serial number of a level 7/2015.

  All of a sudden it no longer opens on my main pc.  I try to run the bar at the bottom of the screen, all programs, etc..  Just does not load. It was working fine, then that. I waited a few days, tried to restart, all to nothing does not.

When I open Lightroom, all seems well until I can get to the point. Then the picture is viewed on the screen, it shows a very distorted and looks like it was taken in infrared or high intensity histogram colors. The preview box in the left corner and the roller on the bottom of the screen looks normal, but the editing screen is not the original photo. Help.

  • Please select Edit > preference > Performance > uncheck "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom.

  You can try a deletion of data. Leave the Office Lr and deleting the sync.lrdata file.

  You can find the file sync.lrdata here:

  On Mac, it's to /Users/Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/Sync Data / Sync.lrdata

  On the victory, it would be in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\Sync Data\Sync.lrdata

  Restart desktop Lr and select collections to sync but keep the collection 'iPad Photos' disabled for now.

  In the case of collections-synchronization completed successfully, start a new import on your iPad to have your synchronized so iPhone photos.

  When

  you add new photos to your mobile device, mobile Lr needs to import the

  photos locally and send previews + metadata for the back-end. It might be

  that some of this data is not sent, and because of this synchronization Office Lr

  started to hang.

  I copied my files in Windows Explorer of my M drive (external drive) on my drive N (external hard drive), and I've imported into Lightroom on the new hard drive.  Now in the new drive hard, Lightroom does not display any indicator that I had marked on the photos of the old drive.
