• LR CC 2015.3 version still crashes when the GPU acceleration is used!

  Today, I had installed Version 2015.3 and was hopeful that all the bugs have been fixed and all the problems of recent months have disappeared.

  Wishful thinking? When I turn on the GPU acceleration, it freezes again! When I disable it, everything seems to work well.

  I use a series of 380 MSI AMD Radeon R9 with 4 GB of GDDR5 memory on a Windows 7 computer.

  There is other users with similar experiences?

  With the new update of Lightroom, the feature GPU causing Lightroom to freeze is always a problem.

• No sound when the exporting from iMovie ' 09

  When you export a movie to the desktop without the audio is in the film. I have attached a background music so don't know if this is the problem? I tried several different routes, but none seems to have worked.

  Would really appreciate it if someone has the answer.

  I have not heard of his particular problem before, but be aware that iMovie 8 and 9 does not play well with El Capitan. Only later, 10.1.2 iMovie is 100% compatible.

Contextual menu items are read by the web server after the login information is validated, this product only when I update my login information.

  I wonder if there is no way to update the list at the opening of the export dialog box? Add a LrHttp.get call to the startDialog method an output error occurs.

  You could link the 'items' of the popup_menu property to a key in the property table.  Then have an asynchronous task is the LrHttp.get () and update the value of this key.  In broad terms:

  LrTasks.startAsyncTask (function)

  ... LrHttp.get ()...

  prop.menuItems =... get() property...

• Audio skips out of sync in several places when the export of the first pro

  I have a short, 15 minute, turned to 23.976 FPS.  When I export to load in yet somehow audio jumps not synchronized to several different places.  The weird part is that in all cases there are 2 people in the scene and that a single audio out of sync breaks people.

  I went through all the audio files in the sequence in Premiere Pro (CC) and the audio fits perfectly even though I play in first.

  I checked and double checked settings FPS in first and still, as well as other parameters such as the video and audio format audio sample rate, etc., and everything is consistent.

  I'm exported from Premiere pro using the "Multimédia" option and choose MPEG2-DVD, NTSC, 720 x 480, progressive quality of 23.976 FPS, 100, CBR, target 9.00Mbps, with audio PCM, 48 Khz, stereo, 16-bit output.

  Source sequence is 1920 x 1080 (1.0), 23.976 FPS, progressive, 48000 Hz, stereo.

  I also used Media Encoder on the same sequence to create an MP4 file and that seems to come out perfectly synchronized throughout.   So, I'll try using media encoder to create a .iso file, if possible.

  Voice out of sync with the lips.  I look for "bilabials" (P, B and M) in the speech, then make sure that the sound correctly synchronizes with the lips.

  I guess we can do exactly the same with notes on an instrument if it was of expert musicians.

  In any case, I turn on the "show time audio units" and then carefully align the appropriate sound with the position of the pack language appropriate lip. Often it's 'zoom' on the frame and audio tracks and the cleaning back and forth several times.

  OK, but let's go back to my problem.  That, it turns off does not exist.  I treat so badly that I had to remove the camera and audio sound recorder and sometimes contract between the two during a audio jack.

  AND, I actually had audio out of sync by about 3 images in three different places in my sequence, in one place.   And Yes, I looked at dozens of times and convinced myself that it couldn't be my work because I had "checked" so many times.

  This was caused by a drawing of lots of last minute "tweaking" and "assume" that the settings I made did not affect the video tracks & audio following.  (HINT: it is almost always if you don't take extreme care and seems sometimes even when you do.)

  AND I also had a "nested" sequence I had absolute fits for audio, synchronize perfectly on.

  BECAUSE...   I had 'nested' video but I have NO audio with her nest.

  .... The "Lesson Learned" here is: "If your export ends with audio out of sync quit"guess"that it is impossible because of your Premiere Pro sequence is wacked"

  As already indicated, you need to install CC2014.1. Look for it in your desktop creative cloud app and install it.

  Note that you must have an operating system that supports (Mac OSX 10.7 or higher or Windows 7SP1 or later.)

  Premiere Pro CS4 4.10

  Media Encoder CS4 4.10

  Windows Vista SP1 x 64

  When you export in h.264 format and in some cases of mpeg2, rendering gets about halfway done, then the system suddenly reboots.  I scanned the hard drives and checked the RAM for errors, both were clean.  I have disabled the automatic restart in case of system error, but the system still restarts.

  I have not tested all formats, but the export to Microsoft DV seems to work very well.  The problem started last Thursday, when I installed a second hard drive.  I was able to export h.264 and mpeg2 with no problems before this.  However, I removed the new drive, and the problem remains.

