Wenn ich nach dem import meine Fotos uber DoubleClick expansion, wird die Bildvorschau und looks too aus wie auf der Kamera equal loading. Nach dem Ladevorgang verandern sich die Farben und werden blasser.

  • Lightroom 4.2.  Cannot import. message files were not imported because they cannot be read

    Crisis of Lightroom:

suddenly, impossible to import images into lightroom - a window comes up that says '"suite of files not were not imported because they cannot be played'. I was trying to import images - 10 images were imported from the shoot, then import stopped.

I tested the card and card readers using cards of different cameras and using different card readers. I managed to import the images into a folder on my desktop, so know nothing is corrupted... Memory cards are good, my card readers are good. no settings not changed in my camera. Nothing has changed in my routine. Have been using lightroom for several years.

I import via a card reader, convert to DNG and save on an external hard drive. All very ordinary.

No, I contacted has had or knows someone who has had this problem.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone at Adobe.

Thanks for any help or direction to support tec

On a quick reading, it looks like the same question that me was dead in the water for 7 days. (LR 4.2)  I tried everything - my card readers are good, memory cards are not damaged, tried different cards of different cameras, etc. Working my way through all of my tech savvy friends and professional, I've been lucky to connect with a person of great sister tech at Adobe.  After all the possibilities of lightroom (3 hours on the phone) in case of problem, we checked my external hard drive where all the images are stored.  Though even the external hard drive had plenty of space and "told" that he was in good health and works well, Adobe got go in properties/tools of the external hard drive and do a 'error checking.  12 hours later after the program has the file to a disk at the same time, he finds errors, moved to a separate folder, and now everything works OK.  Hard drive not to was not crushed or if all images have been lost.  As can happen after a while there was a scratch or similar which prevents more images being write (or read) on the disk.  Even if everything works OK at the moment, I'll replace it my external hard drive (and it's backup external drive) .just cases are more 'bumps' on the external hard drive.

My technical knowledge is limited and I'm not intuitive that anything digital, so can't add more information then the experience I had.

  • Lightroom is not able to import my Sony A7s .arw files. Help?

    Hello

Lightroom is not able to import my Sony A7s .arw files. Help?

What exact version of LR do you use?  Use the help / System Info and look down.

The A7S requires LR 5.5 or newer.

The A7S II requires LR 6.2 or newer.

Files uncompressed Sony A7xxx cameras require LR 6.2 or perhaps LR 6.3 I believe.

  • My lightroom has suddenly ceased to import files.

Hello. My 6 Lightroom has suddenly refuse to import, to recognize the format JPEG, png, whatever it is. He says just can'y import. He also refused to see the strange image I have laying around on my desk is.

Think I've fixed guys. Looks like I have not correctly took to the intended destination.

  • Lightroom has left while the import is in execution-photos are missing.

Lightroom has left while the import is in execution-photos are missing.  How can I fix the index (?) so that I can see the pictures?

When I look at some of the records, the number of pictures is 0.   In the 8.1 WIN it says there are 10 pictures (for example).

If tried to re - import a fold er who had 0 photos in Lightroom, but it is said that the 10 photos are already there.

Lightroom is not a file Explorer. It is not "air" inside a folder and see how many photos is there, just like Windows Explorer. If both should not match.

If you are unable to import the photos, which means that they have already been imported and you will need to find in Lightroom. Then, go to the library Module and perform all 4 of these steps to find your photos:

    1. Click on all of the photographs in the catalog Panel
    2. Disable all filters (once or twice Ctrl-L)
    3. Develop all batteries (Photo->-> develop all batteries stacking)
    4. one of those 'missing' photos search by file name
  • How can I import cinema dng files in first Pro CC?

    Hello

I want to use files RAW DNG of Blackmagic cinema 4 k for my first productions. As specified by Adobe this schould be no problem.

When I import the dng file or a list of *.dng files, they are displayed in Active mode as unique photos. How can I create a video track on these lots of 'photo' in the window of the sequence?

Many thanks in advance for any help!

    Soon A peer

When I import bmpcc cinema dng in the project Panel, they come as a single image sequence.

Appropriate is to import via the media browser. Then, they come as the video icon.

Unique setting is wrong with respect to first works fine, but I used them as video files for the month by inserting first picture on the 'new sequence' icon.

  • Lightroom not allowing me to import duplicates of tif

    Hello!

History - long boring, but I have shot and edited a number of images in lightroom, then open from lightroom in PS and made a final editing and saved as TIFF in a folder outside of lightroom.

Now, I would like to re - import these images into lightroom, but lightroom does not allow - I think because they are duplicates of images already in lightroom. However, I unchecked "Import suspected duplicates and it STILL does not." I can't understand why.

    I'm on a Mac, under 10.6.8. Lightrom 3.6 and Photoshop CS5.

I don't know how to attach a screenshot here, but essentially all of the images are 'grey' so that they cannot be checked and imported

Thanks for any help at all!

    Ellen

When you export images for editing in PS, Lightroom passes your image to Photoshop. When you save (or save as) of the PS, the resulting image is added to your catalog, even if you save to a different folder. This is why it won't let you import. You try to import a file that is already where you try to import to. It's already there, so you need not import it.

It. I saved a step in your workflow.

