Lightroom (Desktop) cannot synchronize images posted in the cloud of my iPad or Smartphone

Hello

I now have Lightroom CC on my desktop and Mobile with Lightroom on iPad and Smartphone Samsung mu.

I can post to the cloud from the office and see the images on my other portable devices, OK so far.

Now, if I use one of my portable devices to publish on the cloud every portable device can show results, my office however sees the name of the collection and has no pictures.  The 'Sync with Lightroom Mobile' bed 'photo of synchronization 1' (I chose only one to try), but does not download anything.

Visible images through 'Help', 'Show your synchronized Web collections' so I know they are there.

I have re-installed Lightroom CC twice now and also did the same thing with Lightroom mobile and still nothing.

Last night, a representative of Adobe has taken control of my machine remotely to try to resolve the problem but also could not understand the problem.  He has removed from the synchronization files but alas no progress.

I'm looking for advice to help solve my problem.

32 GB of Ram

I7 processor

SSD in Raid 0

    In Acrobat Reader mobile App there is no option to download the PDF file of the cloud of the document on your device.

    However you can do this online via a web browser.

    Open this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent on iPad in the web browser, sign in using your Adobe ID & Document Cloud tab see you all the files downloaded, select it & download it to your device.

    Eventually you will be able to see the file downloaded in Acrobat Reader App mobile on the Local tab.

  • Can someone explain images poster on the publication on the Web?

    I just realized that my poster images were not behaving properly and this led me to this scenario:

    I publish using 'Web' checked in the settings of publication. An image of the poster IS created in the folder images (maybe because I did it manually). My question is, where is out of calling her edge? Between the .html and the _edge.js, or contain the word "post". I want to see how it is used, but can not find not actually used.

    Now, reference is made to the "poster" in the file edge.5.0.1.js, but Edge animate like jack names, and mine would actually be 'poster2.png '. Then it wouldn't even find it anyway.

    In documentation of edge on the parameters of publication, the two publish options OEM and iBooks gives a picture of the poster-special mention, but the 'Web' option does not work.

    Can someone please explain this to me? Only the OEM and the iBook are capable?

    Nevermind, it seems that it was not publish correctly. After the restart and publish it again all of a sudden, I got everything I was looking for in the head. Like many things with this program... who knows. Thanks for the deletion.

    What you are trying to view includes the words that are on the list of the words used by spammers.

    I just posted this on this forum, but I know that I am the only one to do it in French. So I post it in English. I could reach more people able to help me.

    If it's just the same post, I realize, by reading all the other messages, although Adobe software are great, their ability to manage the cloud is... far from perfect.

    Here is my post.

    For a few days (even weeks now), I can't sync my files on the creative cloud.

    In the menu bar, the Creative Cloud Desktop icon appears as followsicone.jpg

    I have no problem to connect with my Adobe ID if.

    If I try to access my files (uploaded in the cloud until this timing issue occurs) with a browser (Safari) to the https://creative.adobe.com/files#, I always get the following message

    Your account is under routine maintenance.

    We work to improve the overall performance of the cloud creative files of experience. Your account will be accessible shortly after. Please check in minutes.

    And Adobe is quite optimistic, I fear

    Note: the problem is the same on my iMac, my MacBook Pro, my iPad, my iPhone and even with browsers other than Safari...

    So I tried to create an Adobe account with a different email address and this is what I get the same address as above (https://creative.adobe.com/files)

    My problem, or one of the many Adobe with the Cloud problems?

    Even with the delay I am gratefull for your answer.

    I don't have this problem.

    It was resolved days (or even hours) after the last major update of the creative cloud (the one with the new Mobile with Lightroom).

    And I am now fully operational.

    I guess that my problem was related to the work involved in this update.

    The machine used for the first set up a sync account seems to provide the cloud 'Captain' at the time of installation. Subsequent operations 'sync now' any device seem to download this cloud 'master' on the devices.     This ONLY happens when you join the account the first device. After that, all devices connected to the account synchronization and merge with the stored then replaces the local profile. Unfortunately, at the moment it doesn't have a function to choose the device that is the master.

    And before any changes, I recommend you make a backup of your profile.

    This is not the case. You can switch to Lightroom 6 without joining the cloud or you subscribe to Photoshop CC.

    PDF cannot be duplicated, which is stored on the Cloud. You can fill out the feature request/Bug report form

    your assets.index is maybe corrupted

    Try this:

    Quit Momentics

    go into your file system project and delete assets/.assets.index

    reopen Momentics

    do a refresh

    and clean up the project

  • WRT110, Vista, wired desktop cannot access utility based on the router's web

    Computer Vista hard wired to the WRT110 cannot access the router. But it CAN get to internet and CAN ping router without losses. The XP machine is wireless, can get internet and CAN ping router without losses, but also can NOT access the router page. Ipconfig displays 192.168.1.1 is the correct default gateway address.  Yesterday, I had to reset the modem to access the router and had to enter all the parameters.  Could access router yesterday but can't today. The IP address is valid from yesterday to tomorrow. I don't understand what has happened to prevent access to the router. I even unplugged the modem to the router and still cannot access router today.  I can't find this problem in the forum, hope this isn't a duplicate request. Thanks for any help

    I have NO idea why, but I can access the Web with IE8 installed utility pages.  Has absolutely no sense to me.  Of course, it must be some kind of safety but my IE use medium-high settings, so I can't imagine what passage of IE7 to IE8 did indeed these parameters.

    Happy now that I can access these pages, finally.  Hope this helps someone else.

    Hello, I just put my camera to a Canon 7 d with a Canon 7 d mark II, but now I can no longer open the raw files.  I use the creative cloud package.  Anyone know what I need to do.  I thought since this is the version of cloud, it's always the most recent version.

    If you use Adobe Content Viewer to preview the folio by downloading it from within the ACV, then Yes, you see exactly the same content of folio that will be activated when you publish. There is no need of proof it another way.

  • [Error] Cannot synchronize the project first Clips to creative cloud

    Hi guys,.

    I tried Sync Clips first to the CC and continue in Premiere Pro.

    Synchronization file or record a video on the CC is not a problem. I see the video file arise. Although I continue to have problems synchronizing a project.

    I have this weird feeling that this is the language barrier. Creation of Clips is in Dutch on my phone while Premiere Pro is English.
    But I can't change the language of the application in English anywhere.

    This is the error message I get:

    Looks like something was wrong and we couldn't send your project to the cloud creative.
    We cannot copy your project to the cloud creative directory. Check your account and try again. »

    Does anyone else have this problem? And is there a solution for this?