  This CAN be a power supply going bad, or even a CPU cooler fan problem

  Thanks, but I tried everything what with no luck. I had a great support from Adobe where the technician had to delete some files, and then reinstall the latest version 2015.3.  That being said, thank you for your reply help.

  Deselect the graphics processor

• How to kill an Open Directory - password be reset when the first user login

  Hi all

  I've been running on this issue for some time now, however, I finally got tired of it. I want to set a password policy, but the option 'Reset password on the first login of the user' completely kills OpenDirectory.

  Running OS X Server 10.11.3 and 5.0.15, although this has happened also in versions of Yosemite. This case is a new and clean installation in a virtual machine. Only OpenDirectory and appropriate DNS are enabled. DNS was fully configured by the Server app when you set the hostname and checks in the Terminal.

  I created a few test users OpenDirectory and confirms that I can not connect with them. Can I put another option in the strategy of password very well, however, the minute I turn on 'reset the password on the first login of the user', my OpenDirectory is ruined.

  I'm unable to add new users, I am unable to change passwords, policies of previous password, I had set is no longer working. That is, the user cannot change password when you sign in for the first time. Correct password is entered, but shakes the login window when you try to configure the new password.

  Error returned once the OpenDirectory gets watered is "Mode is not supported by the node directory. Not only is the directory watered, but it becomes difficult to even remove or disable the hella service.

  Someone at - it ideas? I really want to enable this feature so that I'm not creating a temporary password for users, then relying on them to change themselves.

  It always seems to be the case - the diradmin account gets completely borked. Have you already found a way to define this strategy successfully?

  This command will unlock the overall strategy and restore the account, so you can use OD once again, but it's just a solution, not a solution.

• Lightroom CC 2015 11 x 17 prints beyond the right margin - Epson Expression XP-906

  In another thread of printing problem 11 x 17, I saw that the original question has not been addressed and that others appeared to have my problem have been add to the discussion, they seem related problems with print 11 x 17, but not the same exact problem. Here's my problem. Thanks in advance for reading.

  It is a newer version of 6 color Epson all in one printer, and exit 11 x 17 look nice. However with the latest drivers and 10 Windows and Mac Book os X when I put in place to print a 11 x 17, every time, printing continues beyond the right margin. With margins 0.25 in. and cell size 10.50 height and width 16.50, my image extends approximately 0.125 in. beyond the right margin line. When I'm saying, I mean the short edge that is not inserted in the printer to start a unique landscape of 11 x 17 print. I took the suggestions of the other thread using a Lightroom color management profile, reduced to fit, stretch to fit, use margins without borders and always set to nothing does not. Mac and Windows 10.

  I'm out of the idea and the Epson Ultra Premium Luster is expensive for just to try this or that... Anyone have the same printer, or delivers and solve it?

  I think I found my problem in my manual.

  I've always used Epson presentation matte paper, which comes in "11 × 17 inches (279 x 432 mm)."

  The new document I'm working on Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo paper is real paper A3 "A3 (11.7 × 16.5 inches [297 × 420 mm])."

  I guess that (Yes for sure me) once I put the size of the paper correctly, it will be printed within the margins of model.

• AMD week W8100: First 2015.2 black CC video when the Mercury engine enabled with support for 10-bit active

  Just see black video windows in first CC 2015.2 with 10-bit turned on via driver AMD W8100. Videos showing normal with 10 - bit turned in the AMD driver or when Mercury Playback is put on the software reading.

  Tested with or without transmit mercury. Photoshop thin ist in 10-bit, only first gives me headaches when 10-bit is enabled via the driver.

  When I disable 10-bit driver AMD via, first normally videos watch. The drivers updated, computer is new.

  My system:

  CPU: i7-5930 K

  RAM: 64 GB

  GPU: AMD over-pants W8100 (pilot: v15.301.2601)-Beta (v16.5.2) driver does not work with the first CC 2015.2 in 10-bit

  Motherboard: Asus X 99 - Pro (latest drivers chipset)

  OS: Windows Pro 10

  Two follow Setup: HP LP2465 + HP Dreamcolor Z27x (10-bit)

  Any advice to make it operate highly appreciated, file a bug now, too.

  Jacob, I dropped the W8100 AMD to Nvidia Quadro M4000 wich works are flawless, cheaper, faster and 10-bit output for my HP Dreamcolor works perfectly.

  To pause Lightroom Mobile, click on your name on the top left corner and that there should be a drop-down list, you will see the option to Pause.