  • Lightroom auto adding of keywords @ import

I am under Lightroom 2.7. I import device with no keywords added in the keyword box. Images imported containing a keyword that I previously deleted from my list of keywords. How to stop? I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but it did not help.

Check import Presets and see if you have the keyword typed in there. If so, remove or disable the predefined setting.

  • Lightroom mobile: How can I import (.dng) photos taken with my phone (Samsung S7) camera?

I just bought a Samsung S7, which has the ability to take pictures in RAW (.dng) format, as well as JPEG versions.  These photos are stored on my phone in the storage device > DCIM > camera. I can't access these LR Mobile .dng files, only the JPEG versions.  Any suggestions?

I googled and found this: How to activate the DNG raw image and low ISO on Galaxy S6/S6 Edge running 5.1.1 Android

Apparently, one must be in the latest versions of lollipop and have installed the camera manual thingie to the store to play to get it. I see many references to Samsung not allowing it by default.

  • Lightroom does not display the imported iPhone videos

    Hello

I'm on Lightroom OSX 10.11 6. I convey through pictures and videos from our family iPhones (iPhone 6).

    Photos work very well.

    Videos are not.

In Lightroom, all video files (.mov) that originated on our iPhones have an exclamation point next to them with 'Lightroom has encountered problems reading this video' - and will not play in Lightroom (note that Lightroom knows the video length - this is displayed on a gray background in grid mode - so he can get at least _some_ of information from the mov file).

If I ' Photo > show in finder '-the video will play absolutely perfect QuickTime Player.

Can someone help me with what could be the problem? This seems like a simple thing to not working do not...

    See you soon,.

    Dave

    Hi aconstnull,

You should have all the videos recorded on its particular location and must be accessible via the finder, if you import videos under Photos or iTunes then Lightroom won't be able to see.

Lightroom can import the following formats:

    • Camera raw formats
    • DNG
    • TIFF
    • JPG
    • PSD
    • CMYK files
    • PNG
    • AVI, MOV, MP4 and other video files

Reference: formats of files supported in Lightroom

Let us know if that helps.

    Kind regards

  • Lightroom CC / 6: problem with importing JPEG files!

Just installed Lightroom CC (6) the trial created a catalog, added to an existing folder, and this is what I have observed.

    • Each photo shoot folder contains two folders: Original (DNG) and shared (JPEG format)
    • Original DNG all have exactly the same thing. But shared JPEG images are not get imported properly. Even the [Reset] button fails to resolve all the sliders to 0. And once I have manually set all sliders to 0, then the picture looks very good. Check this IMAGE.
    • When importing, I made sure that no default develop settings have been selected. 'None' was the option chosen for all the options that are available.

I guess the problem is, some develop parameters get automatically applied to image (JPEG) without meaning to, and this is why the [Reset] button fails to do what it is supposed to do!

Anyone else having this problem? OR I'm doing something wrong here?

You may need to disable the Auto apply toning in LR Prefs:

Otherwise, the parameters already can be incorporated into the files JPG to reimport cannot help.  Back to zero must change the values to what are your current default settings in LR.

  • Develop settings lost after re - import the DNG files folder

I use LR for several months and - after having used to his peculiararities - love the program.

Tonight, I have re-imported one file to DNG files that I had previously withdrawn from the LR - using the import option 'Add '. When the develop module, I noticed that my original develop settings have been applied is no longer.

These settings are not incorporated into the DNG files? How could they get lost? They wrote, too, when re - import files?

I always back up my catalog before closing. The backup of the catalog contain the original developing parameters for these DNG files?

I know I must have done something wrong! Please inform and explain. Thank you.

The development parameters are only in the catalog, unless you have autowrite to xmp enabled in the settings of catalog or if you have selected the image files and saved the data to develop with Cmd/Ctrl-S to the selected files.

When you delete the files from the catalog data to develop will too after a short period (allows cancellations) so if you have a catalog of backup with files until they have been removed you could open that save develop settings and then open your catalog of work and read the metadata,.

I keep all my files in Lightroom, as it is my rather than the operating system file manager. Then I know (I hope) where everything is and what happens to my images.

Your type of error has been made by many, including myself and is part of the learning curve for digital imaging!

  • New to Lightroom and get into trouble importing Pentax PEF/RAW

I started shooting with a Pentax K - X in RAW only (not the RAW + JPEG because I am forcing myself to get comfortable with RAW). Until yesterday, I used only iPhoto in terms of management and storage of files. Sometimes I drag a photo to Lightroom or Photoshop for spot touch-ups, but now I want to start using Lightroom to manage and store all my files so that I can get rid completely of iPhoto.

I turned so RAW or 20 pictures (not of DNG, PEF) but when I put my SDHC card reader in my MacBook Pro (OS 10.6.4 w / 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7 w / 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3) card reader have not to be mounted on the desk, and I couldn't find it via the broswer Lightroom or the other. I'm looking for the best way to import and store my RAW files, but I can't even take the first step.

I did a search on the forms for a number of keywords (PEF, Import), but was still confused after everything I read. I tried to do my due diligence please don't blow me if this has been answered before. It is my first month with my camera, my first week with Lightroom and my first day with the Adobe Forums.

Any help is very appreciated! Thank you!!
