  You want to merge the layers, not flatten - as mentioned in your original post.

  Flattening is supposed to get rid of transparency.

  I have a group of architectural photos taken in RAW format with a 10-20mm lens that I applied lens corrections in Lightroom 3.  When I open them in Photoshop using the bridge, lens corrections vanish.  I had the same problem using the mode of batch processing of Photomatix Pro to create HDR images.  If I select the trio of film images in Lightroom, right click on them and then export them in Photomatix, corrections of the purpose of stay, but if I close Lightroom and use the batch processing of Photomatix Pro mode to select and process the images, then corrections vanish.  Any ideas?

  The lens correction is a function of acr and LR communicates these parameters with PS CS5 and above.  If you are on CS4, to keep, LR should make before you send it.

  The same reason that you can't do batch processing of Photomatix, they don't understand LR treatment without current ACR, which is only compatible with LR3 and PS5 (and assumed, above).  So when you export from LR, LR is the treatment for you before you send it... so, you keep your changes.

  Even if you have CS4 or lower, LR would render to you.

  Hi all.

  I did it successfully before in Lightroom 3, but it does not work in Lightroom 4.

  As I'm working on some of my images in Lightroom, there are some I tried to edit in Photoshop, but the images will not open. I am under Photoshop CS6. I did a right click on a picture and click on change in Photohosp the application opens (Photoshop CS6, that is) but the image will not.

  Just another piece of information that can be useful. I also work with NIK Software Viveza 2 as another external editor and it works very well. I can click on the image, select Viveza 2 as the external editor and the image will open in this application without any problem.

  Is there something I am doing wrong or something that has changed in version 4?

  Any ideas as to why this is happening?

  You can use the procession of images of PS or bridge. Or you can use Save as in camera raw.

  Out of nowhere hand, Lightroom lost the ability to send files to Photoshop. Keyboard shortcuts, do nothing and the commands on the menu are grayed out.

  So I put Lightroom updated to the latest version. Improvement of false weird.

  It's not cool.

  There is no option in Photoshop that will take you to Lightroom.

  You can save the image, then open with Lightroom

  If you save the image to Photoshop in the same folder where the image is located in your catalog

  Then Lightroom wil add it automatically to the addition of catalog "-change" suffix in the name of the image. This is what we call return

  If please check, is your Photoshop and Bridge are updated to the latest version.

  In addition, reset the Photoshop preferences default back so if there is no change in the settings of this problem.

  The standalone version and the CC version share the same program code. Regarding speed, you won't see any difference. However, the CC version adds new features that the stand-alone version does not.
